  2. Short of a SB appearance this year it's time to move on from McBeane. The issue with this GM isn't so much draft picks/UFA signings, contract extensions, coordinator decisions, X's and O's, or in-game decisions. It's an overall approach to football both of them seemingly share which isn't moving the team forward. They're stuck in the Division/Championship Game round now 5 straight seasons with a franchise QB. That's an eternity in NFL years with little to show for it besides an oft-referenced regular season record.
  3. FWIW, I understand your argument completely. I am objecting to the omission of KC from your list for any reason. There is simply no world that a $40M swing in cap space affects a team with a $35M QB LESS than a team with a $16M QB. My argument is pretty simple. If COVID cap contraction affected the Bills at Josh’s super low cap number, relatively speaking, it was felt much more with teams with huge QB cap numbers. Dallas would be another one paying a huge bill for Dak at the time. And then, relatively speaking, it wasn’t much of a disadvantage at all to the rest of the league. Because everyone was in the same boat. I don’t believe we were disadvantaged more than the Chiefs or Cowboys were. I think we were disadvantaged LESS because we had a cheaper QB. Unlucky for the timeline? Sure. A bigger disadvantage than 28 other teams felt over that span? Not a chance.
  4. I would feel just the opposite. It’s pretty clear that we will have to overcome the league’s favorite teams - Chiefs and Pats - as well as any team we play. The Bills are not getting any breaks from the refs. So I don’t see how them winning is would be delegitimized. And I fail to see how any of this has to do with the halftime show of the Superbowl.
  5. Yeah. AJ Brown’s and Devonte Smith’s contracts add up to Ja’Maar Chase’ contract. Those two guys are nice but they’re not Chase and Higgins.
  6. I asked this last week and no answers...the Bills have been so vague on many of the injuries this season...I guess we will all remain in the dark
  7. Back to the NO KINGS topic. “No Kings” vs. the Democrat Deep State: They oppose Presidential power because they don’t want elections to matter. “That’s the true purpose of the Administrative State: to nerf elections and enable unfettered rule by unelected bureaucrats.” https://www.rodmartin.org/p/no-kings-vs-the-democrat-deep-state?
  8. Yeah thanks, was seeing it all over TickTock yesterday. More than likely complete BS, as I haven’t seen that reported anywhere reputable.
  9. That is not the argument. I am giving up. I have explained it to you three times and you have missed the point.
  10. Is Race-Baiting Over? by John Hinderaker Heather Mac Donald optimistically declares “The end of the race hustle.” Heather’s article is long, and data-rich. I recommend reading it all. She credits President Trump with being uncowed by the Left’s accusations of racism, and offers hope that race-baiting no longer works: For decades, pointing out that any action, public or private, had a black target or fell disproportionately on black people was sufficient to discredit that action, regardless of whether it was couched in terms of race or had a racist intent. Want to fire an employee? Good luck if that employee is black; such a dismissal would be presumptively racist. Tempted to criticize a government official for alleged incompetence or unethical conduct? If that official is black, think twice, since blackness is used as a shield. Try to jail a serial violent offender, such as Brown Jr., who happens to be African-American? That would contribute to racial inequity. Is that description overdrawn? Maybe, but it describes a strong current in the reality that we have been living in. Criminal justice, in particular, has been badly compromised by race ideology: The idea that racial disparities in arrest and incarceration rates reflect discrimination and not disparities in criminal offending has been a staple of Democratic policymaking for years. The “systemic criminal justice bias” conceit has led district attorneys across the US to stop prosecuting and stop seeking jail terms for a host of crimes, simply because penalizing those crimes would have a disparate impact on black criminals. The “systemic bias” claims are false, but they have impaired public safety across America. Education is, of course, another area where racism has reigned supreme Much more at the links: https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2025/10/is-race-baiting-over.php https://thespectator.com/topic/race-hustle-is-losing-power/
  11. Make sure you stay very afraid of all the fascists and nazis in your midst. I can’t believe they are allowing the NO KINGS protests today or allowing the minority party to shut down the government. NO KINGS I SAY!!!
  12. Miss Rachel is not without her flaws either nor controversy. She is finally getting called out for some stupid stuff And yes I know that bad bunny is not as thug or want to be tough guy as the rest of them, and he did a great job in Happy Gilmore too. However he is just a demographic box for the NFL to look to make more money. And yes I realize that as well about the sixties and how music has always been something to start controversy. I still think more could be done to align with the center of the audience. Somewhere between George strait standing there with the guitar playing and Nicki Minaj and her mop and bucket you could find something that fits the middle.
  13. That is funny. The Eagles manage to pay AJ Brown, Hurts, Smith, Barkely, Godert, and still field a good o-line. It can be done. See the Philadelphia Eagles.
  14. Those people waving their St George flags a few weeks back were awful, weren’t they?
  15. Shop and bulldog are one of the most unlistenable things on radio. The only thing worse that I can remember in recent time was booger McFarland. And he was only terrible because all he wanted to do was argue with anyone who had an opinion different than his in such a manner that it made it unlistable and insulting to the inner ear. The Rance those two have bet on that are so minuscule to the greater success of the team have been terrible.
  16. Someone doesn't really want peace.................Guess who ? Hamas defends public executions of Palestinians, threatens fragile peace deal by refusing to lay down arms by Patrick Reilly Hamas defended the gruesome public executions it carried out against Palestinians earlier this week as the terrorist group says it has no plans to lay down its arms — throwing a massive wrench into the already tense peace negotiations with Israel. Hamas politburo member Mohammed Nazzal told Reuters that “exceptional measures” had to be taken when it carried out public killings in Gaza on Monday, which drew widespread criticism for their extreme violence. He claimed that those executed were criminals guilty of murder. Nazzal also refused to commit to Hamas disarming itself, which Israel has demanded as part of a peace deal. https://nypost.com/2025/10/17/world-news/hamas-defends-public-executions-of-palestinians-say-it-will-not-lay-down-arms-throwing-wrench-in-fragile-peace-deal/
  17. Those were an american version of a martial arts weapon.
  18. Yea you realize that Bad Bunny is probably the least "thug rapper" out there, and half that issues described can also be applied to 95% of the musical artists since the 60's, across all genres? Let's book Miss Rachel for the Superbowl.
  19. Well, let's break it down. Allen/Mahomes - kinda cancel each other out. Allen is, I feel the better football player but Mahomes comes through in the clutch.. especially in playoffs. Cook/Pacheco - Cook is far superior. Shakir/Hollywood - I give the edge to Shakir here as Brown is kind of a one trick pony. Coleman/Worthy - I give the edge to Worthy for his big play ability Kincaid/Kelce - If we are talking careers, Kelce easily. If we are talking this season, I actually think they cancel each other out much like Mahomes/Allen. Kincaid's arrow is pointing up and Kelce is slowing. He's still a crafty vet So in my view, the Bills win 2 of the match ups. The Chiefs 1. And 2 draws. But now imagine if the Bills traded for a guy like Olave or Waddle and put them in Coleman's spot.
  20. Get back to me when Trump kills 6 million Jews.
  21. Exactly. Nobody. Tre White, Benford?? Brrr ha ha ha
