  2. The better punter will kick it deeper to give our safeties more room to work with!
  3. Hi Lando, I think you have a couple of misconceptions on how the CDC works. 1) Vaccine recommendations have historically been set by the Advisory Committee of Immunization Practices (ACIP). this committee has historically been composed of true experts on vaccines, including pediatricians, immunologists, infectious disease physicians. They generally have at least 20 years experience post graduate or medical schools, and are highly respected full professors at academic medical centers. Here is the list from the 2019 Trump administration, so nothing to do with Biden administration. https://archive.cdc.gov/www_cdc_gov/vaccines/acip/committee/members-archive/members-2018-oct-2019-jun.html Contrast that list with the misfits appointed by RFK, only one (Meissner) has a current academic appointment and could be considered an ID/vaccine expert. https://www.cdc.gov/acip/membership/roster.html So these arent CDC employees sitting in an ivory tower; historically, ACIP has consisted of true experts. 2) I have no doubt that some CDC employees are true pencil pushers who never leave Atlanta. But other CDC employees are boots-on-the-ground epidemiologists, who are among the first experts at an outbreak scene, whether a cluster of lead poisoning in Wisconsin, or Ebola in Liberia. So not just textbook understanding. All of this is in flux as RFKjr and Trump proceed to destroy American health care research.
  4. I don't know. If the Bills decide to kick at 15 seconds, sure, Baltimore doesn't have much of a chance, but they have at least a glimmer (as we know to well from Illegal Forward Pass Homerun Throwback Shoot Me Now). Or the Bills take the knee and kick with the clock running, but with a lot less time to switch units. Now that I think about it, why don't you just have your field goal unit take a knee? Too much room for error, since they are not used to it?
  5. They only pounce on the ones the deranged leftists try to sweep under the carpet.
  6. Also, the Bills could thrown a deliberate incomplete end zone fase pass on third down and gotten the clock down to 10 or so seconds. The fg takes around 5 seconds, and then you kick it out of the end zone (no chance for a td return). They have 5-6 seconds and no timeouts and therefore have to complete a 65 yard hail mary.
  7. I hope all of them. Democrats lose their voting edge with their paid voters.
  8. Yeah ultimately if he caused confusion by not calling timeout, I do think Josh would've taken the reigns and got them up there to spike it. If I were Harbaugh I probably wouldn't have called timeout and if the Bills figured out what they were going to do, I would've called it around 15 seconds, you know at that point they're going to kick it and you'd get the ball back with maybe 10 seconds for a chance at a miracle play.
  9. Let's hope that Jets DC Wilks emphasizes this and it makes Shakir and Palmer available for a big game. Then one of them can be considered "a strong 2" also. That's my hope for this WR room. Side note: Wilks was McDermotts DB coach in Carolina for 5 years. Maybe Sean can give Brady some tendency tips.
  10. Looks like they worked out 3 punters, choose Johnston. Other two were Hayball and Stonehouse. Other players are DT's and CB's, and then Cole Jenkins is a local LS from Buff State
  11. That one over the LB against Frisco a couple years back. I'm pretty sure I do.
  12. Until they show they can stop the run, expect to see teams try and run it down our throats... This week that'll be Breece Hall. Hopefully they burn the Defensive game plan they used against the Ravens and never use it again.
  13. This is so true - I had no idea that Lamar was hit that hard. Allen rightly being given credit for the win. However, in the midst of an ugly night for the D it would be fair to give big Ed some credit for being the next most important cog in the victory.
  14. In that scenario, the clock runs down enough that it doesn't leave BAL enough clock anyway, plus it gives the Bills a nice calm, clock stopped chance at the kick. Honestly, Harbaugh's strategy of making the Bills run out the FG team and possibly make a mistake almost worked. We left a guy unblocked who almost got the ball.
  15. How many times do you see a game winning FG attempt with a running clock and time expires as the kick is made. Most of the time teams either end up kicking with maybe 15 seconds left with running clock or the clock is stopped. My point being this was somewhat of a very uncommon situation so easy to say afterwards what they should have done instead. I'm actually surprised the Ravens didn't fake an injury as you do get one extra a 4th TO for injury if a team is out outs. After the one the rules change as to how handled.
  16. Browns should of beat Cincy last week, but their kicker choked on multiple kicks, including what would of been a game winner
  17. I don't really think harbaugh had any choice and I'm sure McDermott was ready for every situation As soon as Coleman fell down.. I knew we had the game iced The kicking team was probably ready if he didn't call a timeout to run out there but harbaugh has too Call them If harbaugh holds on to them Allen can stop the clock with a spike at any time
  18. They would have just kicked it if it was 3rd down and 15 seconds when he called the timeout. I do wonder though if we would've caught on fast enough if he just didn't call timeout at all or if it would've been really rushed. But that is true...they would've either possibly had us rush it or would've had a few seconds to possibly get into position for a Hail Mary if they had called it later.
  19. FWIW Robbins did a nice job holding a couple marginal snaps. Ferguson better watch himself.
  20. I was so upset about the fact that we were punting at all that I forgot to pay attention to the quality of the punts. The best punt in my opinion is no punt.
  21. When the Ravens became the first team this weekend to hang 40 on another team, my first thought was “we need a new punter.” Way to get er done, Brandon!
  22. I’d like to think the mods do a nice job. No person is perfect, but they try to be fair.
  23. make Defense except Oliver do this
