I do remember he was endorsing Dorsey until the end. I almost wish the Bills would lose the next two games just so Brady is let go. The signs are accumulating that he is at best limited and predictable as a coordinator, not what you want for a team with Super Bowl aspirations. In a way, the worst-case scenario is that the Bills win just enough, say two of every three of the remaining games, to give McDermott pause, and by then it will be too late, at least for this season.

It makes no sense to me. This is a young player's chance to prove himself in the NFL - the decisions he makes could mean millions, or even 10's of millions.

It’s likely two of the original 6 will be inactive. Given the McD comments and tape online, it seems to make sense. Could this just be a connecting of the dots vs actually reporting?

First of all.......addressing that anthem booing nonsense......even you know that Canadian fans started it. You have no right to complain or call people Neanderthals for responding. And the buses that have come into Buffalo from Toronto for Bills games for years bring among THE worst behaved of fans to the games. Undeniable fact. I can't tell you how many times I've heard that familiar accent harassing opposing fans(or even home team fans) at Bills games. Often they are not even Bills fans they are just here because they can behave in ways here that would incarcerate them in Ontario. Fortunately, they tend to be huge pu$$ies so if they are harassing you....just take the drink out of their hand, throw it in their face and it will shut their whole bunch up. Which is kinda' my point.........you guys ain't about it so don't act like you are. And I've never said sh!t to anyone at a sporting event in Toronto. I ignore it just like I do at all the other places I travel to games for. It just is what it is. You can take offense or you can accept the truth.

I have no issues if Coleman just can’t cut it. But to hear he has an effort problem is disappointing.

Just not so sure they're ready to give up on him. An out of football shape Davis isn't going to play a ton I expect. I don't think Coach McDermott is interested in "sending A message". He wants to win. Not a Coleman fan but he does have 3 TD passes this year. Add to that it's A hot take tweet the day before the game so that in and of itself makes me suspicious.

If Beane whiffed this bad on Elam and Coleman, he needs to be shown the door too. That's a long track record if you throw in Cody Ford, Boogie, etc.

For reference, McDermott spent weeks saying the exact same things about Dorsey for a month before he finally canned him. The wording was almost verbatim. Don't take it at face value. You can like it or not like it, but one thing McDermott will always do is give his coordinator a chance to figure things out. As fans, no we won't like it. But as a potential next coordinator will see, they will be given the chance to correct things and not be fired on a whim. That makes for attracting better coaches possible. They are bringing in new WRs tomorrow and shaking it up to see if that helps. This is just as much an evaluation of what Dorsey does with different players as it is on the players themselves. If the Bills lay an egg on offense tomorrow and Thursday, I would lay good money down Brady is gone by Friday morning.

Also he is an effort player. At this point, that alone is an improvement over Coleman. FYI, and this should come as no surprise, I heard earlier this week that they’re done with Coleman.

For what it’s worth, and admittedly that’s probably not much, I think the Bills are going to rock the Bucs tomorrow. They are a far better team than the negative Nancy’s around here are giving them credit for. Baker Mayfield is not half the QB that Josh Allen is, and McDermott can coach circles around that retread in Tampa. They get it straight right here.

Is the play calling helping him out at all Where is his running game? This is coming down to the wire but if you said you had Alabama to 21 at their home stadium with under 7 minutes someone needs to make a play
