Reading some stuff from panthers fans on Twitter, they think they have a really good chance to win Sunday. They all know how bad the defense and tackling has been. Kinda surprising to me honestly. Even bad teams fans are starting to not see us as a threat. I realize the panthers are 4-3, but hard to believe they're legit contenders

I agree. What has McDermott done to help Josh's career? Do the two ever even talk? McDermott is not an offensive guru. He doesn't call offensive plays. And I doubt gives instruction to Josh. I think with a fresh reset of a new coaching staff and GM, Josh and the entire team will rejuvenated, and play with much more reckless abandon. I personally think McDermott has sucked the life and the joy out of the organization.

Safety, WR, CB & LB are all in need of major improvement. I’m very disappointed, but not surprised that nothing has happened during our bye week. Beane & McDermott are lacking a sense of urgency in changing anything, despite serious concerns from the fanbase & media. Let’s hope they actually have a plan for improvement and some tricks up their sleeves.

Well thats my point - Meyers isnt what we need. Its Olave, Moore, Waddle, maybe Shaheed -- thats the list, or we are moving laterally and giving up picks. Beane clearly hasn't had good success with the WRs lately. Gone are the Smoke Brown, Beas, Poyer, Hyde type signings --- now we have Samuel, Palmer, Rapp, and multitude of draft picks that look questionable.

I would gladly take him if Baltimore is really considering it but I'm skeptical that's the case. I do think Bateman is pretty good though and would likely be our best WR.
