  1. Past hour
  2. The advanced metrics were junk His production on the field is what any good evaluator should go by, and it wasn't even good enough to be a starting wideout...yet we paid him a fairly large contract. I think we spent very poorly in free agency
  3. I remember making a smart assed remark around Week 2(?) congratulating Dorian Williams for finally getting his first NFL PD.
  4. Name a top qb who wins superbowls with average hc? Or after 5 yrs with the same hc? Jalen hurts won a bowl,Trent dilfer,Flacco,Brad Johnson, all did also….allens playoff stats are top 5 in nfl playoffs history and better than MANY superbowl winning QBs lol tell me why that is? It’s not bc Allen hasn’t given his team leads with 13s left, not that Allen has completely outplayed his opponents yet still loses….we have a defensive hc scheme problem that has sunk Josh Allen period
  5. I'd like to see the whining fanbase shut the f up and get on with the season. They'll be fine. Lotta season left.
  6. I'm not going to vote for him. The episode in question involved a beloved state senator that everyone here knows.
  7. Fair enough, he says his source is TruMedia. I usually use TeamRankings.com. On there they show Rousseau with 2 passes defensed on the year and no other Bills player with any (hasn't been updated to include Epenesa's from yesterday). Off the top of my head I can't think of any legit pass breakups from the secondary. Certainly not 11. So I'd like to know how that stat is being charted by different sources.
  8. I have a screen shot and Shakir is clearly interfered with. He gets hit before the ball gets there. The Over officious Jerk didnt call that
  9. Was he "that good"? Yes. Was he great? No. But against our defensive effort (& atypical offensive output), he didn't need to be. He was as good as he needed to be & also had very few poor plays (eluded rushers, found (wide) open receivers for a very high completion %age) & didn't need to do more.
  10. It becomes more and more obvious Levi has fallen out of favor in the organization.
  11. That's what I've been saying for all these early round picks that people defend & say "give it time!" Other successful teams seem to expect their early round picks to make an impact that same year. But Bills fans seem fine with every 1st - 3rd rounder being a project that'll hopefully pan out in a few years. Will this be the year Kincaid looks like a top TE in the league? He's looking better than last year, but we'll see. Hairston got hurt, so that's another one we'll just have to hope pans out next season. Who knows what'll happen with TJ Sanders... another rotational guy on the DL or maybe he takes a step next year? Epenesa, Boogie, Bishop, Elam, DeWayne Carter, Dorian Williams... a mix of disappointment, TBD or no longer here. Sure, Spencer Brown & James Cook worked out, but damn that's a lot of wasted draft capital in players that aren't actually improving this team in any way.
  12. Sounds like mcd arrogance. Same way they said they never have a back up d plan
  13. and Landon is ***** up his job, blowing contain. And giving up a big play. Contain is 101. What the heck Landon? Don't let mental mistakes cost you your Jersey. Hoech and Larry O are returning soon, and roster spots must be made. Make it happen Landon
  14. Nice I met Jim Kelly 2005, Jon Gruden and Moose Johnson 2012. All great people. Kelly was built like a LB.
  15. Im probably in the minority, but I really cant stand that song
  16. People throw this "scheme guys open" saying around like its not the NFL. Coordinators arent scheming guys open into 25 yards of free space. The defenders are too smart and too fast. Your scheme may get a few yards of separation, but it takes both a good release and speed to beat man coverage even if you can get the scheme to work. Its not just scheme or players, it takes both at a high level of football.
  17. It’s so complicated it runs like a Swiss watch run over by a herd of rhinos.
  18. For those fantasizing as well about Addison. I was under impression he spent a slight edge in the slot more than outside. Its closer to 75% outside, 25% slot from best i can tell. Its said here but I think these are usually behind a pay wall as I can never find it (And what i found is too large to upload 🙄🙄🙄)
  19. That's exactly it we don't attack the ball at all. This whole defense is keep everything in front of you and tackle. Funny thing is this year especially were horrible at tackling.
  20. I wonder how many season ticket holders they have these days
  21. I think Collinsworth stated it several times last night. The Bills O tells the defense what their going to do. Josh under center - run. Josh shotgun - pass. It's bad enough where we don't prepare specifically for a team each week, we now indicate to them what we will do on offense. But we'll watch some film to prepare for next week.
  22. What we don't talk about enough is that they are trying to build a diva-free WR room. You can't do that, because all the good ones are divas. One of the most important jobs of an NFL coach is managing the egos of the players. If you can't manage a WR with a rapper/influencer girlfriend and 3 lambos, you can't be an NFL coach. It's in the job description.
  23. I so hope we win a Super Bowl…..just to piss off some of our “fans”.
  24. This is weird to me. We seem to have eliminated throwing James Cook the ball from the playbook. I understand he's dropped some untimely passes but he's still our most electric weapon. Would make sense to at least throw him the ball underneath instead of ... a swing pass to a tight end?
  25. Shakir is a role player. He isn't a traditional slot player that you can feed normal targets to. He's not a great route runner and his size gives him natural limitations against physical coverave. He's somewhat emblematic of the WR room as a whole in the sense that he can do his one thing really well, but he can't be relied upon on a down to down basis. That being said I'd like it if Brady could find a way to scheme him more plays. There are more ways to get the ball into his hands than just quick screens.
