  1. Past hour
  2. This is a team that we all thought was our Super Bowl team when we were at 7-6 at one point. There is so much season left.
  3. It’s crazy that it takes our guys so long to learn it because all the other offenses know it front to back immediately
  4. Football is weird honestly. I had the Bills losing to ATL and thought they would have handled business. The Pats lost to the Raiders and Steelers at home but beat Buffalo. It is a week by week league and especially for younger teams up and coming like NE they will have a little more variance as they build up then others. The Pats this year remind of 2019 Bills in a lot of ways and that Bills team had a bad loss in CLE where it felt like they should have won that (CLE had lost 4 straight come in).
  5. You scored 23 points, vs a poor defense playing without possibly our best defensive player, in a game where we turned the ball over 3 times, one of which gave you the 12 yards from a TD. While converting 3/9 3rd downs vs a D that is probably the worst in football in that department over the last 2 seasons. Diggs was the best player on the field last night. Much props to him. I love Drake Maye and I think he’ll be a star. I thought he played a solid game yesterday, but I was expecting him to play better than he did.
  6. I think he plays instinctively and that’s what I want. That’s how you play fast. I think he gets into trouble trying to fit into whatever this horseshit scheme asks him to do. Maybe if a few more guys got down hill instead of skating backwards, we’d hit a RB before he got to the secondary
  7. As I said at the time, I pegged his ceiling as a Mike Williams type. High variance TD and 800-1000 yards average per year. He's just not a 1. And he's not a guy you really want to pay as a 2.
  8. Why isnt Brady calling passing plays to the RBs? We should throw to our RBs often. Cook, Ty, and Ray all have good hands, and all 3 excelled last year. Ty made an amazing catch in playoffs to save our season! Enough with the trick plays Brady, Get the ball to the RBs in space!
  9. At the end of the day, Bills never were going 17-0 and it's very rare that a team of Buffalo's caliber will play well and lose. This game is exactly what it was: inevitable. Dust yourself off, learn, and on to the next one. I feel bad for the Falcons, Bills record after a loss since 2020 is excellent.
  10. I'm sure he's super smart guy and a heckuva coach. I'm also sure he tries to break every other coach's hand in the handshake line.
  11. Who was criticizing Allen for that? I remember a lot of people thinking he was a knuckle head because he would throw like 2-3 bad interceptions against good/great teams. But I don’t remember anyone saying what you posted being a big deal. But I’m not in Buffalo so..
  12. JP51

    Keon WTF?

I think he will as well... I think if there was a real 1 and he was asked to be a 2 and a 50/50 ball guy he would end up being ok...
  13. At least the guy who left the stadium after collecting the game ball got a head start on traffic from last nights loss!
  14. Just because he's a big guy that used to play football doesn't make him a meathead. Do you seriously think Bill Belichick would have trusted him in so many different roles on both sides of the ball if he wasn't really, really smart?
  15. It's honestly the fault of the org that they basically set him up to the be the WR savior. He will get unnecessary flak if he only turns out to be a good role player WR.
  16. Unless they keep playing horribly. I mean the writing has been on the wall for a while. Last week wasn't great and the week Before vs Miami wasn't stellar. We keep saying how they played bad and yet won, or they played bad and only lost by 3. That great until the playoffs.
  17. From what I saw, Allen's mobility got better in the second half as he began to be more familiar with the defensive schemes being run by the Pats. The OL looked overmatched by the Pats DL for most of the game. It was the worst game period for our OL this year. I do believe that has something to do with Vrabel's somewhat complex schemes and the Bills coaching staff not adapting early. That said, we can have different views. Perhaps I'm a bit jaded because I see far too much "Josh Allen" this and that on these boards. And if people think Allen was the main cause of this loss, I disagree. The team needs to play better as a whole.
  18. Any passive aggressive message for the fans who stayed last night Joshy?
  19. Start Ingram for Tre Play Cook and Johnson together in the backfield and use them in the passing game Bench the first guy who makes a stupid penalty like not covering the tackle
  20. Agree entirely. Well said.
  21. If Hairston isn’t ready soon, Beane needs to make a deadline deal for a CB. White is done.
  22. Vrabel IS a meathead AND a great coach.
  23. Exactly Muppy, every team has them. Some more than others. There’s enough talent on this team to overcome them with reasonably adequate play. Many will disagree but unless it is a game ending call that is suspicious or invalid, I feel blaming the refs is an ultimate cop out for a collective let down on the W/L column.
