  1. Past hour
  2. Division games always have me on edge. So many times you see great teams lose to a crappy Division team. Told multiple ppl today saying Bills win easily, that I didn't think so. A Division team...and add to it winless. Writings of an upset there.
  3. brady was never afraid to go down the field. he didnt always do it full time but u slipped up one time on coverage and he was there. plus NE was usually pretty good at stretching the field... what pissed me off about them was marching down the field on pass interference calls.
  4. Ogunjobi & Hoigt can’t get here soon enough. Hoping Eds foot is good for next week!
  5. Bills “got away” with letting a team hang around. But these Thursday Divisional games are funky sometimes. The Fins were about to get the ball back on their own 1 but they made the mistake that put them down 7 and then with the turnover late it sealed their fate. Josh is the ultimate bail out when needed but give the defense credit they made the clutch play too and 21 points against a Fins offense that played well despite their Oline issues. The Prater missed kick was the only major mistake the Bills made it tiled the game from Bills up 10 and looking in control to giving the Fins the ball in solid field position down a score. These are the games you gotta “grind out” and now the Bills have a “mini bye” to hopefully get Ed and Milano back and continue to a more dominant effort against the Saints Are you saying fans are reactionary and prisoners of the moment? That doesn’t sound like this board
  6. In the flow of this game where they didn't let Josh cook it doesn't surprise me They're going to feed James Cook this entire year and take the load off Josh like this fan base has been screaming for for years This website has been screaming for years that we need to take the Superman cape off Josh.. they are now doing it He's going to have probably career low regular season numbers and watch it come out in a super bowl
  7. i could see your point there.. im just going to chalk it up to a typical thursday night, be glad we got the win and see what the season brings.
  8. Worked for Tom Brady and the Patriots for what, about 20 years.
  9. I think it's kind of a wash right now. You might be right as time goes on if teams figure out how to create seams that are perfectly timed.
  10. They usually make it out to at least the 30 anyway. So I don’t think the risk of a TD or getting better field position is worth the 5 yards. Just kick it out of the endzone
  11. Quoted for truth! Everyone ..expected.. this game to be a complete beat down ending in fired coaches and a torn franchise. And now they’re upset we only won by 10pts? People need to pull their heads out of their asses and just give the Fins credit for a good game, and give the Bills more credit for keeping their head down and grinding out a solid win against a division opponent. The Bills did what good teams do. They beat a team they should beat. Take the win and move on. We’re 3-0 and in firm control of the division! Keep stacking wins and… Go Bills!
  12. is that when you wouldve opened it up? tied in the 4th quarter on 3rd down wasn’t time to make a passing play but behind would’ve been when it becomes a need?
  13. This - offense only stops itself, via conservative/questionable play calling at times, some penalties and some drops. Tonight Miami beat themselves and Buffalo doesn’t do that. I don’t think we have a turnover this year yet??
  14. He's 9/9 on xpts He's 7/8 (88%) on fgs with a 48 and 52 yarder. He's had 3 career seasons kicking 90%. He shanks one kick and everyone starts losing it....just stop....I'm riding Prater the rest of the season. I lost faith in Bass when he missed that KC kick. We way overpaid him on that extension.
  15. The problem we’re seeing is a team that can’t off the field on 3rd down. We saw the same thing last season. I think a big problem is a DL that has lots of resources but doesn’t rush the passer and a weak CB2 spot in Tre White. They really should considering having Mad Max or Strong take some reps later in the season. Can’t get much worse
  16. they could have got to more posssesion, they also could have not gotten the int. and i agree he excuted the plan tonight, but he wasnt asked to do much..make short throws mostly under 10 yards. standard stuff
  17. I’m the opposite, if I’m a returner, I’ve seen way too many take it out of the endzone. I’d be like knee it everytime I’ll take that at the 35 everytime
  18. Looks like rookie star Deon Walker deflected the ball on the Bernard interception.

      • Awesome! (+1)
  19. where we diverge: I think the plan is maximizing what we have, and not always what the plan could be. if Keon exploded into a dominant threat- the plan would look different, for instance
  20. An elite QB with a cannon arm playing game manager ugh. I mean its working so I can't complain too much but at some point it won't and they better be able to play large ball.
  21. How about Bass's kick against Miami last year?
  22. It's time to score It's a divisional game in the NFL the dolphins were going to fight tooth and nail to not be 0-2.. players jobs and coaches jobs are on the line
  23. The bills want their offense to control the game, they will always try to run first then go back to Allen's arm after Ie see Baltimore game fourth quarter
