  1. Past hour
  2. A strict constitutionalist I see...you don't like rules do you? Can't win playing by them? Reminiscent of trump's golf game.
  3. That's quite an accomplishment! I've run 3, all slower than a three-legged possum with asthma, but I'm hoping to win my age group someday. My family tends to be long-lived so I'm hoping to outlive the competition and be the only finisher in my age group.
  4. Trump’s ties to Russia make anything Hillary ever did look like child's play. And let’s not forget he won. No one's changing minds at this point... except now, somehow, Trump supporters have gone from chanting “lock them up” to shielding pedophiles - the very monsters they claimed to be fighting. Keep spinning. Lock them all up. It’s all you’ve got left.
  5. Can't believe this has gone viral. I was just trying to read the tag, dammit.
  6. I'm not sure which team I think will be better, Los Angeles (ahem) or Denver, but I think they'll both be better than the Chiefs. Not because of all the historical trends that the Chiefs are contending with, but because the Chiefs roster is accumulating holes faster than they can fill them. While the Chargers and Broncos are building. All three teams have great coaches so that's a wash. If there's a single trend the Chiefs won't be able to overcome, it's the growing awareness around the country that the Chiefs have been getting favorable calls for years, and it's not likely the refs will carry that trend forward, not with all the scrutiny the talking heads will apply.
  7. I thought you weren't a citizen.
  8. Bills Tennis (playing and watching) Electric Guitars/amps/pedals Video games Since I've quit drinking, I've started reading again My job involves video production/editing, but that is a hobby too.
  9. Golf Lifting Keeping the best yard in the Cul de sac Age of Empires 2
  10. Most US Gulf coast refineries are configured to refine heavy crude. It was a big mistake to cancel the completion of Keystone. It would have benefited both Canada and the US. But that was the democrats appeasing the environmental base rather than prioritizing the economy. So the Alberta based oil business reacted and lobbied for the now completed Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion to the coast near Vancouver. Much of that crude gets shipped down the coast to US refineries. China might be a market for Canadian crude but for now China is happy to receive discounted sanctioned Russian crude shipments and supply from the Saudis. At the moment the Permian is the only US Shale basin that has the ability to increase production. Others have experienced steep and rapid declines in production. As expected by geologists. In short order US production will rapidly decline. No big discoveries with the exception of the Arctic are likely. Offshore drilling is expensive. Drill baby drill is a fantasy. Shipping our NG production to Europe is stupid. The war situation is in part to inhibit the integration of Western Europe and Russia by eliminating a cheap sources of energy and expanded trade. An arrangement thst would cripple US influence over Europe. The smart thing for both the US and Canada would be to agree on a clear mutual beneficial relationship. That doesn't appear to be on the table. Personally, I hold two big Canadian oil companies in my investments. Canadian Natural Resources and Suncor. Both are solid long term well run energy plays with large reserves.
  11. from wiki. reference available there: The report was submitted to Attorney General William Barr on March 22, 2019,[1] and a redactedversion of the 448-page report was publicly released by the Department of Justice(DOJ) on April 18, 2019. It is divided into two volumes. The redactions from the report and its supporting material were placed under a temporary "protective assertion" of executive privilege by then-President Trump on May 8, 2019, preventing the material from being passed to Congress,[2] despite earlier reassurance by Barr that Trump would not exert privilege.[3] While the report concludes that the investigation "did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities",[4][5][6] investigators had an incomplete picture of what happened due in part to some communications that were encrypted, deleted, or not saved, as well as testimony that was false, incomplete, or declined.[7][8][9] The report states that Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election was illegal and occurred "in sweeping and systematic fashion",[10][11][12] and was welcomed by the Trump campaign as it expected to benefit from such efforts.[13][14][15] It also identified multiple links between Trump associates and Russian officials and spies,[16] about which several persons connected to the campaign made false statements and obstructed investigations.[4] Mueller later stated that his investigation's findings of Russian interference "deserves the attention of every American".[17]
  12. Do you think Obama will be indicted?
  13. Oh yeah, some of those guys are amazing. Never got into the ham radio circuit myself.
  14. Pickleball running - 93 marathons and beyond - have to get to 100 travel golf
  15. It wasn’t a problem until it was (kind of like the defense). Their offense was bottled up vs. the Ravens at 4.6 yards per play. Turnovers saved them. They were outgained 5.8 yards per play to 5.5 yards per play vs. the Chiefs. You aren’t trading for McLaurin to beat the Jags 54-10 instead of 47-10. You’re trading for him to get over the hump in the playoffs. Giving Josh more weapons is more important than anything. He’s the reason you’ll win, not adding rotational defensive linemen.

  17. Which part do you find to be nonsense? The intelligence documents that have been released? Do you believe them to be hoaxes?
  18. I follow the Bills.
  19. Kyle Allen is horrible 😳
  20. To think we had Kyle Allen as our backup that one year… 🤢
  21. Hiking/trail running in the mountains with my husky is top of the list. Also: eating at new restaurants with unfamiliar cuisines (including some very strange foods), meditating, reading (history, science, Buddhism, historical novels), traveling when I have the chance, writing, and reverse planking, which some people derogatorily refer to as sleeping.
  22. Personally I can say that I don’t involve myself in right wing nonsense such as that. But if I did, I wouldn’t do it until I was done waiting on the Epstein files.
  23. I noticed you didn’t actually answer the question as it related to Hillary Clinton‘s role. That is not unexpected. Someone like you that has been whining about an existential threat to democracy should be upset by what she has done.
