I'm thinking the Bills need a #1 WR, two edge rushers, two linebackers, a free safety, and new coordinators/schemes on both sides of the ball. And that's just to get back into the conversation for the AFC East title. This team needs a rebuild, and needs new people in charge of doing it. If the Pegulas stand pat (which most expect them to do), the list of opponents is going to be irrelevant.

However we had just intercepted Tua and we really needed to establish something early and punish the Dolphins. Any time you get a turnover you have to convert that into some points and grab the momentum. And with this current erratic Bills squad that is key. Once the Bills punted it probably felt to the Dolphins that we let them off the hook and they just reset.

His cap hit is low because we just extended him. it doubles in 2026 and doubles again in 27. If you want to compare apples to apples, Micah Parsons has a cap hit of $4M more than Greg this year, $8M next year, and $5M more in 2027

The Bills defensive system is so complex it's impossible to pull someone in from some other teams practice squad and plug him in. So they have to grab retreads like Jordan Phillips, Shaq Lawson, Poyer, Tre, etc.. The head coach here made his name coaching defense. His side of the ball should be great year after year...and it's just not. A couple injuries and they are sunk.

Ben Johnson is an elite coach. He and Mike Vrabel will battle it out for COY. They deserve it. That franchise was a disaster and now they’re leading their division. The same goes for the Pats. They both have elite coaches and QBs that look like they can play. Both of those coaches would have been clear upgrades for the Bills. The Bills coaching is okay. It’s not bad. It’s not great. These guys are doing a great job. It’s the equivalent of having Baker as your QB instead of Josh. He’s fine but there is better. Both Johnson and Vrabel are better.
