  1. Past hour
  2. I did not blame Netanyahu for taking action against Iran's nuclear program and it's leadership. Iran has long pledged to destroy the "Zionist Entity" and it is not a great stretch to say that this is an anticipatory defensive action. I do not blame the United States for standing aside as it happened. Rubio's initial statement was perfect. The change in language as Trump jumps in now is troubling. We have "unconditional surrender" demands, which suggests: (1) U.S. involvement (surrender to whom?); (2) a demand for "regime change" and toppling of the Iranian theocracy. That gets us right back to Bush 43, which is presumably the type of hubris that Trump has campaigned against. Neutralize the nuclear threat, or at least delay it indefinitely. Let the Iranian people decide when the time has come to overthrow their corrupt leadership. You beat me to it.
  3. I put the blame mostly on the defense for not doing well in those rounds. If you can't protect a 3-point lead with just 13 seconds left in the game and the other team starting at their own 25 then losing in these rounds year after year is no surprise. Hopefully the moves Beane made this offseason improve the defense so they can finally get to a Super Bowl with a chance to win it.
  4. Pitching has been fine, but the bats have gone ice cold. Just hope they can break out of this slump soon. They need to start winning games again.
  5. Lamar is single-handedly the reason Josh Allen isn't winless in division and championship round games. The giveaways made it possible for the Bills to escape two terrible offensive performances against the Ravens with wins. That opener could be very important for the #1 seed or at least home field advantage again in a potential 3rd division round meeting with the Ravens.
  6. So giving up 13 runs in the last 5 is nothing to get excited about?…….I kid, I kid.
  7. Its just a move that doesn't make much sense from a team building perspective. Are the Steelers a SB roster? I doubt it. The epitome of average across the board with a few exceptions. This gets to where they were last year, first round playoff road loss. If there is a team that needs to bottom out to get a QB, its the Steelers
  8. I was referring to the Bills not beating the Saints in WNY since 1983. Sorry for the confusion.
  9. I guess we'll just have to spank that ass again.😎
  10. It happened to me last night. I posted about Jeff Skinner's lack of effort in the "Josh is still the answer" thread. I quickly deleted it before a comment was made. Yay me.
  11. Yeah @Ed_Formerly_of_Roch is very wrong saying that "everyone" wanted to dump Spencer Brown. There was a vocal minority and if you over-value TSW takes just because they were started by moderators then perhaps you might think that way about Brown. The big difference is that RT isn't a premium position. You can always cover your RT up with a TE or slide protections or a quick passing game. Teams reach SB's with terrible RT's. It happens. Much less likely to reach a SB without a couple excellent receiving threats. Coleman entered the NFL raw and inexperienced with great athletic upside much like Brown but the stakes are higher with a 33rd overall pick at a premium position like WR than they are with a late 3rd round RT.
  12. Did you read what you just wrote or what I wrote? Singletary is MILES above guys like Damien Harris (out of football), Justice Hill, and Myles Gaskin(13 carries in the last 3 years). Which one of those guys would you have preferred? In 2020 when the bills drafted Moss, you could have had your pick of: Darrynton Evans Joshua Kelley Lamical Perine Anthony McFarland DeeJay Dallas Jason HuntleyLions Eno BenjaminCardinals Raymond Calais Which one of those guys did you want? Moss has had a better career than any of them, and it's not close. For a guy that spends as much time analyzing the draft as you do, it's odd to me how unaware you are of the value of 3rd round plus RBs No team has reliably done that in the last decade. Why would you expect Beane to reliably hit on a 10% (or less) chance? How does paying a guy already on your roster a big raise help you "win now"? I like Palmer, but I think they grossly overpaid for him. Still, he adds value that wasn't here before. Does James Cook? Maybe they think having a Saquon/Henry type makes more sense than having a Cook type back.
  13. 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon strikes again.
  14. How the hell did this happen, 🤣
  15. Bring Arthur Moats out of retirement.
  16. Pleased to say I did not say that on Spencer Brown.
  17. Wait so the plan isn't to lose again....I for one am shocked.
  18. So they're seeking vengeance on the Bills because... Lamar turned the ball over twice and Mark Andrews dropped the tying 2-point conversion in the waning seconds?!?! Gotta say, seems like a "you" problem, Bawlmer. 🤷‍♂️
  19. Please don't poop on my lawn How many times must I warn Know that I won't take your crap So please don't interrupt my nap
  20. This is the QB you want to face in the second round of the playoffs. Playoff Career: 8 games, 1750 yards, 10 TDs. He's the Stephon Diggs of playoff QBs.
