  1. Past hour
  2. McDermott thrilled about giving up 23 points to a Davis Mills led team lol
  3. That’s a Kyle Williams/Marcel Darrius Stat line combined from their best years. 👏👏
  4. I told my wife the same thing when we missed the extra point and she told me not to be so negative. We converted the 4th and 27 and I yelled "Holy Sh**! " and woke her up. When Dawkins committed his bonehead penalty I said it sure would be nice to have one more point so we could kick a fg and tie it up.
  5. To be fair the defense was really good in the second half And Joe Brady keeps calling mesh concepts on third down all the time to the point defensive players are running the route Like Brady needs to open up his playbook.. or Josh needs to just start checking out of his plays occasionally Realistically Dawkins getting a false start on 4th and 1 is something that's inexcusable for a four-time pro bowler... Like and I don't even think we would have had a good play drawn up But in that situation to me all you do is quarterback power left.. you literally pull a lineman and get Josh going .. but we didn't even have the chance
  6. Wow, what a scathing quote. So he is essentially admitting that the offensive coaching is bad, but it’s uncharacteristic (it isn’t). I have a feeling if this were week 4 instead of week 12 Brady would be given his walking papers. What a mess.
  7. The only way Allen wins a SB is by not being in Buffalo. Period. This franchise is incapable of doing what's needed.
  8. McDermott and Beane had their shot. It will be a travesty if Allen never wins a Super Bowl because of these two Bozo's.
  9. We live in a time when you can research pretty much anything. Hey I would have agreed with you but the human brain lies all the time. No, smaller NFL players do not necessarily have more injuries ; in fact, some research suggests larger players get hurt more often when controlling for position, though running back is a notable exception where smaller players are more injury-prone. Injury risk is more strongly linked to factors like playing time, usage, and position-specific demands rather than just body size.
  10. I mean sure he's not absolutely horrible He's probably between 20 and 32 for an inside linebacker in the NFL Probably a 5 to 6 million a year player we gave him double because he had one good year... And we were pressing because we let our pro bowl middle linebacker walk who was actually top 10 He makes some plays... Not consistently anymore and he's always hurt and slower
  11. While it sure did matter, and I had the same thought, that makes it a trip to the dentist? What do you expect? Only perfect games and perfect outcomes? A 20-0 season? As for coaches change, yes, Ben Johnson and Vrabel were good choices. Even though you know Vrabel was fired too? But that was last year. Who do you get now? Some of you were yapping to bring back Daboll! You seemed to forget how disliked he was here at the end. And he called horrible offensive plays for the Giants. No you don't do change just for change.
  12. That's real nice from McDermott. Pat his side of the ball on the back for "great adjustments" while throwing his personally picked OC under the bus. You can practically see him crafting his offseason pitch to Terry Pegula in real time.
  13. I am a firm believer that smaller players get injured more often. I have no data to back this up but it makes sense. We tend to prioritize small defenders with the idea being they would be faster. Problem is our small defenders are also slow. small slow and injured is no way to build a D
  14. Literally 2 ? Thats our sample pool, 2? And will certainly not see another snap this year. We need him to blow us away with a historic all timer next year
  15. The team got one offensive TD last night. (And that was on the long run by Cook) Out of how many times did we have the ball deep in Houston territory? I believe 4. 2 FG’s, Cook being stopped on 4th and 1. And Josh’s red zone pick late. We have no one to throw to inside the 15 yard line. Our receivers can’t get open. And the playcalling is lousy. We are not a good team this year. Have too many injuries. And not a lot of guys who don’t accept losing. McDermott is soft. And has created a soft culture on the team. Josh Allen lost to Davis Mills last night. That should never happen. The lackadaisical attitude of the team has filtered down even to our star QB. Sure the O line is lousy. But Stafford or Mahomes wasn’t losing that game last night. I don’t think Baker does either. This is a bad year for us. Good teams don’t lose like we did to Atlanta and Miami. And they would have made Houston pay for starting Davis Mills. We certainly aren’t that. We need our best game of the year next week in Pittsburgh. Need to be super physical. We win that anything can happen. We lose it and we could fall into the abyss. And McDermott and Beane will need to go.
  16. My brother has been saying the same thing. Hope that you guys are right. While I didn’t like the contract, he has had a knack for making big plays.
  17. that's the point tho, isn't it one average signing, in a vacuum, is neutral a bunch of average signings in aggregate is bad
  18. It's a giant conundrum with him. The previous year he tip-toed through the bulk of the regular season in an effort to keep himself healthy for when games really counted (a strategy I was 100% on board with) then started playing like he meant it in mid-December and was effective down the stretch. This year he came out playing like a wild man and predictably got hurt less than a month in and is now lost for the year (anybody who thinks he's suddenly going to show up for a playoff game and tear it up in his first game back from a surgically repaired bicep is kidding themselves, imo). A guy that size needs to play the season like a marathon, not a sprint, if he wants to be available when shlt gets real.
  19. Cool how many sacks and ff or pressures did he get last night?
  20. No one mentioned intensity. The Houston defenders and the Atlanta defenders absolutely explode off the ball with such power and fury it’s amazing to see. Our guys are slow and meek in comparison. That to me is coaching. We must practice at a slow and cerebral pace which translates poorly to games. That would explain why our DL has been a problem for ten years. lastly, did you see those DEs arms last night? They were JACKED! Rousso is skinny and weak next to those guys. They looked like roided out body builders. No one on our team trains that hard
  21. We are the Aaron Rodgers led Packers in the latter part of his career there. Middling coach who looks good enough with a Hall of Fame QB, no weapons for said QB in sight, wash, rinse and repeat.
  22. yup like an old truck it doesn't need a new clutch, or new tires, or a new water pump- it needs a hand grenade
  23. Coaching (McDermott, Brady, Babich) is a huge problem. Player talent (Beane) is a huge problem. But possibly the most frustrating thing is the regression by MULTIPLE long-time veterans, who have been playing at a high-level on this roster for many years. In some cases, I can believe age is playing into it. But others, I can't help but feel like they came into the 2025 season on cruise control. They saw an easy schedule on paper, the MVP in the locker room, and just figured they could sleepwalk to the playoffs... then turn it on when they needed to. Instead of naming everyone underperforming, think about how many players are playing at a level better/equal than years past? I would say James Cook, Dalton Kincaid, Ed Oliver and Cole Bishop. That's pretty much it. And two of those guys have been injured a significant portion of the season. The other 45+ players on the roster are playing worse than we have ever seen them... including Josh Allen.
  24. Because you and I've been in love too long To worry 'bout tomorrow Here's a place where we both belong I know you're the only woman that I'm dreamin' of You're the only woman that I really love
  25. 0 sacks and 4 QB hits and HOU passed more than they ran... HOU had 8 sacks and 12 QB hits in comparison Tackles for loss - HOU 11 vs BUF 3
