Sen. Mark Kelly Is A Great American
sherpa replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Again, I don't have a view that anything has been done that should trigger anyone. Military officers do not need to be told that they are not to abide by illegal orders. Cabinet members do not need to threaten people, until something happens. So far, and that may change, this is nothing other than yacking. -
Make this a holy table, O God. A table where food, conversation and laughter are shared in abundance; A table where all are fed, body and spirit; A table where we welcome all as they are, not as we wish they would be; A table where the memory of those who are not here is full and alive; A table where old grudges don't seem so important, and old hurts are soothed by mutual affection; A table of joy; A table of gratitude; An experience of your grace. Amen. .

Anyone not like/eat Thanksgiving Turkey?
AlCowlingsTaxiService replied to Another Fan's topic in Off the Wall
I like my turkey like my women; juicy dark meat 𤪠-
The Patriots of the Bills? Bc I think he's done in this town. It would look *pretty* dumb to have a "mutual parting of the ways", after he approached the team looking for more snaps - only to come back on the Practice Squad.

How long have they been doing a state catholic championship? This is the first time Iāve ever heard of it.

ā¦and Philyās offense is the worst it has been. If your philosophy is to share the wealth between Josh Palmer and George Pickens, your philosophy sucks. The Cowboys won a game, against a red hot Eagles team (despite their offensive struggles), because they consistently threw the ball to the best player on the field. He āout-talentedā a loaded Eagles defense. They didnāt win with scheme or sharing the wealth. They stole a game because he was better than other guys. These Bills teams have consistently lost in the biggest moments because they didnāt have that guy. When they did, he dropped it. Why wouldnāt you want that?!? š¤£š¤£

Agree.........but I don't think it's him. He's just a posession guy right now, IMO. But as I've said in other threads, this guy was a very successful WR1 running choice routes in an EP type system for years. Like Allen said, he picked up the playbook immediately. Should they decide to lean back into that Dorsey/Daboll stuff down the stretch they now have Cooks, Shakir and Davis who have all been there and done it. Though Gabe wasn't particularly good at it so that will be a concern.

Are we practicing today? -
Josh Allen had a 49.1 QBR when targeting Moore 𤯠Last year in Cleveland, whoever their QB was had a 44.5 QBR and was picked off 8 times š¤Æš¤Æš¤Æ If your QBs threw 9 picks targeting you the last 2 years, and only completing 55-60% of the targets the last 2 years, it's not just the QB's fault. Again, a guy we were all surprised made the 53 man roster.

If the Rams and Chiefs played in the SB this Sunday, I would take the Rams. I think they are a bad matchup for KC and have an elite QB/HC capable of shredding their defense to pieces. If they played in the actual SB in February, it would probably be a toss up. The Chiefs would have gone on a crazy run to get there. Have momentum on their side. The Chiefs seem to have a psychological edge over the latter two. Both have HC's that play to lose imo. Whereas Maye & the Patriots are new to all of this. Sometimes that can work to a team's advantage. Not knowing what they should know. Vrabel strikes me as a guy who goes for the kill shot and trusts his players to make plays. So, I think NE is more likely to beat KC than those other two. At least this year. Not that I would actually pick the Patriots to win. But surprised if they did? No.

I thought the Cowboys defense had been playing better the last couple of games ..............

It would take an act of god for 10 wins to not do it I thinkā¦just too many other wildcard teams all playing eachother to keep us out. Thereās probably a better chance 9 wins gets us in than 10 wins keeps us out -

In a development shocking to no one, you are completely unaware: A three-judge panel for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously ruled Thursday that District Judge Charles Breyer erred last week in issuing a temporary restraining order requiring Trump to return control of around 4,000 California National Guard troops to Gov. Gavin Newsom (D). pedo, cult, blah blah, etc -

The Bills desperately just need someone who can threaten a defense down field to keep them honest. -
He still might have said no to the Bills. He was a free agent. I find it unlikely because they literally still have all the CB's that they dealt him for peanuts in favor of on the roster.......but they may have offered him a PS spot.

Between Elam and Coleman. These are two HUGE HUGE misses. You canāt miss this badly on #1s. And itās showing up now. CB1, WR1.

Happy Thanksgiving, Bills Mafia!

Happy Thanksgiving! Go Bills! -
Yeah the narrative that he is an assh0le came from the fact that he got traded a lot. He had a long career as a mid-league level WR1 so I think teams were always just making business decisions about his contract. That's certainly why the Saints traded him the first time. By all accounts he's always been a very professional player and good teammate. I am not sure what impact he will have on the room arriving at the end of the season like this but the Bills have not had someone like him and with his credibility in the WR room since they drafted Coleman. Certainly can't hurt, IMO. Cooper was a great player but not a particularly positive influence.
