  1. Past hour
  2. Come on....this is pretty ridiculous.
  3. The term "arm and a leg" came from the Victorian era. When artists would paint you, they charged more for painting more. Many people would just have an artist paint them from the shoulders up for cost reasons. If you wanted a full portrait with all your limbs, it costs more....so it costs "an arm and a leg."
  4. Bruh, no one can sit through the 2nd half of a preseason game and pay 100% attention. That is just another unreasonable expectation we have of these players when we forget that they are humans working a job. There is chatter and jokes on the sideline of every game, let alone a preseason where no starters played. R-E-L-A-X
  5. Really, How about watching Mac Jones walk down the field on us in the last 2 minutes a couple years ago.l? How about the Denver game? What about the Eagles? 13 second? Jesus Christ last year against the Ravens in the playoffs they walked down and scored with ease, it took and Ingram drop to save us. D wasn’t even close to make the play. Turn your blinders off bud.
  6. AI Overview +4 Yes, Chevy Chase was indeed a drummer in an early band with Donald Fagen and Walter Becker, who later formed Steely Dan. The band was initially called The Leather Canary. While Chase was a part of the band, he was not involved when they transitioned to Steely Dan. Here's a more detailed breakdown: Early Band: Chevy Chase, Donald Fagen, and Walter Becker were classmates at Bard College and formed a band called The Leather Canary.
  7. I wonder if it's possible to have an entire field made of "grass"....the good kind. You would need something to scrape the sticky icky off the cleats after each run.
  8. I know you've been hurt I know your loves shy You don't have to say it, baby It's gonna take some time You got my heart in the palm of your hands Swear, it's gonna stay there, baby Give me half a chance You don't understand, no The full intent of my plan Baby, I wanna be your soul provider And, baby, I wanna stay that way for the longest time Baby, I wanna be your soul provider Just say you'll let me and, darlin', I will
  9. In the Minnesota miracle play, he displayed his trademark great footwork to retain his balance after the catch, shift on a dime, and accelerate rapidly so that no defender had a chance. Many receivers would have drifted out of bounds on that play, especially given that it required a back shoulder leap to make the catch. I think it was a truly amazing play by him while acknowledging that other factors played a role in the outcome. Both things can be true. In any event, any evaluation of Diggs's overall career, including the postseason, that doesn't include one of the most famous plays of this century is doing it wrong.
  10. I’ve never watched UB football, but posters here have said Dolac was much better than Andreesen.
  11. Give it your best. I know you can.
  12. I think safety has become more important in the modern game given the increase in passing volume. But it's still a position where you could get by with competent play too. Mike Edwards was KC's starting safety in 2023 when KC had a very strong defense and he's the definition of a competent but not spectacular safety. While I am concerned about the safety play it's not like this team can't get by with Rapp a better than average starter and Hamlin a below average starter until they make a trade or get Bishop hopefully healthy and ready to contribute or get the rookie's feet wet either. It's not the glaring issue that I think people think it is at the moment.
  13. Actually it reminded me more of the Super Bowl era teams where they went 0-5 in preseason, got blown out too, Levy even made a public apology for the team, then regular season started and went back the the SB again! Don't let facts get in the way of a good rant!
  14. Carter’s tape was very bad Joe Marino said. He was consistently being pushed around, and could not hold his ground, let alone bring pressure. He stayed in the Bears game until the final ending- that tells you all you need to know about how Bills coaches feel about his play. TJ, Deone, Landon were long out of the game. He is in very much danger of being cut. Joe much prefers Zion. If we cut our 3rd round pick from last year, it’s a wasted draft pick. Beane whiffs again at DT
  15. Just think if the new stadium "grass" is grown entirely from hydroponics... The lack of soil for sharp cuts and route running would be amazing
  16. Its is very difficult to describe exactly what a crumpet is.
  17. He has incredible footwork. Some of the best I've ever seen. That's why he gets open so easily.
  18. gaawddd goign into the draft everyone screaming for a true WR again next year... that'd hurt. we'd draft a safety lol
  19. I thought White said something about he rans through water that's what got them wet, his shoes too?? I kind of wonder if every year McD likes them to lay and egg in pre-season to give him something to yell about and to fire up the players themselves.
  20. Ahh yes the good ole UK! Free speech?naw, lab grown meat? Hell yeah!
  21. That’s reasonable, I just hope there aren’t cracks forming. i.e. I hope all the talk about complacency isn’t the first smoke from something deeper. like I said, just a thought, not trying to do drama.
  22. I think if anyone is getting cut it is gonna be Forrest, seems like despite the experience he has he's been a complete non-factor. Hamlin has about 2 years of starting experience and he's at worst a quality backup caliber player. I would rather have Hamlin as a "steady hand" whose below average but at least makes most of the basic plays as he showed in 2024 than Forrest whose a non-factor. Cutting Hamlin whose also a willing and by all accounts solid ST player is also foolish. I get fans want someone better than Hamlin but there's other safeties on the roster who are worse...
  23. He is going to be a lot better than wr most teams will make available, if Buffalo does make him available. in a perfect world Buffalo could find someone with a safety who is a veteran who just isn’t fitting in or gets outplayed by draft picks somewhere and could come here and help right away.
  24. U don't control Chicago? You don't understand crime, you just have tds and will complain about anything trump does.
