Thanksgiving Day game thread (no Bills stuff please)

That goal line orange marker with all the flashing holes in it looked like a mini orange R2D2. -
That makes it sound like they consistently weren’t competitive. They went 5-12 in 2022 (Stafford missed half the season) and then went 10-7 and made the playoffs in 2023 and 2024.

Packers have some nice goal line passing plays. Just a little bit of confusion and there is a guy open. Just need an accurate throw/catch and it's a free TD. -

At this point no outcome could really surprise me. What I do see is a Pittsburgh team that knows if they beat us, they move on to hold the 7 seed and we are "in the hunt". I see another post game "they wanted it more quote" coming. Steelers-27 Bills -22 -

Has Tom Brady been getting some work done on his face? I don’t care THAT much… but still… -

I did "Rush" 2112. I do believe that the Bills have been quite meek on both sides of the ball, but maybe they can inherit the earth. -
Game week thread - Bills at Steelers

So Keon dresses for Palmer and Cooks dresses. Maybe we get Kincaid back. Looking doubtful for Dion, unless he jumps to limited tomorrow. Grable likely to be activated. Vande is much better at LT, than RT, question is if Lundt gets the start at RT or if they think Grable with 1 week of practice is a better option. This game is going to be extremely difficult, gonna need the best performance from our defense to pull it out and zero turnovers on offense. -

Let’s fry Lafleur for using secondhand timeout in the third quarter. -
Could simply be a case of him not finding somewhere else and coming back.

Week 13, Bills v. Squeelers, PREDICT THE SCORE!
HappyDays replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Steelers 26 Bills 17 I don't have a good feeling about this one. Dawkins and Brown are both likely out. Palmer is trending in the wrong direction. Kincaid may be back but probably not fully healthy. So what is the plan on offense facing off against TJ Watt and a great DL? Pittsburgh will do the same thing every team does - sell out to stop the run and dare our putrid WRs to get open fast enough before their DL gets home. Their secondary is their weak spot but can we really take advantage of that? Color me skeptical. The defense I expect to do its usual performance where they never make any big plays but they make a couple stops in the 2nd half. 42 year old Aaron Rodgers won't be punished for his total lack of mobility as he is given plenty of time to stand tall in the pocket and find openings against our zone. McDermott in his post game presser will crow about how well his unit battled while lamenting the offense's inability to sustain drives, continuing to set the stage for Brady as the sacrificial lamb after the season. Ultimately I've completely lost faith in this group. Go out and prove me wrong. -

This has to be a game where Allen runs the ball off script a few times. Feels like another low scoring game that contributes to our seasons demise. Steelers 24 Bills 23 -
Win this week and in!

Sounds like got a bag and poor rehab situation. I would guess he is likely done. Voiding guaranteed is rare and hard to do and win.

That was the funniest moment in a great comedy series, WKRP in Cincinnati.

I would accept 25-26 over the next 3 years post a SuperBowl win. Then turn around in year 4 and be where they are now? Sign me up!!!

All bets are off at this point. TJ Watt has to be licking his chops to play against backup tackles. Will Brady hear all the online abuse he received after the Texans game in not giving Allen extra blocking? Is Allen’s injury more debilitating than we realize? Will our weakness at linebacker get exposed harder against the Steelers tight ends? Can McD overcome his road woes? Steelers 21 Bills 16. Allen has the ball in his hands to win it at the end, but falls short. Another multiple turnover game. -
Their most expensive defender is Poona Ford at $9.2M per year. Bills currently have 7 defenders signed to either current contracts or extensions that are more expensive per year.
