Can't travel to the US Army's 250th anniversary parade? Here's how to watch from home Paris Barraza The U.S. Army is celebrating its 250th birthday with daylong festivities and a major military parade this weekend in Washington, D.C., where attendees will see imposing tanks and aircraft, an army parachute demonstration and more. “This parade salutes our soldiers’ remarkable strength and unbeatable spirit,” the President said. Not only is this event a commemoration of the U.S. Army’s “legacy” and “enduring strength,” it serves to “inspire a new generation to embrace the spirit of service, resilience, and leadership that defines the United States,” according to a news release. The parade will feature 50 aircraft, 150 vehicles, 6,000 soldiers and dozens of animals, with the procession exploring the U.S. Army’s history, “beginning with the Revolutionary War and concluding with the future Army,” according to a list of FAQs from the U.S. Army. The U.S. Army will livestream all of the events for the 250th anniversary, including the parade, on all social media platforms https://www.desertsun.com/story/news/nation/california/2025/06/12/trump-us-army-grand-military-parade-streaming-and-start-time/84168683007/

Selective Justice: The Hypocrisy of MAGA
Joe Ferguson forever replied to Homelander's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
At least you're honest. Many maga's here aren't and have similar ideology. They just won't label themselves as such. Heil Hitler🤮 How has fascism fared throughout modern history? How have their backers done? What effect have they had on the world at large? How many have died because of fascists? -

Yep. Absolute delusion. "its not theft because the stolen item is not economically scarce". So ridiculous its not even worth debating. -
Antonio Brown in big trouble...again
Low Positive replied to Albany,n.y.'s topic in The Stadium Wall
People forget that. At that time, he only looked like a locker room distraction like TO. The real crazy didn't seep out until he got to the Raiders. The Steelers tight organization hides a lot of crazy. Rule #1. If he's too crazy for Tomlin, he's far too crazy for you. Cowboys are about to learn this lesson the hard way. -
that’s going to be one long ceremony, better pack a comfortable seat cushion!

I like the format now. I liked the tweak to the teams hosting too. This feels like the right number to me. Once you get beyond 12, it would be difficult to see any team below that running the table against that competition. I think that’s the underrated part. Teams that have 3 losses (or even 2 in some cases) that would be ranked like 14 are inconsistent. They likely lost at least 2 of those games to good teams. They probably play like 3 good teams a year. (I’m considering top 15 teams good). Are we supposed to believe that those teams would, go on the road, and then to neutral sites and be 3-0 vs. those quality of teams? It feels like a stretch. As an Ohio State fan, I apply the Wisconsin/Iowa eye test to it. Those are the type of teams over the last 15 years that would have qualified for an expanded playoff like this. Was it possible that 2014 Wisconsin or 2023 Iowa to win 3 games against the best teams in the country? Of course not!! Those teams would have been murdered. 12 is a good number and we still enter the playoff with a few teams that have zero chance at a title (Boise, Indiana, ASU, SMU).

Would you rather $ or Lombardi?

500? Hell naw. I’d do it for 50k though. I have faith that Allen will win it in a different year. -
Kincaid at boundary WR and Keon playing the slot...now that's interesting...

I’d pay up to $10k if it was a guaranteed Super Bowl win. I’d also want to know before the season starts that it was going to happen. That way I could be the most obnoxious, smack talking fan all year and know that I’d be able to back it all up in the end and dunk on everyone.

Atlanta was never good either. A perperually bad nhl team is a dreadful product. I grew up a huge hockey fan and played much of my life and I cannot watch the sabres, it is so boring.

Senator Alex Padilla: Unhinged Political Theater Stuntman
B-Man replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Reporter: “Would you please address Senator Padilla’s interruption to your press conference… Will you be pressing charges from what we just witnessed here?” Secretary Kristi Noem: “I don’t even know the senator. He did not request a meeting or to speak with me. So when I leave here, I will have a conversation with him and visit and find out really what his concerns are.” “I think everyone in America would agree that was inappropriate.” -

Buying them from N. Korea would e a gross violation of many agreements. Their nuc program has Pakistani origins and N. Korea technical support, and has for years. Producing them in N. Korea would not get them in place to launch. Delivering one of these things is a multi pronged issue. The warhead, which needs about 90% pure, the missile range and accuracy, as well as mounting the warhead on it. If they did it in N. Korea they would be found out and the weapons would likel never make it to Iran without interdiction.
