While that would be awesome, I know I'd miss the last 12 seconds. I'd be dead from panic! -

Already happened for me. My daughter got married at Highmark three years ago. Best family day we have ever had. Complete with an hour doing wedding photos (and playing around) on the field. I can always say I threw a TD pass to my son in the tunnel end zone on the same field Allen, Kelly ect. played on. Anything that happens this year is a bonus! -

Re: the joint practice, just hoping to get out of it unscathed. Last year Ben Johnson was everybody's darling, but since he took over HC to me he has shown some serious douchebag vibes. Hoping his new 'tough guy' persona doesn't spill over to Bears players doing crap after whistles etc -

I think Hamlin is an average NFL safety. That's all. What was his PFFFFFFT grade? -
I just watched cossell on with OBL and he was asking about strong and Chris Brown said he was good the second week of camp but has not really stood out since then. The roster cuts in the secondary are going to be really tricky. Hairston will probably go to IR allowing them to keep someone else who can be on the roster but probably not the gameday roster. That might be strong. He could then end up on the practice squad when Hairston returns in week 7 or whichever week.

Honestly, this usually comes down to whether you are a glass half full or glass half empty type of person... The fact of the matter is the Bills have the second most wins in the NFL over the last 5 years and the best point differential. Sometimes, I wonder if your criteria for good players has more to do with media and/or fantasy football than it does reality, because something isn't lining up. On top of that, because the Bills have been so good, they are drafting at the bottom of rounds. Half the guys you listed weren't even available when they picked, and the rest would have only been there for their first pick. It's also insanely early to look at guys like Kincaid and Coleman and conclude the missed compared to what was available. Im sorry, but these hindsight 20/20 takes that are purely based on draft pick without any other context always blow my mind. Your post was more rational than others I have seen, but in the end it is still pretty ridiculous.

Can anyone remember anything from their pre school?
LeviF replied to Another Fan's topic in Off the Wall
Half day in the basement of the church around the corner. Not affiliated I don't think, just used the space. The two full time teachers were older ladies who were really sweet. Thin green carpet, a kitchen right off the main space. I remember the alphabet poster that ran across half the room and playing "London Bridge." It's odd because after kindergarten I don't remember much until about fifth grade. But plenty of memories of preschool. -
and you are way too sensitive when anyone says anything about a Bills player that isn't a compliment. I am bummed hairston is hurt because the team needed a corner to step in and take that spot. Now its basically a mystery since white is limited and unfortunately always injured. I also at the same time am not a huge fan of the pick, between the off the field stuff and the injury its a big blow to the team. if this guy can't get on the field by week 7 or 8 and be the starter and get ready for the second half of the season the team will be not as good as it could be. That is my issue. I really liked the draft but I just don't like the hairston pick as much as the rest of the draft. Just my opinion. I am not jumping to any conclusions but if he ends up redshirted and playing in a limited basis that is a big blow. Also my opinion is that the defensive free agents are at best role players to take snaps I am very concerned about the defense. They needed help this offseason in a pretty serious way and I am not quite sure they are going to get it from the offseason the front office had. Sanders, Hancock and Walker look like they will be players with real roles who will help. I am not sure any of the other guys will at this point and that starts with Hairston if he is just a guy this year. it's an opinion. Please by all means rage on. That is not my intent. I am just sharing my opinion here like everyone else. I read about a million posts here that Coleman and Kincaid were bad picks from day one and the posts are continuing still to this day. I like both players and you don't see me getting all upset about it or looking to "rage" post whatever the hell that is.

Beating the Chiefs would be special, though, because it would stop them one step short from being the second team to make four consecutive SBs. -

As a backup safety, he's better than the backup safeties on most other NFL rosters if their starter goes down. I'm pretty sure that's all eball is getting at. -
That's a pretty big range, depending on the other parameters of the contract. How much is guaranteed? How many years? There is a big difference between 3 years/$10 million, and 5 years/$13 million. Most of the reports over the last couple weeks make it seem like the two sides were getting pretty close to a deal. So it would make sense that Cook has backed-off the original asking price of $15 million per (which was always ridiculous, and something he was never going to get from any team in the NFL). My guess is the Bills are maxing out around $11-12 million and 3-4 years. If Cook is willing to take an extension in that range, then I think he will be sticking around for the long-haul.

I don't think Elam matters, only because he was never a good scheme fit. We knew that, but still drafted him. McDermott has proven that he can coach up the D. I think this is squarely on Beane. His efforts in building the dline has underwhelmed to date. He has spent a lot of mid tier money on guys who all seem to underwhelm. He has also spent a decent amount of draft capital on the position, and we have yet to find/land a DE1. 2 of the head scratchers for me, was not going after Danielle Hunter, or Trey Hendrickson when he was a FA. Until we get the dline right, we will not win a SB. Let's hope he did better this go round with this class.

I almost fell for it and was about to rage respond to the absurdity of declaring Hairston a bad pick. lol I’m convinced these takes aren’t genuine, there’s no way.
