  1. Past hour
  2. @BananaBlaugh all you want but it's true.
  3. Does anyone know anyone that hates the Bills more than Chris Simms? God almighty, you'd think they did unsavory things with his wife or something
  4. First time I ever heard that. 😂
  5. Forgive him. He was either born in the 2000, doesn't know who steve Grogan is, or most likely didn't discover football until Oct 2001 when the Brady mania took over.
  6. They are not executing. Their gap discipline is not good enough and their tackling is inconsistent.
  7. I think I'm about to where I'll give up, but riddle me this: where did the Bills rank for # of defensive plays? TOP? Yes, it would certainly be concerning if Maye and the Pats shredded the Bills on 3rd downs and moved the ball with relative ease
  8. Lol Please take as much offense to this as possible because right now it is deserved but you may be forgiven since as a patriots fan you didn't discover football until some time in mid October 2001. Belichick had precious experience in Cleveland and in his narcissistic grandeur wore his welcome out there. 36-44. His success largely entailed riding the coattails of Parcells. He went to NYJ as HC and chickened out, too. He got to NE and thought he would get another go at it. The Internet is impossible to search for it with all the time since 2000 was a long time ago but the NE fans wanted him gone especially the 0-1 start and 5-11 start before. After Bledsoe was injured the team called and brought in some QBs to tryout. Belichick opted to roll with what he had and was quoted as saying he will try the rookie out and rely on the defense. The speculation was that he knew the season was done and he likely wouldn't last beyond his second year with Bledsoe hurt. Bledsoe had just become the highest paid player ever, mind you. Brady came in and didn't make mistakes his first year. He did just enough to get the positions to win and not give up enough to cost a loss. If not for Brady Belichick would not have been the HC the next year. It's sad how Patriots fans don't know this but again, most don't know football before Sept 23rdh 2001.
  9. I woulda given up a third to bring Pickens here. I don't care if he never bothers to block once in his career.
  10. Yes please, I’ll take a 12 pack
  11. We have faced Lamar, Fields, Tua, and Rattler. Minus Tua, who only had 10 yards, the rest of those QB's are running QB's and ran for 170 yards. If you take out the QB yardage we'd be right there with KC, Philly, or the Vikings. That's a very general statement but my guess is after playing King Henry and a slew of running QB's things should even out a little. I don't think we built this defense to stuff the run but I'd guess we will settle in to the middle of the pack instead of 2nd to last.
  12. The NFL ain’t after old guys like me who have tinnitus from too much Metallica. I tried to be fair and gave some Bad Bunny tunes a listen on YouTube. Definitely not for my demographic, but I can at least see a halftime show that would be entertaining in a “Vegas” kind of way. Still won’t be loading up my gym playlist with any BB tunes. 😂
  13. It's been said enough that I think it probably was true. Kraft thought they had a roster that was better than 8-8 or they wouldn't have fired Carroll. 5-11 1st year, lost first 2 games, seat hot. Brady did exactly what he was asked to do in that Charlie Weis offense: make the right pre- and post-snap read and make the right decision on where to go with the ball.
  14. The Bills were elite at turnovers last year which is an extrEmely metric, no Question. But to keep it simple- They were straight up just bad at getting off the field in total last year. And going back to this conversation, my biggest concern in this game is McDaniels and Maye shredding them on 3rd downs and moving the ball with relative ease
  15. Grow a sense of humor, you stuffed shirt football fan, lol, we all know what the sports bra is, we are just having fun here, put away your broad brush, lol, now get off my lawn youngster… GO BILLS!!!
  16. I am just saying that it is hard to write off a regular season that is still currently in progress and the fun fans have with that because the destination hasn’t been reached yet. There’s a lot of football left to be played and it is also about the journey enjoying the season as it unfolds and such. I remember a lot about last season not just the sad ending. Yeah it is bitter pill to swallow falling short but it is also still about all the ups and downs of a season not just the result
  17. Frazier was waaaayyyy underrated by Bills fans. I said it then and I say it now. He is a darn good football coach.
  18. That Irving’s high usage may have resulted in him getting hurt, which we don’t want Cook to be… I’m not sure what Travis Henry has to do with this😀
  19. It's a tough game for tough people. Players get hurt. Travis Henry's been hurt some seasons. Saquon Barkley got hurt. Not sure what's your point?
  20. Ya I doubt that is true, and it wasn’t like Brady lit it up as a QB his 1st year..
  21. The synagogue attacker has been identified as 35 year old Jihad Al-Shamie, a British citizen of Syrian descent who entered Great Britain as a minor. The crime has been labeled an act of terror. Time will tell us more. Immigration and integration are conjoined twins as issues. Neither is beneficial or harmful alone. Of course, how you define beneficial or harmful is the illuminating choice one makes during policy conversations. I am fascinated by England, Great Britain, and current events regarding immigration, integration and free speech. I am more than a little surprised by the trajectory. The Prime Minister and Home Secretary have said anti-semitism will not stand and that government will do everything it can to keep its citizens safe. Talk is of security. I am not convinced this is a security issue and not a national character issue, Time will tell. In the meantime, don’t tell me what security details are being deployed. Tell me what it means to be British. That moral courage shouldn't be controversial. That courage is scarce, though, and not just in Great Britain.
  22. If KJ Hamler could separate against starting NFL defenses, he'd still be here. He had 6 years with 3 teams to show what he could do.
  23. Censorship of what? Who is forcing anyone to listen? The word you want is hear. And, if no noise ordinance is breached, then too friggin bad. Deal. It’s America, and they can exercise their constitutional rights as they see fit. Muslims get the call to prayer, you get to whine about it, I get to make fun of you for being a snowflake, you inevitably get the chance to slander me or whatever it is that you’ll end up doing.
  24. This place is a bunch of old men making sports bra jokes about a piece of technology they don't understand. With that thing, they can tell how fast his first three steps are and track change over time. They can track how explosive he is moving laterally. The team can know, with data, when bringing him back from injury won't be a liability. Why wouldn't you use that?
