I didn’t see the game yesterday, but every time I see a Sean Payton team, it’s a bunch of 5-yard passes. Did they throw downfield more?

I hated everything I saw from Denver yesterday as a matchup. Their D is ALL over the field, they have a bunch of playmakers and they have a WR corps - not a ton of household name - that goes and gets the ball.

Among the others mentioned, I have to say that Misery is a perfect film. I know humans have endured torture beyond comprehension, but purely on an emotional level I can’t imagine a worse way going out than this. This is really bothering me to think about.

Exactly, when you hear re-seeding referenced to NFL playoffs it just means that it is not a bracket format. The highest remaining seed in the 2nd round of the NFL playoffs will play the lowest remaining seed. In the current NFL system, a Wildcard qualifier will never be seeded higher / have a home game against a Division winner, no matter the records. So if the Bills are the 5th seed the only chance to for a home game, would be in the AFCCG if the 6th or 7th seed WC team has 2 upset victories to get to the conference title game.

Josh Allen's first "few" seasons, just potential you say... Laughable. His 3rd year, I already gave you his stats and led his team to the AFCCG. He was a bonafide superstar his 3rd year. Lets revisit this next year and see what progress Maye has made. Drake always had a higher floor and was in a very high quality program at UNC, compared to Josh. But Josh was making insane plays in year 1 and 2, and sky was the limit if he could correct his mechanics and throwing motion/accuracy. Again, there is zero comparison here. You ignore facts and so desperate to show Maye is even close to Allen. Sorry pal, youre gonna be disappointed when Maye doesnt explode on the scene in year 3 like Josh did. You cant coach talent into a player. Josh had immense raw ability, same with Lamar in that draft. I dont think Maye has alot more ceiling to tap into...we shall see.

Come on man...Allen's first few season he showed potential that's it..he showed he had an arm especially on the run but he was inaccurate. Drake Maye had literally showed he has an arm too Both of them with just a flick of the wrist can throw a bomb, both are dangerous with their feet. I would grant you Allen trucks people over but both teams have running QBs that can make plays on their own. So for the people in the back..I am not saying Maye is on Allen's level becuase Allen's been in the league longer..and is thr best QB in the league now, especially w Mahomes injured Just like u can see Jayden Daniels and Lamar Jackson similarities but you wouldn't put them on the same level cause one is just starting out the other is in his prime. Like it's not really hard to see it.

I personally think the high arcing long ball "rainbow" pass is the most satisfying to watch play in football and Josh just can't or wont throw those. Maye can and often does, Russ was maybe the king, and even Tyrod even hit these early on here. One of the best passes Mac Jones ever threw was rainbow to Hyde in the playoffs and it looked fantastic. But Josh does not and perhaps cannot hit a big bomb like that. Maybe he just flat refuses to put a bunch of unnecessary air under the ball by rifling a fifty yarder like the one to Diggs closing out Detroit a few years back, but as impressive as those are, I still want the pretty picture pass and I think fans over rate those who deliver.

Yes I'm not knocking Drake at all But their play style at the quarterback position is not comparable.. Josh made more mistakes his first 2 years than Drake.. but he also did stuff that football coaches and fans never saw quarterbacks ever do Had more passing yards and rushing yards then the Texans in that playoff game He was not polished...
