Lol Bama has three non conference games. Two of them are Louisiana-Monroe and Eastern IL. I half expect them to play a online university at some point soon. The tide rolled 352-0 over The University of Phoenix who participated over a Zoom call Saturday! The UP defense couldn’t stop Bama as they were not physically present. The score wasn’t higher because of 87 delay of games assessed when Phoenix’s offense was supposed to be on the field which burned clock.

"Cheating" isnt up for debate really, both teams play by it. Now theres the 'is it a football play' question... equally ridiculous question IMO. Its the most 'football' play of all time! I get rugby has a similar thing, but two sports can share a once in a while overlap. Hockey is indoor soccer with a stick. Basketball is hockey with a floating net lol its all based off the same crap really

I don't disagree; just trying to differentiate between folks who consider it an unfair advantage vs folks who find it tedious. Sports require tension to be interesting and the NFL is on a torrid run of doing things that remove tension from the game.

I agree - it is also I think much more superficial now where they don't really try to create as many "dramatic" story lines or dig as deep into the ones they do make (which I'm sure is partly done to try to make it less objectionable to prospective teams)

Absolutely awesome. Criminal that they've ignored the most important position group up until this point IMO. My gripe? Lameeeee name. Makes it sound like a pass blocking only award, when it should highlight the best all around dude between run/pass blocking.
