  1. Past hour
  2. It can be misleading but it's certainly not "meaningless". @Einstein is implying that lot's of rookie WR's put up significant stats and then vanish. He didn't even seem to know who Alec Pierce was though. A mid-second round pick with first round athletic testing numbers. Not some random nobody who somehow lead the NFL in ypc which subsequently dismisses the value of Coleman's rookie ypc. It's no more common for WR's to put up impressive rookie numbers and never develop than it is to see future stud WR's who don't produce much as a rookie.......as @NewEra detailed while you guys pointed out just one example. I've compared Coleman's ceiling to that of Davante Adams because they entered the league with similar athletic profiles......and challenges to transitioning to the NFL. Took Adams some time but that basketball type athleticism shown thru while the more track-athlete type profiles that excelled earlier in their careers from the 2014 draft have long since fallen by the wayside. I will agree that the Bills were force-feeding Coleman targets though and that has to be weighed into the equation. They did the same with Kincaid. So you can't simply extrapolate their rookie production in their best games and expect that the following year. But what they did proves that they have a foundation of ability that can produce at the NFL level. It's not meaningless.
  3. Miami has talent at key positions. Tua is tua. Achane is going to be a question mark and I think Jaylen wright and Madison can take some of his touches to keep all 3 at top speed strength. Hill and waddle are formidable. Jonu Smith is a never was, Alex ingold is talented and a "I've heard of him" but he doesn't change the game. Their OL is patch work that needs to over perform. Their front 3 are weak, they have 1 LB who can do something but fragile, they have a beast in Dobson, chubb is boring and done. So their front 7 are average to above average if they peak. Their backfield has the name Storm Duck but their talent is in Kohou. Jalen Ramsey is back there, too, but doesn't match up against our offense. On offense they have 3 players who can impact the game: Hill, Waddle, whoever is at RB. Smith will get his because no one else is #3 WR. The Tua can throw if he is protected. On defense Kohou is the only one I respect because Jaylen Phillips is hot or not and our OL can handle him. Chop Robinson coild be anyone and I put him up there with Kohou as to have a break out get on the map year. They dont have the tslent on the board to be thr lions. Theu need to restructure their dbs and get the right LB's. Their defense will be an ugly hybrid with talent.
  4. He never had a big contract with the Ravens so he took the money in a business decision. Can’t blame him as that was his only big bite at the apple. He still was a good player with the Jets even made an All Pro in 2022 with them.
  5. Ya know, it’s interesting- for a guy who was supposed to be a MAGA Trump supporter, you would think the media would never let this story die (no pun intended). And yet, once the main narrative was all but set, without deeper dives into Boelter’s background, it’s been oddly quiet. I have a strange suspicion about this story, which is why I NEVER buy the initial info about a situation…History has taught us that, doing so only leads to foolhardiness.
  6. Glad to see him retire. He always seemed to play tough against the Bills, better than you'd think based on how little attention he got week to week (although he did get some post-season recognition, which I thought was justified but surprising). There was an early season game a couple of years ago where the underdog Jets were beating the Bills in the first half, but then Mosley got hurt, and suddenly the Bills offense looked a lot better leading to a Bills win.
  7. DON'T let Tibsy, highjack the thread with his sh*t Back to the thread, NOW WE KNOW WHY THE MINNESOTA ASSASSIN STORY DISAPPEARED OVERNIGHT: Have you wondered why the story of the Minnesota assassin Vance Boelter has suddenly vanished from the news? Now we have a pretty good idea why. Boelter, who murdered State Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband while also shooting State Sen. John Hoffman and his wife, unleashed terror that sparked a massive manhunt before his capture late Sunday. Initial media coverage was rife with speculation, with left-leaning outlets eager to cast Boelter as a MAGA Republican, hastily blaming the GOP and even President Donald Trump for inciting his shooting spree. Yet the letter found in Boelter’s abandoned vehicle tells a radically different story, one that not only exposes the media’s rush to judgment and political opportunism but sudden drop in coverage. https://pjmedia.com/matt-margolis/2025/06/20/now-we-know-why-the-minnesota-assassin-story-disappeared-overnight-n4941019#google_vignette
  8. Just saw this. Game is available on NFL+…. Just watched a part of the first quarter, Bills backed up near the goal line. Tashard Choice running the ball and Leinart tossing an INT.
  9. Matt Leinart was “so embarrassed” as his career ended after five days with the Bills https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/matt-leinart-was-so-embarrassed-as-his-career-ended-after-five-days-with-the-bills
  10. Who cares if it’s against the governor’s wishes, as long as the courts have ruled it’s constitutional???? 😂😂😂 Do you not understand the meaning of dictatorship? I’m sure there are a lot of things various presidents have done that was against certain governor’s “wishes”….it doesn’t make them a dictator… LOL The Left has been brainwashed to believe that anything against The Party is fascism or dictatorship, and it’s simply not true. Not a very good argument from you, Joe.
  11. I remember, too. Every Jets game, the first thing I wanted to know was, "Is Mosley playing?" Sports can be so cruel to individuals. When he was healthy, Mosley looked like a truly special player. Couldn't stay healthy.
  12. I think New England has slowly become one of the most overrated teams in the league. They’re “new” so I get it. It has a little of that 2024 Jets feel. They’ll be better than they were but I think like 7-10 or 8-9. Miami has become a touch underrated imo. They’re more likely to be the playoff team I think.
  13. Hmmm, then explain this photo captured by a photographer from the the liberal rag, the New York Times, you dullard.
  14. Again your math sucks. Latest polling from Harvard. You like Harvard. https://www.morningstar.com/news/pr-newswire/20250616ny10989/june-harvard-caps-harris-poll-trump-approval-strongest-on-immigration-and-56-of-voters-support-bringing-in-the-national-guard-to-stave-off-riots
  15. If he retired right now there's a small chance he'd already make it. He has lots of records already.
  16. The worst human rights crisis since the holocaust? lol this ain’t even top 25. What? 50-60k dead? Those are rookie numbers. https://www.scaruffi.com/politics/dictat.html
  17. It's a shame he took the bag with the Jets instead of going to a decent organization. He was just a shade under a Hall of Fame caliber player in his prime with the Ravens.
  18. Via my wife I can confirm that based on anecdotal evidence, this is true. The real question becomes why is potentially getting a really bad sore throat national news?
  19. Agreed. But not sure Josh should be compared with Rivers, unless you are just referring to both never gone to super bowls. Josh already has an MVP and has more playoff wins than Rivers, with some of the best post season stats of all time. Rivers has the upper edge on regular season passing yards/TDs, no denying that. (Josh also has insane stats though)
  20. Proud Boys turning on Trump if he gets involved. So interesting to see the different species of scum in this country start infighting.
