Josh Allen and the Stiff Arm
LABILLBACKER replied to Rich Stadium Original's topic in The Stadium Wall
He's going to give every square inch of his body to make a play. That's never going to change over the next 3-4 years. Once his scrambling slows down, then you'll probably see him protect himself more. -
the 3 of them are complimentary TEs' imho. Especially if Brady uses them to their strengths. And they all have a few Let us not consider having to get rid of any of them this Season please. Love to see all three help the Bills win the regular/playoff/and SB together. Next offseason we can talk again. Everything could change our opinions by then lol

I have been walking back and forth and just silently shaking my head "no" from time to time while letting out a long, sad sigh.

Not enough compliments I can give Joey Bosa. He's been exactly what we needed through two games.

OBAMA OPENS UP ON KIRK ASSASSINATION, SCOLDS TRUMP FOR ‘EXTREME’ RHETORIC: Former President Barack Obama addressed the assassination of conservative political activist Charlie Kirk on Tuesday, calling the killing a “tragedy” that poses a “threat to all of us” before scolding President Trump for contributing to a dangerous political climate. Speaking with journalist Steve Scully at the Jefferson Educational Society in Pennsylvania, Obama cast Kirk’s assassination as part of an escalating trend of political violence. “Regardless of where you are on the political spectrum, what happened to Charlie Kirk was horrific and a tragedy,” Obama said. “And when it happens to some but even if you think they’re, quote, unquote, ‘on the other side of the argument,’ that’s a threat to all of us. And we have to be clear and forthright in condemning them.” The former president also took it as an opportunity to criticize President Donald Trump and his administration’s handling of the aftermath of the assassination. “When I hear not just our current president, but his aides, who have a history of calling political opponents ‘vermin’, enemies who need to be ‘targeted,’ that speaks to a broader problem that we have right now and something that we’re going to have to grapple with, all of us,” Obama said. “But I will say that those extreme views were not in my White House. I wasn’t embracing them. I wasn’t empowering them. I wasn’t putting the weight of the United States government behind extremist views.” (It wasn't me) Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, Al Sharpton, Eric Holder, and Joe Biden could not be reached for comment. Not to mention Barry himself https://www.nationalreview.com/news/obama-breaks-silence-on-kirk-assassination-scolds-trump-for-extreme-rhetoric/

Its not just points though. Its the ease with which they do it at. It's about extending drives that dont result in points, from 2 First Downs, to 3. Reducing the times we go 3 and out. More cracks at 3rd and short than 3rd and long or medium. Having the ability to beat a team with an entire playbook.... having an entire section of a playbook left untapped when the playoffs roll around, for when you REALLY need a first down, or a drive for 3points. We are regular season points kings, no doubt! The defense in the playoffs needs to be better, but theres more than 1 way to skin a cat. Having the defense step up and playing 10% better against KC gets it done! But getting an extra 10% outta the offense gets it done too. Sometimes leaning into a strength is better than spending extra time/effort/resources into something you're not good at. There is a reason you don't go to the urologist to clean your teeth! If you know something and do it well, its a heckuva lot more valuable to increase resources at doing that thing better.

Bare minimum Fed cuts interest rates for first time this year amid weakening labor market The Federal Reserve on Wednesday announced the first interest rate cut of the year as policymakers lowered its benchmark interest rate by 25-basis-points, as signs of a weakening labor force outweighed elevated inflation. https://www.foxbusiness.com/economy/federal-reserve-interest-rate-decision-september-2025

Silly topic premise, the team is currently 2-0 have scored seventy one points in two games, and the defense closed out the first game with three, three and outs, and a Forced fumble recovery, and then totally dominated the jets, so No, his seat isn’t even warm, GO BILLS!!!

Dude has got a major split in the road moment here... one that has forged a winning attitude in some of the greatest men ever! Or revealed to everyone and themselves the ultimate act of cowardice, immaturity and selfishness of their own character. For all parties involved I hope Stef picks the right one! Hes young enough to right the ship that is his life, relationships and attitude, and wind up a better man for it. I can say without a doubt in my mind, I'd be proud as heck to see him pick the high road on this one!

The biggest cheater in the history of the league is abusing his special privileges, shocking!

Thanks! That's a good definition. That's what I was looking for. I can appreciate the position. I agree that the "bigotry" card comes out too soon and too often. People who support trans rights tend to feel victimized themselves and they kind of come out swinging with their reactions. So, the entire discussion is already very hot and if you try to have a genuine conversation about any of it, it tends to get confrontational. From what I've seen in public schools (I have a daughter in ninth grade now), I haven't seen anything problematic. Maybe it is in some areas, I don't really know. Kids are aware that trans is a thing. To me it seems fine if the message is: [trans people exist and there's nothing wrong with that]. If there were anything approaching indoctrination, I would have a problem with that. I'm sure there are cases where young people have taken steps to transition and it turned out to be wrong for them. And I'm sure there are doctors out there who are too aggressive about it or who have acted inappropriately. It's hard to know the extent of this stuff because you see stories and lots of commentary, but it's all so supercharged, it's hard to know how much of it has been cherry-picked or how to weed out misinformation. The sports thing I find difficult. I personally think there are probably some cases where trans women should be able to compete, but where do you draw the line? I cannot say. Again, it's something that deserves careful discussion, but that often feels impossible. As soon as you bring it up as a topic, everybody is screaming and accusing the other side of being something inhuman. Anyway, thanks for honestly answering my question and not just attacking me personally or accusing me of pushing a dangerous agenda. 😄

Tom Brady: Broadcaster vs Owner Thread
First Round Bust replied to ryguy101's topic in The Stadium Wall
Point is...unlike other broadcasters, Brady is physically not allowed on-site to do the network prep work, he meets remotely, so the NFL decided that distancing is enough to keep him from gaining competetive advantages-insights to share with the Raiders...you can aruge that he gets more intel from being around the opponents pre-game, game, stadium, etc as part of his Sunday job which only has another 8+ years to go.. if you want to rip Brady up leave it to Nikki G - language, strong R rating - like being at a Bills game -
No, injuries, specifically how they lingered, were a symptom of 'No Brain Disease', significantly worse than CTE. Dude admitted to getting drunk EVERY night! He didnt put in any work in the film room. Finally, HE CUT HIS G*D** CAST OFF WITHOUT MEDICAL INPUT OR EVEN MEDICAL SUPERVISION! DO YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF RARE COMPANY THAT PUTS HIM IN? PEOPLE WHO HAVE CUT THEIR OWN CAST OFF - PEOPLE WHO HAD MEDICAL INSURANCE, LET ALONE THE LITERAL BEST IN THE WORLD?! Absolutely. F'n. Bonkers!

There's a thinly-veiled dig in there, too. When asked about what has given Buffalo its success, he says, "... they have a good quarterback," and "they do things right over there..." -
