  1. Past hour
  2. Strangely, lefty nut jobs murdering people tends to draw attention to other lefty nut jobs like Antifa. And anybody that thinks they don't exist is sniffing too many tailpipe fumes.
  3. I, yes, I do now I do love you, yes, I do now do love you I do love you, yes, I do now Oh, I love a you so a right now Now a my, my, baby yeah, yeah, yeah Little darlin' I said, I love a you so a right now Never, never gonna let, gonna let, gonna let you go, no, no, no
  4. Sure, but we are (with the notable exception of week 1) playing the dregs of the NFL...
  5. Daboll was a career mediocrity at best everywhere in his career except in Buffalo. His success here, as we all see clearly now, was all #17. I’m sure he got the Giants gig by selling his ability to turn Jones into Allen. He failed that miserably, and the fact that the colts are getting legitimate starter play out of Jones should be the final nail in his HC coffin
  6. On the pretence that this somehow guarantees they end up with 3 not 7.... but that gets you to the same problem.... you need your defense to make a stop.
  7. Parent was an absolute legend.........RIP
  8. The answer to this question, is it depends who is the QB for the team getting the ball back. If it’s one of the Top 10, you take every second off. Against the bottom feeders, you should plan, but if it’s a stiff- no positive factor.
  9. The committee put them in the top 10 cause of Altmyer.......you'll seem them quickly drop out of the 25 soon.
  10. Everybody said the same thing about Miami and look how that game turned out for us........it was a slugfest for 3 1/2 quarters and it was only a roughing the kicker penalty and a 4th quarter INT that gave us the edge. Any given Sunday, my friend.
  11. It is a coaching decision the Bills got right in the Ravens win. After the big play to Palmer the Bills needed one first down to make sure the game ended on a FG. They passed on first down, complete to Coleman. Maybe they got lucky with the Raven tackling him, but in that scenario the best down to pass on is first down. I think where analytics can definitely do more is 4th quarter clock management really throughout the whole quarter. I am constantly amazed by teams getting the ball with say 10 minutes left down a score and taking a 6 minute drive where they are not hurrying between plays to score a TD. What you have just done by that is guaranteed that unless your D can make a stop you have lost the game. Because the opposition can time a 4 minute drive to score right at the end and leave you basically no time. Once its 4th Quarter you should be managing the clock on every down.
  12. Will be our first return to the stadium in well over a decade. VERY excited. I have a wee off topic question- PARKING. During the Season Tix years, we used to park behind the Timmy’s, beside the Veterinarian Hospital, in front of those condos on Sheldon Road. It made for very easy, in and out. Are they still available and cost? Nearby availability? We are all older now and don’t mind that walk but not much farther. Thx.
  13. Should be a snoozer, but at times the bills have a propensity for playing down to the competition, so it wouldn’t shock me if the Aint’s hang around for a bit, especially given that they were embarrassed yesterday… in the end however, Bills win by double digits and it’s on to the Cheatriots
  14. So no, you won't cite your sources, gotcha. I'm not googling using your specific search criteria. Put up some peer reviewed research or be done with it As far as being MAGA or a dullard, I'm neither. And frankly most adults (or at least the ones I know) didn't give a whit if someone was transgender until the women's sports thing became an issue (even if it is an edge case).
  15. And a time out still in their pocket.
  16. Yes and therefore - you cede all control on the drive to the Dolphins. In your situation- you basically give up any chance for the Bills to get the ball back and you allow the Dolphins to dictate what they want to run. You also free them up to take endzone shots and let the half end exactly as it did. By using the timeouts - the Bills gave themselves a shot at control and if Bosa keeps contain on the pressure on 3rd down - you get both scenarios. The Dolphins have to kick the FG and the Bills get the ball back with 20 seconds. Both scenarios have played out numerous times in history - one - you are ceding the points and allowing your opponent to dictate and one you are trying to dictate plays, but both require your defense to make a stop. In this case - the Bills didn’t and that drove the narrative, but I would still prefer McD to be aggressive and try to dictate even on defense - rather than be passive and allow your opponent to dictate down, distance, and time.
  17. If these several posters did Black Face, would you support us like Jimmy Kimmel?
  18. This is the thought process that killed Kirk. Even though all his misinformation can be debunked, still going to believe the lie.
  19. Excellent read. I would add just one clarification/commentary: The Eagles were beyond lucky to win yesterday. But, sometimes its better to be lucky than good. After watching them, I don't fear them. I am convinced the Bills can beat every team in the NFL this season.
  20. Entire family is making the trek. First time in probably a decade. Since wife and I are in our late 70's could be our last foray to the OP. Have to find out from our son where we are sitting, he bought tix the day they came on the market. Go Bills That is proving costly, our O-line seems to be winning the LOS and Cook is quick as a cat to the second level. If DC's creep Safeties into the box, hopefully Brady will capitalize.
  21. The Jets example, they were not down 2. They were down 6.
  22. Sheesh. Of course there is a way it's correct. Functionally Miami has 2 timeouts with one saved to kick the FG. I don't give a crap if we end the half with extra timeouts, this is a nonsensical factor when you're trying to avoid surrendering the TD at all costs in a tight game. If the Bills let the clock run it either forces Miami to burn those two timeouts instead of us, or let the clock run. Dolphins don't want to give Josh time, so they let the clock run on second and 5. The play takes 8 seconds so probably it's third and seven and the clock has 25 or so seconds left If Miami takes the TO it leaves them with one more disposable timeout. With one timeout we gifted them around 20 seconds of game time and disrespected them when even McD admits our D will be suspect at times with all the youth and injuries. We took all the pressure of the clock off of them. After this, the scenarios are too variable to debate but the bottom line is Miami got the TD with 8 seconds remaining.
  23. Teams thus far are playing safeties deep to take the long pass away. Should Josh just throw into coverage and risk a puck just to make you happy? The offense has been very productive thus far.
