i'm not sure if it's a level of self awareness or what. i've grown to be very entertained by this side, so i like to pop in an see what's up. often times i'll see multiple threads, all bumped by @BillsFanNC. I'm not saying that as a criticism either. the guy has a lot to say, and that's how this place rolls. now another poster does it with different opinions, and it's narrative control. time for everyone to take a deep breath.

Yeah I mean I get thinking it's silly to blame a white out on the games outcome. But still even a day removed the 2011 white out game against the Jets was one of the more underrated awful/horrible Bills games I remember. It was really the start of the transformation of Fitzmagic to Fitztragic. I think that's what triggered me to begin with. So yeah can we all agree no more kind of thing?

Everytime someone brings up using tech to eliminate bad ref work, we are told "it will eliminate the human element". As if these flag tossing goofs are some how something anyone cares about. We don't use "a human element" to keep time, we have replay because of bad calls, we need to go all the way tech and have all calls reviewed, or at least in high leverage situations

Yes That was actually only game 16 of Mayes career. If you delve inside the numbers they are very good. The fact that Maye has only really played in 16 games also means that there isn't a lot of film on him to break down his tendencies. All its going to take is for a DC to figure out what makes Maye tick and stop it.

I don’t believe that any leagues are fixed. Basically, I don’t believe that the leagues are trying to influence the outcomes of games to steer officiating to one side. I do believe that it’s easy to have shady back door dealings where you can “buy a flag.” For the right number, it wouldn’t be impossible to believe some random back judge would throw a timely flag. I also believe that a much bigger problem, in all sports, is inconsistency. With technology we should be beyond “the human element” in most cases. One of the most frustrating things when watching baseball, is when they say, “____ has a hitter/pitcher friendly strike zone.” What the hell does that mean?!? The strike zone is the strike zone. It isn’t meant to be interpreted by old guy. In football we see, this crew “calls the most presnap penalties in the league.” We need to get to a point when every crew calls the exact same presnap penalties. They are either a penalty or they are not!!

But why not include Nabers? He’s on their roster. You can mix & match those bottom teams honestly. They all equally suck. I don’t think the Bills are at the bottom. Cook brings their value up tremendously. Kincaid is also developing into a true top 10 TE. WRs are lacking incredibly, but Shakir and Coleman are nice pieces for any offense. Finally a coach that take advantage of Trevor’s athleticism. Hes a big strong guy and ran a 4.6. Always perplexed me why Urban Meyer or Peterson never took advantage of this !

The lineman on the 3rd and inches definitely moved. Some of the interior holds were definitely holds. The issue with the holds is the patriots were doing them too with no calls.
