2020 Our Year For Sure replied to BigAl2526's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm not angry I just think they suck. A 12 year old would be like "I have Josh Allen...let's get some baller receivers!" And that to me would be smarter than their nonsense. I think they made a great call 8 years ago and that covers up a whole lot of bad calls. It's just a guy's opinion on the internet, it'll be okay sweetheart. -

Difference between Buffalo and Kansas City is so small in these games. Chris Jones pushed Dawkins back into Allen in the â23 Divisional and we donât get the go-ahead TD.. instead miss a game-tying FG. Does Kelce catch that miracle pass Allen got off to Kincaid at the end of the AFC CG? Probably. We havenât had a Jones or Kelce to ride with Allen. Not even Diggs was that in the Playoffs sadly. Even with the injury disparity weâve had vs them when it matters, weâve still had our chances. Itâs just been evident that Allen has no game changers out there with him on either side of the ball. Mahomes has always had 2-3.. maybe thatâs just Jones now, but I believe Kelce makes the play Kincaid didnât. (And I know injuries and all that .. injuries canât be the excuse every year) We need some of these high end investments to at least attempt to be game changers at some point.

Now before you think Iâm going to jump on the âthis is Superwokeâ train, Iâm absolutely not. Iâm cautiously optimistic. I want it to be good. The âSuperwokeâ kicked into high gear today in response to Gunnâs comments in Variety, which frankly I found benign and arenât bothering me which is why I find the âbacklashâ this a bit muchâŚ.for now. âHe explained that the superhero epic encompasses âthe story of America,â and at a basic level, is about a man searching for a better life away from his original home. âI mean, âSupermanâ is the story of America,â Gunn explained. âAn immigrant that came from other places and populated the country, but for me it is mostly a story that says basic human kindness is a value and is something we have lost.â Backlash over those comments? Meh. Some red flags sure. Like more what he doesnât say. But not enough to jump to conclusions. Especially the incorrect takes about MAGA, which makes this segment absolutely outlandish. Who put this freaking chyron together?? âTo embrace pro immigrant themesâ is not a problem! MAGA is not âanti immigrantâ Fox News. What a stupid chyron to use. Illegal drug dealing flood the system free loading illegal immigration - absolutely. Anti that. Come here legally or seeking asylum because your planet exploded. Superman didnât come to Earth for the EBT cards and Medicaid. So Gunn isnât wrong. It is partially that story. It felt like he knew he was talking to a bunch of libs in a scrum and just threw them some fluff. Sure we on the right are correct to feel like weâre about to be shunned by yet another movie thatâs supposed to be about an AMERICAN icon espousing American virtues. Hollywood by and large does not know how to do that anymore so skepticism is warranted. They canât even say âtruth, justice, and the American way.â The removal of that line from Superman Returns (2006) which I thought was spectacular, is its only flaw. If youâre going to post spoilers here make sure you note it. Reviews leaking this week with details included. Anyway hereâs to hoping Gunn gets it right.

I just want first round draft picks (i know Coleman is second round, but put him in this group) to make an impact in big games. Last 4-5 years have been meh in terms of first round production.

What do you think Ralph Wilson would think of these Bills?
Buffalo716 replied to Billsfed1's topic in The Stadium Wall
Ralph means way more to the City of Buffalo and myself than Terry will ever be to the city No offense, the people who speak ill will of Ralph when he did so much is crazy Don't be mistaken there would be people here who if Ralph had 10 super bowls wins, they would complain he didn't have 30 -
Trumpâ â¤ď¸Â Tariffs
Roundybout replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Yeah thatâs why the tariffs have been postponed a million times. It just happened again. I am not being dishonest. I have held the same position that the American people bear the brunt of tariff charges. Itâs simple economics. Itâs an absolute miracle the economy has chugged along. Firms did a very good job preordering goods to stock up. Even then, we saw goods with âtariff surchargesâ tacked on. -

I haven't researched it but I've been told the Eagles played a lot of coverage we play, they just did it better. I'm really hoping as much for our additions in the secondary as I am for additions on the line. -
Difference is Mark Andrews has kind of been dropping that big ball for 5 or 6 years Kincaid just didn't have a better sophomore campaign than his freshman most players take their biggest leaps between years one and two or two and three.. Kincaid didn't have a big leap between one and two so this is probably his year where he takes the biggest growth

Right The guy I responded to originally was asking why our dline doesn't get after the QB like the Eagles did in the SB...as you say different responsibilities make for different outcomes defensively A simple way of saying it would be that (and granted I don't watch a ton of the Eagles so this is strictly a Super Bowl observation) they used their pass rush to contain the Chiefs downfield whereas we tend to do the opposite and rely primarily on coverage to dictate/muddy up reads fundamentally different approaches (again one game sample) - Today

There is 0% chance that Allen is ahead of Lamar in a ranking voted on by players And Dion will be nowhere near Top Ten

Allen , Dawkins , Benford Brown cook should make it ... Brown probably off Milano when healthy would definitely be there

Heâs better of banging balls in the basement than banging bartenders, so I think he might just get his simulator. -

Your also leaving out over 300 yards of rushing so almost 700 yards of offense total but I'll give you that shootout might be a little bit of a stretch. When two teams score over 50 points and should of had more it certainly wasn't a defensive battle. -

BillytheKid replied to BigAl2526's topic in The Stadium Wall
Letâs make this easy. The Bills drafted some players just like the other 31 teams did. The Bills picked up some free agents just like the other 31 teams did. No one knows how any of the teams will look with their new players until the games are played. Some of the teams with their drafted players and free agents will have a good year and some wonât. Saying any one team wonât be good or bad before the season is just talk like every other off season. Just an article that was written so he could collect his paycheck showing he did work for that week. -
