  1. Past hour
  2. I bought a couple for my kids this post season, china , i think. They're great quality. $40 each. Not official nfl , but darn close.
  3. Donald Trump's Approval Rating Reverses Course (improving) With Most Accurate Pollster Latest polling by TIPP found that Trump's net approval rating in terms of job performance specifically has increased from -5 in May to -2 in June, suggesting his standing among voters is improving. The June poll means Trump's approval rating has almost returned to the point it was at in April, when TIPP found he had a -1 approval rating. That poll found that 44 percent approved and 45 percent disapproved of the job Trump was doing. TIPP is considered the most accurate pollster as it is the only national poll to correctly identify the winners of the last six presidential elections. https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-approval-rating-latest-poll-2092932
  4. The Browns have 7 playoff wins in the superbowl era. Only 7. The Bills have 19. There is no comparison. They are a crap team and have pretty much always been a crap team, minus a random year here and there, since their glory years in the 50's. It's not even the same team today since they moved to Baltimore and became the Ravens.
  5. Of course The Democrats are now just recruiting Tik tok influencers to run. Communist ones of course.
  6. Man.....I wonder what kind of pain he is going to be in when he is in his 50's, 60's, 70's??
  7. Homey's coming down heavy tonight, he is extra frustrated with Trump's success.
  8. I wear a counterfeit Bruce Smith Silver Anniversary SB25 jersey (but a home blue kit even though they wore white) to many home games...and after stretching it over winter layers and rambunctious tailgates for over a decade now, the seam up one side is split nearly to my armpit making the whole thing open like a smock or something. And even so, I'd rate the build quality above average. No piece of apparel should be subjected to this relentless level of BASF stress/durability-testing. It lives in a pile somewhere all offseason. Then I find and resurrect Lazarus in the dryer just in time to represent each September, with a little more bonus lateral venting each season. Gifted a handful of those Super Bowl 25 Bills jerseys (with the Silver Anniversary shoulder patch) to friends and family. Well, at least once they were released from their long customs delay at the Peace Bridge lol.
  9. We got that going for us.
  10. It failed because it was an insane plan, ill researched and led from Washington. I am extremely familiar with the scheme and what was going to happen if things went poorly on day two, which they probably would have. I don't know anybody "romanticizing" anything about it.
  11. An off-season deep dive: Alex Smith underwent a total of 17 surgeries on his right leg after suffering a devastating compound fracture during a game in 2018. The injury occurred during a sack, and it was compounded by a severe infection called necrotizing fasciitis. The surgeries were necessary to save his leg and life, and they included debridements to remove infected tissue and limb salvage procedures Following the initial surgery, Smith developed necrotizing fasciitis, also known as flesh-eating bacteria. Smith spent months in the hospital and had to use a wheelchair, walker, and crutches before finally being able to walk again. Despite the severity of the injury and the long recovery process, Smith returned to the NFL in 2020 and even started a game for the Washington Football Team. inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as part of the 2024 class last December. The honor comes three years after earning his spot in Utah's Hall of Fame. When NFL legend Alex Smith and his wife, Elizabeth, learned their daughter Sloane had brain cancer, they felt like their world was crashing down. “You think you have been through a lot, but when it's one of your kids, nothing prepares you for a moment like that,” the former NFL quarterback said. https://www.si.com/college/utah/football/alex-smith-and-wife-reveals-8-year-old-daughter-had-third-10-hour-brain-surgery
  12. Operation Eagle Claw didn’t fail because we lacked guts it failed because it was a logistical nightmare with no margin for error. ‘Would’ve been something’ doesn’t change that 8 Americans died and zero hostages were rescued. Real leadership means learning from disaster, not romanticizing it.
  13. The first band I ever saw live was local boys BOC (Twisted Sister was the warm up and on the cusp of MTV stardom!). . That's a nice polished version of ETI, but the band lost their mojo around the time I first saw them and this version is better imo. And even better from the same album:
  14. Thanks for the kind words but not impressionable at all anymore. They seem to think that Trump wasn't going to bomb anyone during his 2nd term, even though he did in his first one. Or that he wouldn't bomb new places.
  15. Today
  16. If we can sort of set aside his ridonkulous rushing TD total in '24, Cook was actually more productive overall in '23 in 3 fewer starts, and especially more productive in the passing game. In 2024, Ty Johnson really ate into Cook's passing volume following his own tantalizing 100% catch rate in limited 2023 action: 7/7 (LOL) for 62 yards, 2 1sts, and a TD. Johnson still has not recorded a dropped pass in 2 seasons with the Bills, despite an uptick in targets and a jump in depth of target. And he can pass block, apparently, at a higher level. The RB room in 2025 is probably as close to McBeane's ideal vision as we're going to get, unless there is some absolute RB UNIT (big Wisconsin/Alabama style back) available on late day 2/early day 3 of the 2026 draft...to replace Cook and spell Davis on early downs and short yardage.
  17. Got any idea what probably would have happened during operation Eagle Claw if we didn't have that disaster at the "Desert 1" refueling site in April, 1980? I do, and it would have been something.
  18. Jesus 😵 I've seen mangled body parts from football but that is insane
  19. there are places, right now, in he USA, I want nothing to do with. Bad, very bad, terrible, no good places.
  20. The 2017 Bills were the worst point differential AFC team to make the playoffs in almost 30 years. His decisions to trade Dareus and bench Tyrod blew up in his face big time. They needed some incredible luck to back-in at 9-7. That was just a fluke. But you need a little luck when you are a nobody HC trying to turn around a team with a terrible losing culture. They got it. Since then he's proven he's organized and his process works if you have a great QB. That should net him a top 10 ranking.
  21. Fascinating how no one says Haiti. But it should be El Salvador. Or Argentina.
