  1. Past hour
  2. I just had mine today, three years after my last one because the doctor found and removed a polyp the last time. I'm clean this time, so I can have another one in 5 years. I'm not sure if I will have another one since I'll be 80 then, I have no family history of colon cancer, and have no polyps. It's not recommended for elderly people who don't have family history, polyps or any symptoms because the risks of having the procedure frequently outweigh the benefits of early detection. If you have a family history of colon cancer, cologuard is probably not a good choice in place of the colonoscopy.
  3. Danny Dimes shredded the dolphins "defense" Did see this thread Here's the bets I'm thinking about for Thursday vs Dolphins (gonna bet all 3) Palmer over 33.5 yards Kincaid over 30.5 yards Coleman over 41.5 yards +600. $10 pays $70 Allen over 1.5 TDs Palmer TD Palmer over 33.5 Ty Johnson over 12.5 yards rushing Allen over 234.5 yards passing +1100 $10 pays $120 If we add ty Johnson anytime TD +5000 $10 pays $510 Kincaid over 29.5 yards Cook over 11.5 receiving yards Boss over 0.5 sacks Knox anytime TD Coleman anytime TD +7500. $10 pays $760 On this one, I can change Coleman and Kincaid and the odds remain the same for anytime TD I'm debating on my second bet if I want to add that ty Johnson anytime And on the third bet, I'm debating on Coleman or Kincaid. Leaning Coleman cause the final DBs are trash 1st bet I feel really good about Thoughts? What's your bills SGP? Or what about NFL bets in general this weekend?
  4. Bosa looks and sounds happy. If he can get through an entire season. I'd offer a contract
  5. Yeah, ain’t that a thing? I doubt Tua, unless one of the boys gives him another concussion from sack which is likely. Not that I want that to happen as I never wish injuries on a player. The HC and GM are dead men walking as it’s just a matter of what week. Their bye isn’t til week 12.
  6. Totally agree, I'd just add if it's done properly it should be done respectfully. But perceptions of respectful are admittedly subjective, and this also is a business. You can shift the culture a bit because that is firmly established. Getting young players real game experience in non-critical points of the second half to see if they can contribute later in the season. Injuries are forever a problem and reason to filter in new talent. Coaches can talk to established players one-on-one about what they need to see more of before cycling in younger players. McDermott seems to be making this shift on defense finally, in one of his preseason pressors he mentioned to the effect that the starters aren't as ready as he'd like them but he was going to put them in and play through it anyways. I would also guess Damar Hamlin could run that defense better than Bishop but everyone can see Hamlin is not the answer as a starter. That's what we need, we aren't trying to establish a consistent level of play, we're trying to find the right mix of talent and playmaking to win a Superbowl.
  7. Maybe I'm getting soft in my old age but I hope it doesn't end to his career. I want him to have the ability to grow old with his family and not have to drink through a straw.
  8. Mike Florio (who loves to make the NFL look stupid) has made it his mission to talk about this
  9. Serious question: What is transgender ideology? If a person believes that gender dysphoria is rare but legitimate and that transgender people deserve civil rights the same as anyone else, can't that be considered a reasonable (non-radical) position? Assume that same person simultaneously believes that political violence is wrong and should be condemned. At what point does tolerance of trans people count as an actual ideology? What is the supposed element of indoctrination or accompanying political stance that makes it harmful or extreme or unamerican? I believe that the trans issue is likely being way overstated as an influence on political violence and it does not represent trans people as a whole.
  10. Everybody finds out just how full of s**** they really are during the prep😂.
  11. How long was it going to take for your little friends to bounce outside their echosphere and actually look at why the judge dismissed the terrorism-related charges? You should be thanking me. Oh, I don't deny the political implications. But looking at the NY State murder law - the one in play here - I have to agree with the judge. NY (our old friend Mr. Bragg) argued things like "the fact that he did it in Manhattan on a public street shows the intent to terrorize." But what if he had done it while the victim was onstage giving a speech, Charlie Kirk style? Well, I guess that's worse. What if he had done it by taking the elevator to the guy's private suite and killed him in his room? They're all horrible offenses. It's just that there was nothing here that fit well within NY's special circumstances warranting 1st Degree Murder. Do I think it's a stupid law that needs to be changed? Yes, I do.
  12. Liquor is a bad excuse. I don't eat crow. I prefer my raven with franks and Bleu cheese
  13. Have your girl peg you the night before. Then the camera will be an enjoyable experience
  14. IDK, I understand the conflict and heard the discussion on the Jeremy and Joe show this morning, or at least a small part of it. I’m not sure he has any influence over the Raiders, nor gets any snipits of info on rivals. I do understand people still hate Brady as he kicked our tails for 20 years. I don’t like nor dislike the guy. He’s annoying with his “oh shucks” attitude.
  15. Bills may end the careers of a HC, GM, and starting QB in one game...
  16. Exactly it's not all just x's and o's It's the entire building.. how do they set you up for success? Do you have a lot of people to lean on and trust? Do they allow you to make mistakes without fearing repercussion? Is the attitude of building upbeat and positive or mundane and negative? Do your coaches push you to be the best person in life? Like you said getting rid of negative influences and bad habits.. or are they okay with that if you just show up to work? Do they have a plan to fix your mechanics? Or are they just winging it... Can you take constructive criticism or not? There's so many little things throughout a NFL teams building that could make the experience really good or really bad for players... And how the organization is ran absolutely can impact development It 100% does
  17. You posted a tweet of a murder victim stating he spread garbage viral slop. Including a statement on his character. Not explicitly saying the murder is justified isnt needed in this instance. You do this sort of thing quite a lot. Its cowardice.
  18. C'mon, guys. Brady NEEDS this broadcasting job. He's no longer married to one of the world's richest supermodels, and the therapy bill alone for his son related to the emotional trauma from Tom's lingering kisses on his lips is probably bankrupting him.
  19. Tua could get wrecked by Bosa
  20. Another one drops to pressure... another dance in the dark...
  21. Agreed, and beat me to it. Same thing happened in Carolina once McD got 4 starters he liked. The rotation dropped to a minimum. With Bosa/Jones/Oliver/Rousseau as your starting 4, they should only be rotating out for wind breaks when needed. And even then, Ed waved Sanders back to the sidelines against Baltimore.
  22. That 55% vs the Jest represents just 26 snaps. That’s a virtual day off. Heck, he’s only seen 61 snaps in the two games combined.
  23. SoCal, you know this is a reply to Howard Simon picks the Bills on WGR. Retired, but does this bit on Tuesday mornings around 8:30am. I agree we will beat the Bengals whether Burrow was playing or not. For the person that took this seriously, Howard’s been doing this bit for more than a decade and even his promo is just “this is just for fun”. It’s not meant to be Nostradomous. I get a kick out of it and take it in stride.
  24. Part of the issue is the word "coaching" because it implies Xs and Os. I always stress on here - it's a team's overall Player Development Program, of which coaching is a part, but not the only part. There is so much that goes into teaching players how to become professionals and giving them the individual support they need in order to be great. Strength and conditioning, mechanics, other physical instruction and support are part of it - but sometimes it's even more wholistic than that. Helping them eliminate bad influences (friends and family members) who are interfering with their progress. Financial literacy. Teaching them to be good leaders and good colleagues. "Coaching" doesn't capture all of this stuff - and it varies wildly from organization to organization.
