Keeping Adams isn't that shocking, both his and Ruff's contracts expire at the end of next season. This was sort of expected (but still disappointing) when they gave Ruff that 2yr deal. Haha actually what you are looking at is Allen's interception percentage with and without Diggs. Let me be clear, I'm not a Davis fan, he's nothing more than depth, but acting like a #5/6 receiver (no matter who it is) is going to affect Allen's int % in any significant way is silly.

The issue i have with Palmer is that he's had a decent QB throwing to him. And over the past few seasons, he's often been 1 of the only healthy wr's on the team. And he's had multiple opportunities to step up & yet he still couldn't make much of an impact. He would often just disappear in games & while the data shows he can be good at separating, on longer routes there's something thats just off about his adjustments on the route. I dont know what it is. I wasn't very excited about the pick up personally. I know i'm nobody but I'd definitely rate Moore over Palmer. He's been just as productive while being in worse situations, & there's not much he can't do well. If you were to take John Brown & mix him with Cole Beasley, you might get Elijah Moore. Palmer to me is a cross between Gabe Davis & Duke Williams. But hopefully he has a career year & makes us all fans. The new weapons should be fun to watch with #17.
