Who do we want, who do we need as our next HC and, or GM?

60 wins and zero Super Bowl appearances. Chiefs 4. Eagles 2. Because they have coaches who can get you to the next level. -

Battle for the Division: Bill and Pats remaining games poll.
Jeffbigalls replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
Always the refs And we aren't talking about that point of the season anymore, and thru Week 11 they are better and it's not close. Prior to the game earlier buffalo was likely the better team, but that has come and gone. Coaching, defense and special teams favors New England , and I'd say the offense likely favors New England as well, but that's close Having moved to bills territory some 20+ years ago the realist bills fans that I work with don't share your thoughts -
I see the Bills are wearing their Throwback All-White Uniforms this week...... Too bad Tampa isn't wearing their "Creamsicle" Throwbacks as well.

His performance in 13 seconds caused people to increase their expectations. He was awesome that game and think many thought he'd be the ideal size/red zone target WR he showed in that game maybe akin to a T.J. Houshmandzadeh. -

An NFL season only has 17 games. Every one is "must win". The answer if we lose this game is.... nothing happens. It would take another month of poor play for any kind of fall out IMO. -

Battle for the Division: Bill and Pats remaining games poll.
NeverOutNick replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
My prediction is we finish 11-6 and patriots finish 13-4. They probably only lose to Baltimore and us the second time but we’ll botch a couple more games along the way because of our amazing coaching staff. Just remember before the season we were the odds on favorites to get the 1 seed with the easiest schedule… (please let this be the end of the culture McBeane experience) -
Battle for the Division: Bill and Pats remaining games poll.
Success replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
"Really not close?" The 1st game was, even though the refs favored the Pats all game and the Bills had 3 turnovers. Even that last non-call against Shakir would have swung the game the Bills way. The Pats are skating on the lightest schedule a team has had for 50+ years. They have been squeaking by the past couple of weeks - couldn't believe that the Bucs didn't run on that last 3rd & 3 - and they will absolutely be exposed. Not as a bad team, because they're not that - but insanely overhyped and overrated. And for sure, you're trolling. Look at your responses on this thread. -
I know a couple people that have used the green to combat heroin and oxy addictions and have done so successfully. That's a route I'll never condemn. For me, I sometimes go months without a beer or a cocktail but as soon as I knock a couple back I am instantly looking to burn one as a force multiplier. And the insane amount of booze you can consume while blowing rails is terrifying enough that it made me see the light and knock that shlt off.

The Democrats’ Latest Trump-Epstein 'Bombshell' Actually Vindicates Trump Matt Margolis Democrats are scrambling to change the subject after caving on the government shutdown, and their latest stunt is hilariously transparent. On Wednesday, House Oversight Committee Democrats released emails from Jeffrey Epstein's estate that they claimed raised "serious questions about Donald Trump and his knowledge of Epstein's horrific crimes." The problem? The emails prove nothing of the sort. ABC News even admitted "The full context of these email exchanges is not clear from the portions released by the committee Democrats." That's putting it mildly. The supposed bombshell consists of three exchanges from 2011, 2015, and 2019. In a 2011 email between Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein referred to Trump as "the dog that hasn't barked," noting that an alleged victim had spent hours at Trump's house but Trump's name had "never once been mentioned." Maxwell responded, "I have been thinking about that." That's it. No accusation. No evidence. No incriminating information whatsoever. The victim referenced in those emails is Virginia Giuffre, whose name was redacted in the Democrat release. And there is probably a good reason they did. Giuffre, who previously worked at Mar-a-Lago, has consistently stated under oath that she never witnessed Trump engage in any wrongdoing. She testified that Trump never acted inappropriately with her, that she never saw Trump and Epstein together, and that she never saw Trump at any of Epstein's homes. Her memoir makes abundantly clear that Trump had zero involvement in Epstein's illegal activities. The 2015 emails show Epstein corresponding with anti-Trump author Michael Wolff, who was fishing for gossip during Trump's first presidential campaign back in 2016. Wolff, not Epstein, suggested ways to "hang" Trump politically depending on how he answered media questions about Epstein. Wolff is literally trying to urge Epstein to blackmail Trump in the email over the issue of whether Trump flew on Epstein's plane or had been to his home. "If he says he hasn't been on the plane or to the house, then that gives you a valuable PR and political currency," Wolff wrote. "You can hang him in a way that potentially generates a positive benefit for you, or, if it really looks like he could win, you could save him, generating a debt." Then there's a January 2019 email between the two in which they discussed whether Trump had banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago years earlier. I wouldnt say worried unless we run into a team that has corners who can shut down the passing game. At this point, I do not know if there is a corner in the country who can match up against Jeremiah Smith let alone both him and Carnell Tate. Currently the glaring weakness is in the interior OL and they know that. I agree that the Donaldson experiment needs to end. It should be Bo Jackson as much as possible. And I do not know if Julian Sayin has the ability to run and they just haven’t displayed it yet because we saw the same thing with CJ Stroud a couple years ago. Stroud never used his legs and all of a sudden started to run against Georgia it was super effective and we really should’ve won that game if it wasnt for the horrific defense and bounty on Marv’s head. So I really feel like they are saving a ton for the playoffs. Currently, they have slowed their game down so much that they have played the equivalent of one less game than what their schedule indicates they have played. This is an amazing strategy. My comfort level actually lies in the defense. The Matty Patty defense is a light years ahead of what Jim Knowles had last year and I think sayin is actually very far ahead from where Will Howard was.I also feel like in the playoffs when they get in the domes and the warm weather, there is just no way barring injury that The passing game will be shut down.

Well yeah this roster is not far off But they have to be smart drafting and they need to sign good pro personal acquisitions with what little money they have -

And they only used about half of it. Also our roster right now is in better shape than theirs was last year so our rebuild doesn't need to be as comprehensive. My take is we basically just need 2 legit WRs, a true #1 and a #3 type to replace Samuel, and then we're fine on offense. Assuming Bosa walks in FA he needs to be replaced. Otherwise I'm good with this roster. Some other tweaks are needed like every team, but we're not looking at wholesale changes. We have the QB which is 80% of the battle. -

Maybe Keon gets more snaps because he's a better run blocker and considering we run more than pass it makes sense he on field more. -

Sunday is looking like: High 45, winds 15-25mph, chance rain 50-70%. Cloudy. Rain showers likely before 1pm, then some rain and snow showers persist. Should be an advantage for the QB with the big hands. On the football side, it sounds like Gabe Davis has the answers. He said the Bills collectively have forgotten how hard it is to win, and need to get back to playing to their standards.
