Yes, he did have a harder time this year but again, the finger injuries really contributed. Drop rate isn't perfect either, nothing is. There's always a question about whether something was a drop or a bad throw. It's not always clear. But it's probably the best single stat we've got, certainly better than catch percentage. Except for last year, when again he had hand injuries, he's shown terrific hands, not just good but excellent.

Two takeaways: 1. I love TJ Sanders but the last two times Beane has taken someone in round 2 and then said "we'd have considered them in round 1" were Cody Ford and Boogie Basham..... let's hope third time lucky! 2. Can I see some more of Jordan Hancock with his shirt off please? I was a bit down on Bills crushes in 2024. Glad to see Brandon restocking for me š.

I donāt doubt it. Just off the top of my head, he had what shouldāve been a drop in the Broncos game (Bills rushed to the line of scrimmage and got the play off), had a first down drop in the Baltimore game that went through his hands as he slid, had another contested drop in the same game, and had the crucial drop in the AFC Championship. For someone who supposedly had the best hands in the draft, he wasnāt nearly as sure handed as Iād expect from someone with that billing.

Why Landon Jackson is the next MONSTER in the NFL

Pope Francis
BringMetheHeadofLeonLett replied to Joe Ferguson forever's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Nice cynicism. Some of us are just stronger minded than your average North Carolina Disney fan- cue Pope Francis, not his 'handlers'. Personal story related- there's absolutely no way my Mom didn't stave off death until 45 minutes into December 26th- so she didn't die on my sister's birthday. Go see a national park or something- sounds like you need it. Oh, wait, they're probably all bulldozed by now... What's with it with my fellow American citizens cheering on ugliness and cynicism in my own country? - Today

Wide Receiver Train Full Speed Ahead- CHOO CHOO!
Doc Brown replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
One of the most amazing stats and why you really have to dig deep to make the argument that Josh deserved MVP over Lamar (who was also awesome last season) imo was that through the first 16 games Josh only took 15 sacks which has been done only 17 times in NFL history through 16 games. The first time since 2009. Even more impressive is they had the fewest combined turnovers and sacks through a team's first 16 games ever with 22. The next closest was the Titans in 2009 with 29. To me that's a QB stat, a play caller stat, a fundamental coaching stat, and an offensive line stat. Josh only being sacked 8.2% of the time when pressured is just stupidly efficient. You can't call last year's offense historic when you finish 10th in yards last season but you can when it comes to avoiding negative plays. -
Kincaid led the 2024 Bills in total drops and drop% FWIW.
-
Um, what world? This one. Catch rate isn't a receiver stat. It's a QB and receiver and defender and wind stat. QB misses you by 20 yards, or throws it short right to the DB and your catch rate goes down. It isn't a WR stat. Agreed that was a bad drop in the playoffs. But everybody drops some, and he dropped that because he lost his footing, which was very likely partly due to his injury. He still should have caught it. But everybody has some drops. Kincaid few. He has excellent hands.

What is your favorite totally random Bills game?
BringMetheHeadofLeonLett replied to T.E.'s topic in The Stadium Wall
77 seconds- all hell broke loose from there, we were just toying with teams after that. What a ***** blast! -
I said in the thread about it that the rant was not exactly a spur of the moment thing so it doesn't seem that surprising that that Beane and the team are running with it.

Is there an NFL team with a weaker WR group than the Bills?
Dr. Who replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Interesting analogy. I think a lot depends on whether Palmer can block well enough downfield to mitigate the loss of Hollins, and also be a sufficient downfield presence to replicate whatever threat the ghost of Amari Cooper brought to the table. I'm not too confident about it, but it's not impossible. -
This is far more likely and you should know as a master strategist. Occam's razor. Simplest explanation is usually the right one. Beane is a guy that strikes me as having a temper if pushed far enough. There's no way Jeremy and Joe saw it coming unless they're Oscar caliber actors that we don't know about.
-
In what world have his hands been excellent? In this last year he had a BRUTAL drop on that 4th down in the playoffs and an abysmal 58% catch rate in the regular season.
-
At least the strength coach and nutritionists are doing their jobs keeping up with his progress.

Great stuff ššā¦ok Iām officially ready to get my heart broken again by this team š«£šā¦but seriously it looks like weāve added some real dudes that are going to help us beat the likes of the Chefs and Ravens when it counts most!!

Shedur Sanders Make To Round 5? (Poll) - UPDATED x 3
QLBillsFan replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall
Seems like SS nor his dad are learning? Iām hoping this is pre draft. Rolls Royce, 100k jewelry pieces? We keep being fed what a great dad DS is.. humility and financial responsibility seem to have been skipped along the way. The guy can set up an NFL offense and has not played under center. I have no animus towards SS but this is going to take a massive personal reset. Not sure itās gonna happen. -
Kincaid is the Bills version of Casey Mittelstadt.
-
I really like these, they give you a small insight on what's going on behind the scenes which is always really cool. The only thing that struck me that Brandon Beane said is that in a deep defensive draft like this he had no problem doubling up on a position. Wasn't last year one of the deepest WR classes? We only came away with Keon Coleman which I thought we should have doubled up on WR, Imagine if we could have drafted Coleman and traded up to get Ladd McKonkey? I think we'd be in a much better spot (I like Bishop but I'd rather have that WR duo right now). Anyways it is what it is that was my only gripe, the rest of the video was awesome, alot of dreams came true for these guys which is always good to see.
-
Looked like he had it. Dove for the first down while being tackled. Donāt see the weak correlation. D players get paid to tackle. Again, the guy was playing with an injury because heās mentally tough and a team player. You donāt him or his style of play. Letās revisit at the end of the year. He like other players on the team need to improve.
-
And he does! The challenge for him is adding the muscle and bulk his position demands, without losing the attributes you mentioned.
-
Odd. Her Ashley Madison profile still has her listed as a tight end?

Testament do an awesome cover of Maidenās Powerslave. Actually, their cover of Animal Magnetism, Scorpions- works to.

Or he might be a golf enthusiast who trains like a QB rather than a TE. To be fair, Travis Kelce has never been a weight room guy either. But he's a little bigger and more athletic naturally, and obviously just better. So bad comparison except when you look at physique. Kelce is built like a Serbian basketball star.
