One thing that has stuck out to me here with this thread...too many people sleeping on Keon. I do get it to an extent, he regressed significantly returning from injury. But his pre injury performance is better than what people remember, ESPECIALLY when weighing the context of those games. Hmmmm...maybe this will lead to a "Calling it now" thread, the wheels are turning haha...stay tuned lol

Is there an NFL team with a weaker WR group than the Bills?
hondo in seattle replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm not entirely sure who our starters will be, but we'll have excellent backups (#4, #5, and maybe #6). I still think Brady can get better at how he schemes a downfield passing attack. In any case, we scored a lot of points last year despite our shortcomings. We should again this year. -
I would drop more than $4 bills at any bar to see a few games. It is cheaper and more comfortable to watch from the comfort of my home. That and before Sunday Ticket I used to go to a place a couple of blocks away, called Boston’s on the Beach. It got so bad with the cheap Pats fans, that the management made me sit alone in the back to watch.

I agree with everything you said, however, the bolded is where I just dont think it jives with what his real role would be here unless injuries come into play. I think he is looking at 20-30 rec at most here without injuries, not sure that gets him his next legit gig. Along with Pitt and NYG, off the top of my head I could also see SF, Rams, Sea, NE, Cle, Balt, LAC, Jets, etc all being potential teams with interest.

Are you attempting to break the record for most grammatical errors in a single post?

Trevor Lawrence is not very good and I think JA17 can get more out of him. If we’re talking about $6M-$8M on a one year deal, why wouldn’t you? He’ll probably take less because Josh can restore his image..

What is your favorite totally random Bills game?
Jalan81 replied to T.E.'s topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes Todd got our only points that day. Wasn’t Brian McClure the QB🤔 -
No- Gabe is a poor WR2. Meh WR3 and decent WR4. Dude has boo boo’s on his feet 75% of every season which hurts his value in a big way. I’d take him back and let him run block and throw him an occasional PA bomb.

We have a run heavy offense with Cook, Johnson and Davis and good O-line. Our slot is arguably the best in football (Shakir) and with an underachieving Coleman and Kincaid we were bad officiating on a 4th down QB sneak away from getting to the SB. Amari was either hurt or shot,Mack was a nice 5th receiver but Moore and Palmer will be much more productive. What you are ignoring is Josh makes everyone better because of his arm talent and escape ability. We also have 2 good receivers coming out of the backfield in Cook and Johnson. You can be a doomsayer or you can accept reality. -
Well, Yeah like with every team except Jags , he has a 50-50 shot in he will either sign with a team or he will not sign with said teaam. I'm not sure I'd agree with your statement in bold..... I'd argue Hollins had better hands, I'll give you blocking was pretty close, hell saw many plays from Hollins blocking that were top notch blocks by a WR. I might would even give that to Hollins too tbh.... You have to acknowledge Hollins didn't really come on until he came to Buffalo with Josh Allen....One could easily argue that Gabe Davis's play took a nose dive the last couple years with the Great Josh Allen. Maybe it was more of the initial injury Davis had but I don't see it myself, You can excuse the route running issues to an extent due to leg/ankle injuries... But you can't use it as an excuse for all the drops he was starting to be known for the last two seasons for sure....Oh last but not least, as far as your statement about good in the locker room, I'm not sure Hollins doesn't have that one in the bag too....??!! So all in all, I'd strongly disagree with your opening statement in the 2nd post in bold, I'm sure there's more ppl that would say Hollins is thye better version of Gabe Davis than the other way around at this point, imo

The Battle for Jobs at Safety and Corner.

I wouldn't expect it on Lewis. Beane was talking about getting more physically talented on both the DL and secondary and his draft shows it. Lewis is physically maxed out and at age 28 you know this is his ceiling - bubble bottom-of-roster/practice-squad guy. Good on him hanging on as long as he did, but for the Bills to go where they want to go, him taking meaningful playoff snaps can't be a possibility. Cam Lewis - 5'9" 183lb - 4.51/40 - 32" vertical - wingspan 73" Jordan Hancock - 6'0" 195lb - 4.42/40 - 41.5" vertical - wingspan 76" -
Someone start a Kincaid looks fat thread

He’s go good that the jags decided not to take on his 6.9M cap hit. They’d rather eat 20M in dead cap to get rid of him. Basically gave him 1 year 39m. 🤣

Who’s your defensive surprise of the year?
noacls17 replied to Billsfed1's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hoecht, Rousseau, Jackson, and Bosa could be a very interesting pass rush on 3rd and long with length and athleticism. -
I’m not to excited about Palmer. More excited about Palmer then I would be of Gabe because we already seen what he can do. Bringing up the ints when Moore was targeted is laughable. 35% of the targets that went his way were uncatchable. He caught 61 of the 65 passes that were catchable. Moore is probably the most talented WR we have and I’m curious to see if him and Allen can make a good connection. I don’t need to see Gabe’s 5 crappy games then one big one.
-
Gabe is an average to slightly above average WR2. I think if he comes back you put him on the left side and then you put Keon on the right side and obviously Shakir goes in the slot.. Let Palmer, Samuel and Moore battle it out in camp.

Oh I'm not blaming the offense for the Rams game. Nor do I think the issue of playing down to the opponents and losing games they shouldn't is exclusively an issue with the O. The Rams loss was squarely on the defense and special teams... And a head coaching error taking the TO prior to the last possession. The only game they were clearly outplayed jn (in games that mattered) last year was the Ravens game. And you have to admit, it took an all time lucky string of wins by the Chiefs to get to 15-1. They could have / should have lost many of those games... But that's kind of the point. They don't lose those kind of games and the Bills do. -
I don’t put it outside the realm of possibility that the republicans will blow it. Hard to believe with how democrats are going about their business. Truly an out of touch party.
-
Shakir- break out 1000 yard season if he stays healthy Coleman- will be given every opportunity to step up Palmer- 12 million Samuel- if he stays healthy Knox- better complete player than kincaid Kincaid- can't stay healthy, can't catch, horrible chemistry with the MVP. Bust candidate! Moore- TINY, there is a reason he is on his third team in 5 years
-
If that is Redhawk’s breakfast I would agree with your assessment.

Mock schedules are where I draw the line. Even dumber than mock drafts. Pokémon is where it’s at y’all.

THIS with the all those details as to why. Nice Mr E -
had Elway fallen on his head, he'd still be as good as new.
-
I was told he wasn't ever gonna offer him anything substantial There's a difference between thinking a guy is good enough to play versus paying him any sort of money He could like him and not want to give him even 10 million dollars a year
-
And then another 4 years of a Republican presidency in 2028. The cycle will continue until the Demonrats get some common sense, which, of course, can easily never happen.
