  1. Past hour
  2. Voyers love a story. Worst to first is the story.
  3. Just love this kind of response. Can’t respond to the substance of the post. Can’t explain why a McD scheme got trashed by a 40 year old QB on his last legs. Being unable to fashion a reasonable response/defense, resorts to an ingenious stoned/perpetual take. Wow such insight into the NFL
  4. The OP said currenly, meanin his season. Non of these guys are top 4. Mahomes was 1-3 and had 5 TDs and 5 INTs when he rolled into that Bills game. Solid decline.
  5. I don't know about divide, but McD was 100000% upset about losing Ingram.
  6. Brian Daboll enters the chat….
  7. Stafford should win pretty comfortably unless he majorly lays an egg in the last 4 weeks. If the Bills somehow get the 1 or 2 seed and Allen scores 5 TDs per game until the end of the season he could repeat but I would still probably bet against it. Maye won't get it over Stafford because he hasn't "paid his dues", so to speak, while Stafford is at the tail end of a long career. Legacy stuff factors in a lot when it probably shouldn't.
  8. I think a lot of people are seeing what they want to see and projecting feelings.
  9. Agreed, but we are at the point yhere is virtually no faith in the GM. And when you see this with a HC, the GM has to go,it won't be the coach.
  10. If that's the logic we should trade Josh Allen for Trent Dilfer! What are we even talking about here? Sure it can happen butttttt, there are certainly upgrades, and we can acknowledge things could be a loooooot better. Biggest blunders have been his repeated refusal to hire successful coordinators. Theres been a lot too. Thats enough to can a guy alone IMO, without factoring in all the other elements. I'd LOVEEEE to be wrong, but this team is a pretender 100%. Please prove me wrong!!!
  11. The problem here is Davis slimmed down this offseason and hasn’t been used in that bruiser role. Instead Josh has been in the short yardage role whether that the best use of our QB or not. I understand wanting less wear and tear on Josh and Cook, but a play on the 2 years line to take the lead isn’t the time to change what you have been doing well all season.
  12. That’s not how this works. We have to pick up the option before next season.
  13. That was a team that averaged like 27 points per game in the regular season lol And Philip Rivers was playing his heart out for the last time... We held them under what their regular season average was
  14. Do you think Devin McCourty is paid to stir the pot? I saw him on FNIA on Sunday talk about how Josh Allen is the only reason we make the playoffs every year, then when we inevitably lose he unduly takes all the blame on his shoulders. Like the supporting cast around him doesn't even deserve to be there, but the narrative becomes that Allen is playing on a Super Bowl caliber team and can't finish the job. As I've said before Allen is a victim of his own success. He gets criticized for not winning playoff games that we have no right to even be in. His ridiculous and unsustainable caliber of play last year convinced his GM that the offense was perfectly fine without a lick of WR talent. He singlehandedly erases so many flaws with the coaching staff and the roster that it's almost impossible to evaluate the rest of the machine around him which means McDermott and Beane probably have lifetime contracts. I'm not sure that any one player in NFL history had the singular effect that Allen has had on the Bills. Not that he's the GOAT, that mantle still belongs to Tom Brady, but I do think he erases mistakes better than anybody else that came before him. McDermott and Beane's careers were absolutely built by Josh Allen, and I don't even mean that as a criticism of them it's just a fact. Hell I'm convinced our new stadium deal was built by him too. It's a shame that this regime inexplicably chose to lean away from Allen's greatness in this 2nd window rebuild, but hopefully they've learned from the entirely predictable mistake and will pull a 180 in the coming offseason whether we win the Super Bowl or not.
  15. Are you perpetually stoned? Pro Tip: If you don't know what perpetually means, Google is your friend.
  16. Josh Allen is always in the race for MVP, jmo.
  17. The offense has not been good at using the available talent, this is not a new problem, Brady seems to forget what weapons he has, and hasn’t shown an ability to mix in those players consistently, jmo. GO BILLS!!!
  18. Possible return of Phillip Rivers to Colts is good reminder of the deficiency of McD schemes. It was a playoff game in Buffalo, River’s last NFL game, and he threw for well over 300 yards, once again shredding a McD defense in a playoff game, even when McD had Hyde & Poyer in their prime. Allen heroics once again bailed out McD
  19. You got to admit Andy reads obsession with his terrible shotgun inside zone is not typical Andy Reid Like the game is moving by... Kareem hunt actually is probably the best running back this year in the NFL for 3rd and 2 or 4th and two and shorter He's converting at an insane clip.. no I obviously don't think he's a top 25 running back.. but he is one of the better short yardage backs running rn But everything about Andy reids offense is out of whack... People should seriously question mahomes and what his long-term legacy will look like Because it looks like he was propped up by a bunch of Hall of famers and he's a really good quarterback without them.. he's not one of the best quarterbacks of all time like he was anointed... He's nowhere close to the Montana Brady Manning group And reid has no more scheming that can mask it
  20. I have full faith that we can speak this divide into existence for anyone reading this board.
  21. Good old Sunday mornin', bells are ringin' everywhere Goin' to Carolina, it won't be long and I'll be there You're my blue sky, you're my sunny day Lord, you know it makes me high When you turn your love my way Turn your love my way, yeah, yeah
  22. There is always a potential for tension when working with someone for an extended period of time. Is there between Beane and McD? Not sure. As for the roster being a problem? I’m sure there is some input from the coaching staff when picking someone as a FA. I’m sure McD was told they intended to grab Slay. I’m sure Brady had input on Cooks. Do they have final say? Probably not, that would be the GM.
  23. Weird and interesting scenario with too many ifs... but plausible ones: Let's say Buffalo beats NE and the Browns the following week and NE also loses to the Ravens. If that were to happen, the Eagles game would be completely and utterly meaningless as far as the division goes and (I'm pretty sure) the Bills will have already clinched a playoff spot. The final game vs. the Jets would then be a game you would have to win regardless of whether the Patriots were to lose against the Jets or Dolphins. This is all assuming the Patriots don't just lose out, which I don't think is a possibility. Do you rest your starters vs. the Eagles? It'd be a weird situation where you could rest your starters in the 2nd to last game of the season but would have to go into the final game viewing that as the start of the playoffs in a way.
  24. Sad, but it rings of truisms…
  25. It does seem that so far he has been a much better citizen, but then we never know.
