Do you think the Chiefs would beat the Patriots as a 7th seed?
bubba2018 replied to Billsfed1's topic in The Stadium Wall
The patriots could beat the chiefs in the playoffs so i don’t get the point of this. This Patriots are good, for christ sakes people are being such wussies -
They have to play them anyways. Its an AFC West year. The good news is the Pats will have to as well.

Since 2018: Colts Round 1 WR: 0 Colts Round 1 TE: 1 Colts Round 2/3 WR: 5 Colts Round 2/3 TE: 1 Bills Round 1 WR: 0 Bills Round 1 TE: 1 Bills Round 2/3 WR: 1 Bills Round 2/3 TE: 1 The Colts are actually the perfect example of if you don't want to spend a first on receivers you have to keep throwing day 2 picks at them. It was a successful model for the Steelers for years too. Since Beane has been GM here no team in the entire NFL has drafted fewer WRs in the first two days of the NFL draft. Just one. Keon Coleman (and that one is a bust). 32/32. And now we have the worst receiving corps in the league. Is it any wonder???

No. It really wouldn't. The Bills receivers are the worst in the NFL. There are downfield shots called in this offense. Josh keeps coming off them and going underneath because there is nobody open. Give Brady the Colts weapons this offense looks very different.

Nah. It's starting to get to be time where you can say he's not looking good. But way too early for final opinions. That's just ridiculous. Hell, Allen missed him when he was open downfield long twice this game. The text that makes your point here is Skurski's. And he edited out some of the most important parts of McDermott's comments specifically to make it look like he was saying something he wasn't quite. Here's the Skurski quote you used, in blue, and what he left out from McDermott in red: "He knows if I'm not satisfied (about it). Just like any player.... It's fair that you're asking about it. I promise you, it gets addressed when it isn't where it needs to be. There are times just like any player or any performer where it is exactly where it needs to be, and there are times where when it's not, and then we have to address it, to get it hopefully where it needs to be. So it's addressed. It's been good at times and other times it can improve for sure." Leaving out the bit about "just like any player," included there TWICE, is misleading of Skurski. Does this refer mostly to whatever he was benched for a couple of weeks ago? Maybe. Maybe not. But it's basically impossible to tell from what we see here.

All Border Collies from my Uncle’s farm. Action Jackson- from the movie. Kayci- from a girl I met on a US trip. The dogs are brother and sister from a different father. Buster- father and grandfather were Busters. The dogs are all related, and Kayci was his Auntie. Murphy- kids went with a family name.

I was going to comment this same thing. I’m glad I’m not the only one who noticed. probably also why Josh trying to make his magic happen when a play breaks down is not doing so well this year. also why people taking still shots of all22 crying “look he’s open” need to remember a dude might not even be in the progression.

Aside from QB, the Colts absolutely have better pieces on offense.

Coaches are heavily implying that Coleman isn’t trying on the field

Disagree with this. I won't ever question his efforts. Effort does not guarantee success. Sean even changed his ways when the team came to him with their concerns. I give him credit for that. It's not an easy thing to hear people out and actually take it to heart and change your ways. He's a great guy and I wish he was a great coach, but I'm not sure his formula works. -
T.J. Sanders to return to practice this week from IR
No_Matter_What replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall
Finally som good news. -
I said this myself just a few weeks ago but it's not really true anymore. The Atlanta and Miami offensive performances were as bad as anything we got under Daboll or Dorsey. Well I guess the Jags 9-6 loss really stands above the rest but that was an outlier of all outliers. Brady's offense has been fully dissected and studied by DCs across the league and without the element of surprise/unpredictability the bottom has dropped out in a hurry.

I think Brady’s plays usually have one guy it’s designed to get the ball to. The Samuel routes are just clear outs, which is crazy to me. End of the Ravens and Dolphins games when we abandoned Brady’s scheme and got into the two minute drill Josh was slinging it and finding people all over the field.

So is Landon Jackson done for the year?
GunnerBill replied to billsfan714's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thanks. Yep. Make both those corrections. -
With the return of Jones this Sunday and Sanders returning to practice this week, we'll soon have 4/5 of our optimal DT room with Deone Walker, Daquan Jones, T.J. Sanders, and Larry Ogunjobi. Obviously, we're still missing our biggest piece in Ed Oliver. But a much better spot than we were at coming out of the Bye down Oliver, Jones, and Sanders.

HappyDays replied to Billsfed1's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think New England is a year away from being a real contender. Not counting them out because the AFC is just so weak, but they lack a difference maker on the DL and they still need one top tier pass catcher which I think they'll go all out to obtain in the offseason. Don't be surprised if AJ Brown is there next year. The AFC and NFC are equally difficult to predict who will make it out of the conference, but for opposite reasons. The NFC has a bunch of powerhouses that can steamroll their opponents, while every team in the AFC has some fatal flaw or two. Right now honestly I think Baltimore if healthy might be the best in the conference. I'll say they or KC makes it out. -
Just adds to my point. Don’t follow many teams, for some reason I thought he bounced around the league a bit

"He has to be able to take a hit before returning" - why is this a concern for their RB against our D amirite

Bottom line McBeane have done the unthinkable absolutely wasted the career to date or maybe the greatest talent Buffalo has seen. Congratulations on your utter incompetence.
