I think it was a really good draft. I would have liked them to draft a WR in the 4th. But I get the decision and I’m ok with the WR group we have. I think it’s a definite improvement over last years group which still produced at an elite level.

our long nightmare of not having won a Lombardi trophy yet has yet to be over. I Think that is what you were thinking. Am I right? I cannot dwell on past failures. Its draining and boring lol m

Elijah Moore Visiting the Bills today (Update: Signed!)
BillsFanForever19 replied to bills742's topic in The Stadium Wall
There would be no comp picks coming our way next year even if we hadn't signed Moore. The only player we lost that could be compensated was Mack Hollins. That was cancelled out five times over by any one of Bosa, Palmer, Hoecht, Ogunjobi, or White. Teams could sign Amari Cooper, Von Miller, and Rasul Douglas between now and the time the Comp clock is up. We still wouldn't get anything. -

Bills WR's/TE's in fantasy is what Patriot RB's used to be. Put up good numbers as a group but you can't start one of them unless you're desperate. -

NFL.com's top 10 games of the 2025 season.
Mister Defense replied to SoonerBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Completely unfair and very poor analysis--the Bills in only 2 of the top 10 NFL games next year?!?! Nonsense. It should be at least 6, and as high as 8, 9... In fact, maybe they are in all 10--this would not surprise any of us who have been paying attention. 100% RIGGED. -
Bills 5th Round Pick (#2) : Jackson Hawes - TE - Georgia Tech
Doc replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just to clarify, you're saying that Hawes was an odd pick by the Bills? -
Anybody know how to keep squirrels off of an apricot tree? Damn things are destroying all of my apricots. It’s mass apricot genocide in my yard. Everything I’ve read online is people giving up after trying various things. Anyone here have any luck?

Elijah Moore Visiting the Bills today (Update: Signed!)
Doc replied to bills742's topic in The Stadium Wall
Moore is a lock. As for Shenault, I looked it up and Codrington played just 69 snaps on defense last year, only in the regular season, mostly in the final 2 games (and mostly in the 2nd half of both, when the game was out of reach against the Jets and they didn't care against the Patriots). I'd say Shenault offers more WR and returner than Codrington offers as a CB and returner. The only thing is Shenault hasn't returned punts in his career and may have to prove he can also do it. -

Absolutely not, I can guarantee that. You are waaaaayyy off... It would be one of the worst groups of wide receivers to ever play in the NFL, historically awful, pathetic, dismal, and they would despise Beane even more. (Yes, that is possible somehow.) And this despite the Bills' offense again being one of the best offenses in the NFL, maybe the best again, even if they break all the Bills' and NFL records they broke last year, and even if Josh wins the NFL MVP again. They will still be outraged, furious. And calling for Beane's head, of course. (And a significant part of their reaction, as predicted above, is sadly not even exaggeration.) -

Imagine being dumb enough to argue a technicality from 2000 years ago as the reason that they are ok with Jews- I don't think I have met anyone directly responsible for any events happening then so maybe judge people on who they are now. -

Haha, good on Jeremy. I usually like the morning show, but I also understood why Beane put them in their place. -

One Song to Listen to For the Rest of Your Life....

Someone should start a question about 1 album for the rest of your life. A little easier but still quite difficult. My answer might change every few days. Right now I'm going with Disturbed's cover of Simon and Garfunkel's Sound of Silence. -

Man I hope not. I hope they get that game out of the way early in the year. It’s a meaningless game that will garner a ton of attention, create a ton of talking points and will be extremely physical. i hope they play them early October on a Sunday night and just get it over with. -

A 2nd round pick in the 2021 draft 34th player taken in that draft Has played for one of the most dysfunctional offenses in the NFL since drafted. 4.35 speed, "roadrunner speed" as seen above. Beep, Beep! , as Steve Spagnola tries to stop him... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iWvedIhWjM Nice move, with big upside. Beane is the man, will be the NFL executive of the year this year.
