Thanks. Normally I would have just looked it up myself but I’ve been on my phone most of the day and I hate looking stuff up on my phone. Actually I hate typing on my phone too. I have a large screen but fat thumbs lol. -

I disagree as both Palmer and Moore are new this year and it takes a bit of time for Josh to trust a receiver. We know Knox is good as he has been the 3rd or 4th receiver under Daboll, Dorsey. It's just Brady doesn't use him as much and that's the problem is the the Buffalo Bills offense went from a pass first under Daboll/Dorsey to a run first offense under Brady and Shakir, Coleman and Kincaid are the primary's now. Moore and Curtis Samuel have the speed to go deep and run fly patterns while dragging the safeties and DBs deep with them to open things up in the middle and it just doesn't happen. The RB's have been used very sparingly in the passing game until this past week against Miami. It's not just the passing game as it's also the defense that is worrisome with four guys still questionable and the rest full practice. Still, Tampa Bay leads their division at 6-3 and Houston at 4-5 has the #1 defense in the NFL right now. 🤯 -
Well, the Bills definitely will have the advantage against the wind in the pass game, with their 0.5 average air yards per pass. 😝

If they beat Houston in a tough 16-13 type game, bon a short week ....that will actually say a lot of positive about the team. I agree -
By the 2000s, the NFL had shifted into a passing league so defenses started drafting players smaller & faster to play the pass. I think we are just seeing the opposite happen now. Offenses are countering those speedy defenses w/ power run games and heavy sets. It’s just a constant evolution happening. What we saw in New York w/ Rodgers was him basically being his own offensive coordinator. Obviously didn’t work out very well. Coaches coach, players play. Peyton Manning is the kind of QB that has his own built in OC.

Who do we want, who do we need as our next HC and, or GM?

There is a hugeeeeee area between lunatic, sh** teammate Pickens, and the BS half measure WRs weve brought in. I am NOT against bringing in a semi problematic/highly talented dude, IF the problems are off the field. I cant get on board bringing in a awful teammate and awful locker room guy. Hes post CTE Antonio Brown, without having the brain damage yet lol -

Maybe. If it’s a weather game and the ground attack is predominantly used, it may be something of a mirage. I’m looking to Houston on the road in prime time to indicate if this team has what it takes or is a playoff pretender. -
I'm pulling for him if he plays but idk. He has zero confidence right now I'm trying to go back when I was in my early twenties and trying to remember what it was like when there was a lot of pressure on me whether it be at a new job or a new situation... And sometimes it definitely felt overwhelming. When you're younger like that you're obviously less sure of yourself compared to when you become an older man.... I can only imagine how Coleman feels being 22 with the pressure of being the number 1 guy with Josh Allen....It sucks but the NFL will move on very quickly if you're not producing. The most frustrating thing about this whole entire issue is that if Keon Coleman was just a #4/5 wr, he could actually help with some of the things that he does well. But it's this ridiculous forcing it ,pretending he's a number one and giving him the most snaps that is the most frustrating. Again I don't think Coleman sucks.... I just think he's a number 4ish wr

I got his autograph at AM&A's at the Como Mall. Didnt realize he died that young.

That was a historically dysfunctional ownership/FO at the time (Al had to be the worst owner in NFL at the time). Kiffin was like 34? Hes brushed shoulders with nothing but the best mentors since then. He bounced around between jobs at his choice since then, but has been successful at every stop and majorly over achieved with Ole Miss. Hes quit drinking, grown up a bunch and its shown. He'd be offensive minded HC, which is a requirement for me, and is a trend setter among modern offenses. Brings attitude and swag to a team severely lacking. He'd love to coach Josh. And would help draw major interest from top coordinators. Im confident hed bust his ass to bring in a serious DC to compliment his offensive skill set. Adding a legendary recruiter could only help in free agency. If I was a young FA that's a cool young HC id want to play for too. There are probably equally qualified candidates but hed be at the top of my list. You think Josh wouldn't be licking his chops to play under a guy like that?! -
Aaron Rodgers used to do that in GB. He would call completely different plays consistently than what McCarthy gave him. So it was basically as if they had no sideline OC. Ultimately, McCarthy got the boot. Allen probably won't do that because he doesn't want to offend his coaches. Which is part of the problem. Too many nice guys.

Pretty sure the Steelers were the # 1 seed that year, losing to the Bills at home in the divisional. That was week after the comeback WC game vs Oilers. -

2020: Packers lost NFCCG 2021: Packers lost division game 2022: Eagles lost SB 2023: Niners lost SB 2024: Lions lost division game 2/5 one seeds got to the SB and lost. I think the Chiefs have been the best team. But the NFC has had better teams as a whole. -

This. If you hire a new GM, it should be his decision 100% on which coaches (HC, coordinators etc) stay. A new GM would not have a close relationship with McDermott and likely more willing to make a change. I don't think Beane should get to fire McDermott and hire another HC. They are both equally responsible. -

You're right. The Patriots trajectory is looking good but they haven't actually accomplished much yet. "December football" and the playoffs are the only real test. Well the above two posts are it in a nutshell. Is this team in this current situation able to bounce back as they have in the past or are things more dire than they've been since the beginning of the McBeane administration? What in the actual f is that? 🤣 We're all irrational, excitement or not. We're Bills fans. He's guaranteed to play, 50% of the time. It depends on if the passing game shows signs of meaningful and permanent improvement. In many respects the victory over KC was a liar. So you admit it then! Seriously, I disagree with the regime "settling for mediocrity." I'm not even in WNY anymore but I feel like they're feeling more heat right now than ever before... am I wrong? If that's the case they're looking for answers. The question is whether they'll find them but I'm certain they're trying. McBeane's work ethic and diligence have never been questioned. And Marv had the credibility and respect of the entire organization to right the ship and command the crew. With all of those alphas, you need strong leadership. Regarding this edition of the Bills, I don't know how many alphas they have which to me requires that the Head Coach is the alpha. Unfortunately the manifestation of him on the playing field is Terrel Bernard. Unless the Head Coach who appears threatened by coordinators who don't have a subordinate mindset is secure enough to give him another chance... for the good of both men's careers. -
3 catches for 28 yards.

I don’t think they win the Super Bowl. I’m only going so far as to think they most likely win the division. Ok but I think everyone should admit the advantage it brings. Can you do the NFC? I don’t care about wins. Just how many made it. Chiefs kind of skew things. NFC has had a little more parity. -
Which could be greatly hampered by wind conditions leading to a lot of off target throws and balls that sail high. We have seen this countless times with QBs unfamiliar with the conditions here. And the OLine was just terrible in executing. That was the biggest problem. Honestly don't care what the other team does, if they execute at a high level like they usually do they are going to get their yards.

Miami was able to stop our run because they put a line full of 320 lbs guys. Not even sure Tampa is capable of that. on that note, Tampa is a big play offense. We will need to have a passing attack. Running the football is great when you have the lead but as I have been saying for weeks… you need to be able to pass the football. When your team is behind, running 10+ play drives that take 7+ minutes is only hurting your own team.
