Going to the game in Miami this Sunday - Suggestions?

Get a Cubano at Versailles in South Beach...best one you'll ever eat! The pastry shop nearby is amazing as well. -

Would you rather playoff seeding scenario?
Max Fischer replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not even a close call: #1 seed. First, you get the bye and only need to win two games. A week of rest may be the difference between key players being able to get on the field. Second, playing at home and not traveling. Three, the #1 seed is a better indicator that the team is playing well, and the Bills probably lost again to the Pats. Four, %$@# the Chiefs and Ravens. Five, there's no guarantee the other playoff games will be any easier. -
Buffalo is a Sacred Place to Play a Football Game

Ahh, the Braves! We split season tix for the Braves with another family. Half the home games is plenty. Bob Kauffman lived right behind us and he’d play with us at the community hoop and my sister would babysit for them. Those were great times. -

Good point. How about the scenario where we are the 1 seed AND both Baltimore and KC miss the playoffs? -

Going to the game in Miami this Sunday - Suggestions?

This will be the first time taking it but it seems straightforward. Google GEICO HRS shuttle. Uber to and from the lot to catch the shuttle sounds way better than where Uber drops off and picks up if you take it all the way to the stadium. I already booked my Ubers and they were both very reasonable. I should add that tailgating is not important to us because we are in a suite so we get there at 11 and start the party inside. -

All but one of their road playoffs games went through KC -
Yes it's too bad about them missing the playoffs.

It's sad that AJ is out. He's been playing pretty good lately. -

How much did you pay for gas and groceries today?
JFKjr replied to Big Blitz's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I wonder if Americans will return to home cooking and start eating healthier. It's certainly cheaper than restaurants and takeout food. -

I get where you’re going with this but the Bills haven’t won a road playoff game in forever. I’ll take our chances at home (even though I think we have a game that travels this year). -
Schumer's Shutdown is now in its 38th day, making it the longest government shutdown in history. And from the way Democrats are talking and behaving, they don't plan on opening the government anytime soon. Seems like an odd thing for the party that supposedly cares so much about the little people, don't you think? But when you realize what their end goal really is, it all makes sense because the point is to make Americans suffer. So they'll blame Trump and Republicans since they're 'in charge.' A normal person doesn't necessarily pay attention to politics and news, and Democrats know it. Byron York exposed their entire playbook: Our government is so dysfunctional that it can't even do the one job it's supposed to do. Is it time to vote on term limits yet, or what? https://twitchy.com/samj/2025/11/07/byron-york-exposes-democras-shutdown-playbook-n2421374

Going to the game in Miami this Sunday - Suggestions?

I've attended two games at Hard Rock, and I haven't decided whether it's worse to drive or using ride-share. Like Orchard Park, there's gridlock for a few blocks around the stadium. I'd consider scouting for parking far away or walking a bit before ordering an Uber. Maybe a mile or so. Even after a 35-0 Bills win, there were still a ton of people and traffic at the end of the game. The stadium is nice, although not nearly as great as SoFi, but it's somewhat easy to get around, there are a lot of food and drink options, and the bathroom lines are not too long. One caution: seats in the sun can get very warm, even in November. Use a hat and sunscreen, and avoid dehydration. Both games folks needed medical attention. Addendum - I see a lot of folks warn about the sun. It's no joke and can be miserable. Go Bills. -
This reminds me, as I recall, that someone started a thread complaining about the Bills' lack of a pass rush based on a preseason game.

I'll take the 5 seed and go on the road. Aside from the bye week which IMO is a huge benefit, I don't hold too much weight on home field advantage. In the last few years Buffalo has playoff losses at home to both KC and Cincinnati. Give me Pittsburgh, Denver or Indy to start the playoffs. I'm cool with that. We are a running team. Running the ball travels well. And in climate controlled Indy, it would help our pass game out. -
Week 10, Bills v. Fish, PREDICT THE SCORE!
Bookie Man replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Seems like fish always give us one good game and one weak game every season. They played us kind of tough in the first game. So here is the weak game score. 35-10 -

PatsFanNH replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall
I would think if you win the division your more than likely the 1 seed and would have a bye week to heal and it’s a lot easier to win 2 games in a row than 3 to make the SB. -

Three road playoff wins sounds like a tall task, but for one game, I would rather go on the road to Denver or Indy than play Baltimore or KC at home, despite the difference in current records. -

I enjoy his Daily Butthurt. Then I don't have to wonder if Trump's owning the Libs, he shows up every day to confirm it.
