A continuation of last season He looked awful against the Giants 1s then they left the game and Trubisky looked ok against back ups. Still sucks

As much as i’ve ripped on Trubisky over the years (i’m just not a huge fan) i’ll give him an arrow up. He looks like he has command of what he’s seeing out there. -And if Josh misses any time i think he can carry the mail for a couple games.

Are you the other guy? What does that pay? It will be Mitch, and we’re screwed if we need him for long.

He looked terrible! Off sides, didn't hold the edge on a big Giants running play and by the end of the 4th quarter he was out of gas and just gave up at the line of scrimmage.

Imagine how homedick would be ranting if the victims were black and a white judge.

Part of that is being opposite an elite corner. You get almost every throw coming your way because they avoid Benford.

After much thought, Mikey White didn't steal the job away from Mitch Trubisky so.... Trubisky is still #2 IMO

Yeah, I thought of that one as well. At worst it was 50/50, so it should have gone to the receiver. Just really bad.

The reasonable (not homer) draft analysis I heard on him is that he is a freak athlete but extremely raw. Could be great...but don't expect much of him this year.

Let's trade Trubisky for picks

Man I don't know. That comeback he gave up to Wandale Robinson was scary. My worry with him has been that he just no longer has the athletic ability to transition and close on plays like that. If opposing offenses catch on they're going to eat him alive. This scheme has made the likes of Levi Wallace and Dane Jackson function at CB2 but we had prime Hyde and Poyer there to cover for them. The secondary as a whole right now remains a big concern for me. We don't even know how Bishop looks, him and Rapp can't stay healthy, Hamlin still has major athletic limitations that showed up again today, and CB2 remains a weakness unless Hairston comes back strong. It is Benford and a lot of unknowns. Hopefully the pass rush is as good as I think it can be to make up for the coverage.

I see they lost the pre-season game. I'm sure this place is taking it rationally.
