  5. Haters will hate but the team wouldn't be where it came from for 17+ yrs if it wasn't of this leadership & I for 1 can't wait ill he brings a Lombardi to Buffalo so I can tell all the haters to piss off !!! He definitely is in the top 10 with out a doubt !!!
  6. Build more damn houses and apartments! Get rid of all the f'n red tape and make NYC cheap enough to live in. "Freezing rent" is so stupid, it will lead to even fewer places to live. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2025/06/26/how-20-dollar-sandwiches-pushed-new-york-to-socialism/ In a city where two-thirds of people rent, the vacancy rate of 1.4pc is the lowest in decades. And it keeps getting worse: in the past decade, for every 5.7 new jobs created, only one new housing unit was built. And in a supply-demand crunch, rents rise faster than incomes. “Households at the 40th percentile of the income distribution in New York City may have Chicago or Dallas incomes, but they are expected to pay New York City prices for market-rate units,” Kimball said. Mamdani’s answer is to “freeze the rent”. More than half of New York rents – mostly relating to blocks over 50 years old – are already subject to rental controls, known as “rent stabilisation”. This limits rent increases to 3pc. But the proportion of units that are rent-stabilised has dropped from two thirds in 1999 to just above 50pc. The rest are at market rate. To afford a median asking rent, a household must earn $120,000 per year, well above what a typical 20-something would earn. Figures compiled by The New York Times showed that Mamdani’s strongest support – where he captured 40pc or more of the vote – was in higher-income and middle-income neighbourhoods, and among college graduates. Although he also hit 48pc support in precincts with more Hispanic voters, that dropped to 38pc in lower-income districts and 34pc in heavily Black neighbourhoods.
  7. This has to be one of the gayest ads I’ve ever seen…🤣🤣🤣 It’s so funny how desperate the Left is, to push this narrative. It”s like an SNL skit, like they are TRYING to be funny- and don’t even realize it…LOL Well, you can’t say Trump is not diverse and inclusive in these arrests…🤣🤣🤣
  8. Maybe Probably not in 2025. i don’t think Gilliam is getting cut. That seems to be the premise of this post, no?
  9. She is a hack.
  10. I don’t know about Walz, but I am interested to know where the video is of the entire confrontation? It starts with a window being broken, cuts to a guy struggling with law enforcement officers, and then to the guy sitting on his couch. On a separate note, the reporter tells us he’s a PhD student, which seems irrelevant.
  11. I could tell because of the bills camera crews and it was on the bills channel with bills players in the bills new stadium
  12. maybe could be an h-back?
  13. Andrew Sullivan: Trans Extremism is Backfiring on Gay People. As Sullivan sees it, the fight for gay marriage had always been one that emphasized this was a change for consenting adults which wouldn’t change how the nuclear family worked for straight people. They could still get married and raise their kids whether the gay couple down the street were married or just living together. The argument from the pro gay marriage side was this changes things for us but not for you. And obviously that worked. It worked not just in court but it worked in the greater population. As noted above, opposition to gay marriage became a minority position even in the Republican Party. But the trans rights movement completely undoes that tacit cultural agreement. In the gay rights movement, there had always been an unspoken golden rule: Leave children out of it. We knew very well that any overreach there could provoke the most ancient blood libel against us: that we groom and abuse kids. You can bring up your children however you like, we promised. We will leave you alone. We will leave your children alone. So what did the gender revolutionaries go and do? They focused almost entirely on children and minors. Partly because the adult issues had been resolved or close to it, and partly because true cultural revolutions start with the young, it meant overhauling the education not only of children with gender dysphoria, but of every other kid as well. Kids all over the country were impacted. Your children were taught in elementary school that being a boy or a girl was something they could choose and change at will. Your daughter found herself running against a trans girl (i.e. a biological male) in athletics. Children in elementary school got to pick pronouns, and some children socially transitioned at school without their parents’ knowledge or permission… Soon enough, the right began associating what used to be the lesbian and gay movement with this gender extremism, and the L.G.B.T.Q.+ movement responded not by moderating tone or substance, but by closing ranks, seemingly determined to prove its point. https://hotair.com/john-s-2/2025/06/26/andrew-sullivan-trans-extremism-is-backfiring-on-gay-people-n3804207
  14. Retroactive. Leave Canada and backdate your leaving to 2021, easy.
  15. Today
  16. Was it safety Bryan Scott who played jazz piano?
  17. Our first 3 picks were set back by injuries, while Coleman and Carter had flashes prior to being hurt. Bishop was injured early so that significantly held back his development. Ray Davis was a solid contributor and I’m eager to see some more of Javon Solomon. he’s got a bendy, twitchy skill set we otherwise lack and may be a nice roll player. It’s not easy to break the roster on a SB caliber team, and I have hopes for solid contributions from the 2024 draft. We may even have our future starting Center, if not for the backlog of talent on the OL. I think it is FAR too soon to judge the 2024 draft.
  18. I read the kid has impressed vs what they thought he could do in the pass game as well. It's good to have too many players that can contribute.
  19. I know it might just be a headline but is Canada trying to recoup $2 billion in taxes from US companies? It sounds like Canada changed a law and are retroactively applying them to before they were the policy
  20. Im starting to. If the new OC can get everything dialed in we finally have a QB again. I feel better with Venables doing what he does best in calling plays. If we can Beat Michigan week 2, that's a huge start.
  21. It strikes me as interesting how in one thread you portray him as an evil genius, while in many others you portray him as a moron who can barely speak. Which is it? Did he misspeak or has he continually outsmarted you all along the way? I'm genuinely curious. In this clip, he immediately agreed with the interviewer, literally first words out of his mouth that he agreed that white supremacy should be condemned. If he was telling the proud boys to actually standby, was it not in a direct response to what antifa was doing at the time? It was, we both know that.
  22. Ernie Warlick. Biggest hands I have ever seen.
  23. I condemn antifa violence. Did any D ever tell to stand back and stand by? trump didn't condemn the proud boys, who were integral to the Jan 6 riot here.. In fact, he pardoned them. What did those words mean to you?
