  1. Past hour
  2. It's the deep offseason, I check TBD 10xs a day and there is no news/few threads. Dead news cycle time of year sooooo.... The Hollins discussion gave me an idea. Who are your favorite Buffalo Bills who only played here 1 year. Hollins is up there. To dig a Lil deeper, Emmanuel Sanders was fun to have here. I was a kid so I mighttt be misremebering (and breaking my own parameters) but I loveddddd Sam Gash! And on the full opposite side of spectrum Larry Centers! Who ya got?
  3. But pretending a fantasy is reality isn’t the answer here, and it never is. This is the world of politics, where every advantage is exploited, and the people who play in that space move in and out of hypocritical behavior without a thought about it. Biden the person has every right to maintaining his secrecy, Biden the former prez and face of the modern Dem party does not. The reason it’s a major issue is because it will be made a major issue. Individually, no one cares your opinion or mine for that matter. However, as a political cudgel it holds great promise to sway voters whose minds are not made up next time around. An effective political campaign uses the tools in the tool belt and lays out the danger of trusting the party with an increasingly long laundry list of hiding/manipulating/defrauding/weaponizing the system. Add to that the narrative of waste, fraud and abuse that goes against the best interests of taxpayers, and the portrayal of dems partnering with gang members and it’s a winning formula. In the end, it doesn’t really matter whether Biden knew or didn’t, the goal is to flush out the truth if possible, but hammer the credibility and link it to the Hur tapes. The Dems will have their own version, of course, so it really boils down to sentiment at the time the race plays out.
  4. Maybe. Maybe not if the white house doc appropriately feels a psa in an 82yo has more risks than benefits.. Either way, there's a decent chance it wasn't picked up by the test if it was done. again, sensitivity is low.
  5. He’ll be a camp buddy fighting for a spot on the PS.
  6. The reasons you listed are fair for why Lewis might not find a team. And your point on coverage is also very important which is why Strong and Hancock definitely feel like locks, as I expect both their experience and athleticism make them better teams players than who we rolled out last year. I think were in agreement on Codrington too but cant quite tell.
  7. It's tough - maybe lewis can find a market? Every team currently has like 12 corners though, and they will have them all through camp. Also there's like 30 corners drafted in 2025, a ton more UDFA's, free agents, etc. So you have to feel really good about grabbing another player - especially when they're 28, undersized, not particularly effective on defense, and they don't return. Like are you willing to sacrifice a 23 year old 6th round pick boundary corner to waivers? Snaps on special teams are great, but end of the day the units were not very good last year. 5th highest KR allowed average, 16th in PR allowed average, 26th in KRs, 8th in PRs. They also had a punt blocked.
  8. You have to believe that the health care regime for the President of the United States is the same as it is for the average American man. I don't
  9. If a doctor tells me to get a test, I will ask him "How soon?". Had too go through almost 6 moths of testing before I was put on the trahsplant list, Went through EKG, CAT scan , any dental work I needed, x-rays, echocardiogram, angiogram, at least 80 vials of blood drawn (when I lost count), and probably other tests that I forgot about. This was just to get on the list. Afterward, I had a biopsy of the transplanted I have monthly blood draws and urine tests. They also have had me get another echo this year, a pulmonary test to make sure my lungs are OK, a visit to a dermatologist and coming up ,a colonoscopy (which I am scheduled for this year). This is because taking the ant-rejection meds can cause a slight increase in the chance of cancer. Glad they are on top of everything. I will do whatever they say ado it to the letter. They are also making sure I go to the dentist for cleanings (which is Thursday). All data is shared between my primary care MD, my cardiologist, my nephrologist and the transplant center at ECMC.
  10. Yup, the players put in way more effort on D in the playoffs and the refs swallow the whistle quite a bit Right. But more than that I just didn't understand the comparison when we are more reliant on Josh to win it all than any other team is on any other one player. The Chiefs, Eagles, whoever don't have a defense that consistently gets destroyed in the biggest games and can never get a late game stop. They also don't have these late game generational meltdowns like 13 seconds after their QB gives them 2 leads inside 2 minutes.
  11. In the case of Strong and White on the team I would expect White to be the game day inactive. Strong played teams at VT to my understanding and Tre has minimal experience (only 382 snaps his whole career; for reference Ingram had 262 snaps in 2025). I expect White would get the Elam treatment of either starting or being gameday inactive. I think Lewis would be able to find a team to pay him for ST and DB depth. Likely the same with Ingram. I dont disagree that having all 4 (5 with White) is a bit much but I think Lewis gets cut and they keep the rookies, Ingram, and White (game day inactive unless is a starter). My previous post was about Codrington. While he did a good job at punt return thats all he offered and that seems a waste of a roster spot.
  12. At the end of this contract Warner will be 31 years old and washed up. Meanwhile, Tremaine will basically still be a rookie. What do you value more: fleeting excellence or eternal youth?
  13. Today
  14. I'd guess they keep 5 DTs ... The two draft picks Sanders and Walker are safe From last year Oliver and Carter are safe If they were going to dump Larry O they would've done so already (he can still practice and play in preseason games I'd assume) ... I see Jones having to fight for his job, if he looks good in camp it's his. It's also possible Jones will just be holding Larry O's spot until his return.
  15. Yeah, i think while he's smaller - he sheds better, blitzes better, and shoots better. Edmunds was a bit better of a fit defender than shooting his gaps to make plays (Like he's blocked, but he's not "moved" like bernard might be), and i think from a sideline speed standpoint he was better equipped to limit edge gains. Considering the quality of QB in the AFC though, I'd say the value you get in creating havoc, negative plays, and turnovers is more valuable than what Edmunds offered.
  16. I make it myself. I use cacao powder, sugar, coconut powder and protein powder in milk. It’s basically chocolate milk with protein.
  17. Maybe. But it was an immediate observable improvement when Bernard took over the position. Better instincts, more being in the right place at the right time, more picking the right hole to meet the runner...
  18. Oooh. What flavor? where from? Details puh-lease!! Don’t drop that and just leave us hanging!!
  19. To me it's limitations in the defensive checks, and soft spots in the zones. In quarters for example the boundary defender has a quarter of the field to defend, the safety has another quarter, the nickel has an underneath third, and MLB would have middle 3rd. In the scenario that Kelce was "abusing" edmunds - you might have a slot WR cutting across the front zones, which requires the nickel or will to pass that receiver to the mike who picks up the underneath receiver, the boundary receiver runs a post meaning boundary corner passes to safety and looks for underneath work on his quarter. Kelce might fake the out into that quarter and then go in behind the NB/Will and find a window between the mike. The safety has been cleared out, the corner has the sideline, and the linebackers are in conflict. Now add in the RPO element where you can just hand it off right away or attack that window. Now add in a wrinkle of jet motion from the opposite sideline - that can make the window even larger by forcing the NB/Will to account for that motion off the LOS. Or create mis-matches - Hardman covered by a LB, or Kelce covered by TJ. Buffalo needs to be able to play more effetive man coverage in a lot of these scenarios, as well as do a better job disguising the coverages.
