If Ed tries to play again this year the odds of him tearing his bicep worse than last time and requiring surgery are really high, which would mean his offseason would be impacted and he'd likely show up to camp in much worse condition. Lots of ifs there but I'd bet actual money on that outcome.

this is a rough one. Can’t do anything right today. Disappointed we couldn’t get a W in this tournament. I felt like this is a tourney team, but maybe not?

White Jerseys, Blue Pants against Pittsburgh

This should provide a serious boost to the passing game. -
It surprises me to see McDermott this high, given his resume. I was never part of the fire McDermott crowd and have been more critical of Beane's drafts picks. However, McDermott seems to get the most out of secondary talent, but the opposite might be true for the dline. Looking at both Poona, and Settle performing at a high level elsehwere, makes me think there's a big problem with his scheme. However, there's no Ben Johnson this year, or Sean Payton. For anyone wanting him fired, who do we replace him with, and is it a HC/GM package deal?

that is really awesome, I'll watch now he already memorized Joe Brady's 5 flash cards 🙃 the high football IQ and true professional comments certainly do stand out

Almost certainly an NFL talent. I’ve watched the kid play. He’s for real. He runs with incredible power, but he’s also very smart at picking holes and getting to the next level of defenses.

The guy with 9 catches for 124 yards at Thanksgiving was one of our bright spots? Things must be worse than I thought! How did the Browns use him to average 60 catches? In the words of Josh, “What are we doing here?”

You have a short memory, the K Gun was introduced a year after Lofton’s arrival. He was an integral part. Prior to Lofton the Bills offense struggled, Chris Burkett was WR opposite Reed. Reed’s first 1000 yard season was Lofton’s first year with the Bills. With Lofton the Bills were significantly better.

I don't think the small sample size from him is evidence of anything except that he can get downfield when teams are focused on other receivers and forget about him But you guys can keep telling me that Josh Palmer is an effective starting caliber receiver all you like

We're Heading to Pittsburgh... The Stadium is Haunted

You must be traveling to the wrong suburbs. South Hills/Mt Lebo, Sewickley (northwest of city), North Hills/Cranberry all amazing areas. Go a little further north, Zelienople great small town feel. -
This comment is a joke.

Yeah, living in PGH I can say this is the first I've heard of it. Great list of things to do, btw. For those interested in history/subs, there is a WW2 era sub docked at the Science Center that you can tour (It's right by the stadium). Also, a lot of interesting mid 1700's history here and the French and Indian War history (including the Point). Pitt also plays Miami on Saturday, so a good chance to root against Miami! -

Greg Rousseau has turned out to be a complete slug.
JP51 replied to Walking Tall's topic in The Stadium Wall
I never said that they should cut him... I said they over paid for his production and its not just Rousseau by the way (he is clearly the target of this thread) it goes way beyond him.... I would actually say he may be the least of our Defensive issues... , we need to look at upgrading every position on Defense save maybe Bishop and Hairston potentially..... but to me there are no areas that I would say I am comfortable with on this defense... But there is no way you are cutting Rousseau, now if you can get a guy that totally out plays him and takes time away.. etc... great... -
In theory, if the Bills fail to win the division, New England should end up with a tougher schedule than Buffalo. Their schedule this year was a fair amount easier than Buffalo's.

He's got to do something different. Be it a moving pocket and getting Josh rolling out, going more up tempo, something. Which means he will overdose on mesh concepts that take longer to pop open. I'm sure Cooks knows how to run Mesh/WR screens. He's a vet. That's all her really needs to know in this offense. -
Ed Oliver bicep injury - likely out regular season
ScottishBills replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree - although I guess you never know 🙏 Definitely been a couple guys who have come back "early" from torn biceps / triceps and ripped it off again first game as they rushed it too much to try and get back for post season - it's just not had enough time to actually reattach (Brandon Graham was one, can't remember the other)
