2017 our defense was good. Teams got that offseason to study it and our defense has been useless since. This coach relies on turnovers and our own offense to bail us out. If we aren’t turning people over, we aren’t stopping them. If our offense isn’t scoring TDs constantly, we aren’t winning. As long as this guy is here, it will never change. That’s why we haven’t won a Super Bowl. I don’t care if McDermott stays on as HC. But if he has any influence over the defense or offensive philosophy, we aren’t going to win the Super Bowl. Hes a good culture guy, a good leader and someone who holds people accountable…his game day decisions, personnel moves and X’s and O’s are terrible.

Agree - of all his bad moments that was the worst imo, just jogging after the RB after he ran past - at least show some desire to recover after the initial fail. That was a lack of effort at the end, wouldn't expect that from a high round (high motor?) rookie trying to establish himself in his first live game At least I think the game should be a big wake up call for him

I agree with @Steptide and @oldmanfan - Shavers is the MUCH better younger option. My jury is still out on White. But it WAS only 1 preseason game.....I am not reaching for the red nuclear overreact power button. The wild over snap at the end lead to the loss more so than anything else. lol. tbh I think Bass could do it. He’s hit from 65 in warmups with plenty of room to spare. Reminds me of the madden cards back in the day that would give a player a boost in ratings for a play. They had one where your kicker could make a FG from anywhere. Friend kicked a 108 yard FG to beat me. I had no idea about the cards and was pissed. Edit- His 61 yarder had plenty of extra distance but idk if that specific kick would have made it from 70.

Oh man… not sure how to write this. Here it goes. January of this year, I did something I hadn’t done… ever. I gave Trump credit for doing something good. I gave him credit for keeping his promises to us in Western North Carolina. I could never have imagined the volume of hate and anger I received from doing something that was obviously the right thing to do. Just giving credit where credit was due. Saying thank you. Since that moment, I’ve learned a lot. I’ve learned that some of my liberal friends were never friends. They torched our friendship almost immediately… just for thanking Trump. I learned that many liberals seem to preach tolerance, but aren’t tolerant of conservative ideas AT ALL, it’s just an act to pretend to be moral. I learned that the greatest organizations in the world are churches… something that was genuinely UNTHINKABLE for me a year ago. I learned that the media just… lie. They lie constantly and without fear of being caught. I learned this lying comes from a bizarre sense of righteous morality that the lie, in the end, will achieve some good. I learned they cannot be trusted. I learned that I offloaded my own critical thinking to these organizations, and that many of the news “stories” I believed were true… never were. I learned what it means to be swatted. I learned what it’s like to have some crazed leftists send armed police to my home, with my kids in their beds, at 2AM claiming I had been shot and to break down the door. I learned that the only thing in the world that can change a persons mind is kindness is action… because that’s what changed mine. I learned that kindness is telling the truth, not protecting someone’s feelings. I learned that telling the truth is the most dangerous thing you can do, and that’s why free speech matters so much. I learned that free speech is never truly free… they will come after your entire life and try to destroy everything in it. …but it’s worth it It’s all been worth it.

I think if Josh Allen believes and trusts in McDermott , he stays If for whatever reason #17 thinks a change is in order he will be fired. I cannot believe the Bills would act contrary to Josh Allens wishes in the matter. It's obvious really. Who wants to upset #17? How would he handle a coaching change?
