  1. Past hour
  2. whatever it takes to elevate the Offense. if ya cant do that ? We need a starting DE and LB and a #1CB I say go for the WR. Trade away
  3. At least he wouldn't be injured every week
  4. Not sure why I just thought of this, probably depressed still. If Bean didn't trade for Diggs, the Bills could have drafted Justin Jefferson instead. (But they would have drafted a CB anyway 😂)
  5. I heard him on Siryi after he signed his extension. I really liked his attitude
  6. It was so different to see Allen look so ordinary and rattled, and it reminded me of his early NFL days, where Daboll would just keep calling for pass plays that weren't working. I should have said it was early in the second quarter that Josh was sacked twice in a row, which started things. Allow me to restate that it was on Joe Brady more so than the line. You would think he would have seen that Atlanta was so good at pressuring the QB and stopping the pass that he would have run the ball more. Cook was 17 of 87, a 5.1 YPC AVG, while Allen was 15 of 26 for 180 yards. Bills RB James Cook wasn't even targeted at all in the passing game and was only in on 53% of the snaps. What's even more strange to me is that Coleman saw 49 snaps, Knox saw 46, and Shakir saw only 34 snaps. The player on the Bills roster with the second-best catch percentage never saw a pass target in Cook. Hawes is first with 4 targets, 4 catches, and he never saw a target either.
  7. Dowdle Okay dowdle is not word filtered so what is?
  8. What are you afraid of missing out on by not having a late first round pick?
  9. It only take a few long completions to change a game. Or a narrative
  10. Next thing they should do is investigate the NFL. With the amount of money to be made out there, there’s probably refs influencing game results. If there are large sums of money to be made, someone will try to do it. That’s human nature.
  11. Cosell is great... And yes, we've grossly mismanage the wide receiver position and continued to grossly under-invest in that position by not drafting and investing in the proper level of talent for Josh over many many years by Beane.
  12. He was thought highly of enough to get an extension, then an ill fit this year with the changes in D? I don't know a lot about him.
  13. Not sure when it was. We were at Burger King and the seats where those big hollow (plastic?) booth seats. Well anyways those things are amplifiers. I let one go. I mean with a push too. I'd guess the whole restaurant heard that one. not just my wife (then girl friend)
  14. Wide Nine baby. 😋 McDermott needs to embrace a tweaked philosophy, considering the players they are stuck with. Was calling for it before the draft and asking for honest 1 tech early and perhaps even a Nose tackle from the late rounds Some wrinkles for this season up front on D Bet it would have slowed the run game down
  15. He did but it's all fluff. They can get out of it next year for next to nothing. There are no stats on long snappers, but I do believe he has regressed using my eyes.
  16. Good points Pete, but maybe we’re not giving Brady enough credit. Coleman draws the best DB and takes him to the boundary, which should be opening up lanes for others eg - Shakir, Cook, Kincaid. I agree that we need to see more intermediate JA17 missiles.
  17. Absolutely. The Falcons were also able to blueprint whatever the Patriots were doing to stop James Cook. There was no way he would’ve been able to maintain that level of production from the first 4 games. It was bound to come to an end. The Bills usually come out of the offseason with a massively successful offense, it gets figured out by week 5, they lose a couple games, and now time to regroup. Atlanta had a big advantage coming out of the bye week and being a slower starter than the Bills who shot their offensive load early.
  18. This is brand new never before seen stuff.
  19. And the reason for that cause is horrific drafting over many many years since Beane has been here! That includes picking the wrong people a large majority of the time and too many of them, especially on the defensive side of the ball, missing on people that appeared to be obvious except in Beane's mind (and his talent evaluators) and there to be picked, but were not... and being on the wrong side of almost every trade or contract!
  20. I don’t know where you think a million extra new care givers are going to come from. We need expanded legal immigration to care for our elderly or else who will be wiping the baby boomers a_ses? That’s a reality America is not prepared for. The United States is facing a larger population of adults over the age of 65 than ever before, primarily made up of baby boomers (those born between 1946 and 1964). This demographic group grew rapidly, exploding from 41 million people in 2011 to 71 million in 2019 — a massive 73% increase. The U.S. Census Bureau estimates this number will keep rising, projecting it will reach 82 million by 2030. Seven out of 10 of these Americans aged 65+ will eventually need long-term care. Therefore, by 2030, the demand for home health care is anticipated to grow by 46% with more than 1 million new home care jobs needing to be filled. https://www.asbestos.com/support/caregivers/shortage-by-state/
