  1. Past hour
  2. I believe the premise is flawed due to conflating PROBABILITY and ODDS. The ODDS will always be the same of winning or losing the turnover margin (50/50). This can only be factored in once a turnover is committed. It's irrelevant if no turnovers occur. The PROBABILITY of winning or losing the turnover margin has a slew of variables attached to it. First being that a turnover is committed. You cannot assign a predetermined percentage. Your example seems like we've flipped a coin, let it hit the ground and it has landed heads 25 times consecutively... So now on the 26th flip we'll catch the coin, see if it happens to land heads, then flip it to tails. Thank you because this gave me something to occupy my time until the early game starts
  3. Eyes on the prize, taking care of business! GO BILLS!!!
  4. Looking forward to a stress free Sunday. Expecting a conservative game plan. Lots of Cook. Maybe try and get Davis finally going. Short passing game. Keep the clock running as much as possible and get out with the Dub and no new injuries.
  5. The exact opposite actually. They had a top 5 scoring offense with #1 rush attack in NFL. They needed Rex and his cronies to not be the DC. Rex destroyed a top 5 defense. If they had kept Schwartz and Rex was just HC they could have won a lot of games like the Ravens have done for a long time.
  6. And to think you’ve interacted 21.6 thousand times in these forums …
  7. Go Bills Chandler! 🍻I'm ready!
  8. The inactive list comes out around an hour/hour and a half before the game. You can keep an eye on the Bills twitter, Joe B's twitter or check out the pinned thread shortly after and someone will have it posted then. FWIW: Jordan Phillips has been elevated from the PS for today's game.
  9. Looked at various sites and can’t find official list of whose sitting or has been elevated for game day. Any snoops out there to help a brother out? Go Bills!!
  10. The NFL doesn’t have a lottery and I’m not talking about losing the game. I’m talking about setting us up to win more. But I agree about Eichole.
  11. LFG! My son (and his new bride) are attending game today with their UB posse. Hope we get out to an early lead and use the running game to shorten the total number of drives given to the Saints. Would like to see a big play out of the special teams at NO has given up some gaffes there. Keep in control and make offense play calling with the crowd noise a problem for the young QB. May not cover the spread but would be nice to have the game in hand by Q4. Go Bills!
  12. This is from a “college” in Canada so take it with a quarry of salt but for all intensive purposes that “finite” number of wins and losses is not really finite. Coins are a bad example but a deck of cards is way off. https://www.mcgill.ca/oss/article/did-you-know-infographics/there-are-more-ways-arrange-deck-cards-there-are-atoms-earth
  13. Average start on kickoffs the last 2 seasons: 29.5 yard line. Too many starts at the 40+ to my eye. One pass from fg range with today’s kickers. Not a fan. Drive should average between the 20-25 imo.
  14. That pesky public. NYC public.😆
  15. Big game today. Stay focused and take care of business. Have to win the "one on one's" up front. Big game, Go Bills!!
  16. Run D is not the weakest point. 3rd down D is the weakest point. (though, run D does suck)
  17. I’m no stranger here, but I think he still has a cracked ashtray I have my sights on.
  18. The Sabres deliberately tanked games to try and draft Connor McDavid. Deliberate losing introduced a cancer into the locker room that they still haven't shaken off 10 years later. Deliberately fumbling or losing is heresy and would scuttle the 2025 season.
  19. There was always going to be some kind of adjustment. Handing the ball to teams at the 35 yard line makes that happen. I hope Prater/Bass/whoever start working on this here.
  20. A Tony Hunter sighting! My dad and I had tickets for this game but he injured his knee the preceding week and couldn’t walk, so we didn’t go — and the stupid blackout rule prevented us from watching on TV, so this is the first time I’m seeing it. I was a huge Kenny Stabler fan back then (being a lefty myself) so I was devastated. Fortunately, Snake thoughtfully got hurt in the first quarter and had to leave the game, so I didn’t miss much.
  21. So I see you bought the narrative fully without actually thinking about it...
  22. Just watching some bbc clips from the RC. I had noticed this too when I was watching the nbc feed. NBC was editing out all the chirping and heckling from the crowd and actually inserting cheers for a good euro shot…..watch the bbc feed and it’s really ugly….really ugly. This is where we are….networks running cover for ugly Americans.
