  1. Past hour
  2. That last offensive drive was doomed from the start. You could see how concerned they were with milking the clock. I believe that also messed with Allen's rhythm. Point being, KC was going to score a TD on the next drive anyway. Everyone knew it.
  3. I think we will know more around 7:30pm next Sunday.
  4. The Bills FO didn’t make the Diggs trade happen. Diggs did. I think it’s frankly obvious the Bills didn’t want to move Diggs and eat a massive cap hit. Jeudy would need to make things untenable in the locker room. Which basically would be the same reason any player would get moved. If Jefferson demands a trade and says he won’t suit up for the Vikings, that would be great too but unlikely.
  5. My opinions on the rest of the season rely heavily on the actions taken by the front office prior to the deadline. There are some gaping holes on this team and if we make a meaningful move or two then I am optimistic that there is belief they can compete for a championship. If not, it’s just another year of seeing how far they can ride on Josh’s other worldly talent and being totally fine going home early
  6. Honestly, once Max shows he is ready for all the snaps, then in practice if I was McD, I would experiment with getting Bishop some reps as SS and trying Tre on some reps at FS. Im not delusional, this isnt Madden where you just plug him in there and poof Tre is a FS. But, plenty of talented CB's have made a successful transition to S late in their careers where there explosion has waned but still have good instincts and ball skills. Tre has that, he has the IQ, etc to potentially make a successful transition. I am not saying just move him, but why not try and get him some reps in practice and see how it goes, could be a better combo come playoff time.
  7. I just realized, the Pats have their bye week in week 14. Guess who they play after their bye?
  8. Thanks for these. On the first one, the rusher doesn't allow Josh to set his feet to throw. He sees both Knox and Keon, but he can't throw across his body because he has to evade the rusher. On the second one, he doesn't read short to long. The play called seems to have been a screen. He comes off of that and then almost throws to Shavers deep. But he's not trusting what he sees and is spooked about throwing picks. He then makes a good read to a WIDE open Davis but doesn't set his feet and throws the ball with his upper body. I just watched some more missed passing plays and the general trend is that, for some reason, Josh Allen isn't stepping into his missed throws even when he has the time and space to do so.
  9. I disagree 100% with your take Moore was not open. He under coverage on both sides ready to bite and the dbs had leverage.
  10. White was most effective last season with the Ravens when he was a CB playing limited snaps. I’m hoping Hairston and Benford can stay healthy and anchor the outside while Taron and Tre split slot snaps 60/40 and Tre also plays a little in dime packages. That’s my hope at least to get some positive production out of Tre
  11. I feel absolutely zero sympathy for him. He picked the money over winning and that's what he got.
  12. Thanks for the info. Fast forward 3 years: we took her in with us a month or so after making the OP and she’s still living with us. Shes now able to walk and use the bathroom on her own. Her dementia hasn’t gotten much worse (if at all). We contemplated moving her back into her home in Dunkirk and getting some outside help but she didn’t want to go.
  13. It has been prophesized.
  14. The 3 TDS were: 77 yards 6 yards (INT return to the 6) 81 yards 3 FG: 55 yards (36 yard FG) 52 yards (32 yard FG) 54 yards (42 yard FG) So outside the INT the rest were long drives.
  15. I know he won't throw this to samuel but I want to see him throw this deep post to samuel, even if its incomplete. I think it could help if he throws this a few times. There have been three games now where samuel is running this deep post and he does not take it and give him a shot. I know on this one he has to hold it another half a second which he might not have but I really want to see them throw this deep post. These plays so many times end up as holding/Pass Interference or TD's. They get thrown in every game every week. We are not even attempting them.
  16. I take issue with that. Gary Marangi was truly horrible but there are so many contenders for the title, not least of whom is the late Dan Darragh.
  17. How about we beat them in the regular season AND post season if we play them!
  18. Ugh, while I hate a LAMP post, I've been struggling with my disconnect from the Bills season so far and more so am curious to see if anyone else is feeling the same way. Many people know me on here as a poster for over 20 years, season ticket holder of both the old and new stadium, and definitely capable of allowing this "game" to affect me on an emotional level that isn't super healthy. Going into this season, my expectations were #1 seed and Super Bowl or bust. Last season, I genuinely believed we were going to the Super Bowl and were going to beat the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game. I had visions of a Super Bowl parade, which is something I never dared allow myself to think about. With this season, between our easy schedule, easy division, offseason focus on the defense, and expectation that our offense would continue to find dominant success, it felt like our time. Now, 5-2 later with a half-game deficit to the surging Patriots and peaking Chiefs coming in this week, I find myself just waiting for the 5 seed and a division round exit from the playoffs. In prior years, I would have chalked this all up to BBFS, which would have been washed away with our beating of the Panthers in such dominating fashion. Yet here I am the next day, writing this, because I still just can't shake the feeling that we've peaked and Josh won't bring one home. Yes, Josh probably has another ten years in him at least, and that assumption is a ridiculous one to make. But here I am. When I try to pinpoint where all of this is coming from, as much as I hate to say it, I think it's stemming from the rising Patriots. I never expected the AFC East to always be terrible, nor did I want to be handed anything. Seeing the Pats and Maye grow as a team and building a potential winning culture is reminding me of what we've had over the past five years and how quickly things can change. While it was just us vs the Chiefs for a while, now we have the Chiefs getting their offense of 3 years ago back, a genuine challenger in the the Pats who already beat us at home and equally have an easy schedule, plus the rise of other teams. All of that together just makes me feel like we really missed our opportunity these past five years to seize our window. There's also the human element in that sometimes we forget that Josh, McD, Pegula, and everyone else are just people that are capable of crashing out. Think about job hunting. It would only be natural to get defeated after going through numerous interviews, putting your best game face on with a great resume, only to get passed over time and time again. Josh has had the Super Bowl right in front of him multiple times, only to come up short. At what point, does he start to doubt himself or those around him? Would you blame him? I'm not saying that's what is happening this season, but something is clearly off with Josh. I get having a bad game or making a bad throw, but I used to count on one hand how many errand throws Josh would make in a game. This season, I need more hands. I'm not going to play the game of guessing why, because I can't possibly know. Things just feel different. With McD, I'm incredibly torn. Like most coaches, I think McD struggles to find the right amount of influence to put out there. I think McD has a very specific vision for how he wants both sides of the ball to operate, and knows he is more than capable to run the defense. But as McD has said, he also knows that he needs to trust his coaches and focus on other things as a Head Coach. Like a parent, you have to know when to let your kid fail and skin their knee. However, as this is a job, he needs to also know the threshold that could cost him his job. All I know is, this is his team, he has the support of the Pegulas, and this is the bed we've made. Yes, I'm rambling a bit and don't have the answers. All I know is, I didn't enjoy the win yesterday as I should have. I don't have the any real optimism about this team anymore. I wish it wasn't the case, but it's just how I feel. I'm still not going to miss a game. I'm still going to wear by gear. But even with the Chiefs game this week, I feel like it's a lose lose. If we win, it keeps us up with the Pats and gives us the tie breaker for the one seed, but we've seen what beating the Chiefs in the regular season gets us. If we lose, which I think we will, then I feel like the one seed and division are gone. Anyways, sorry to crap in anyone's cereal and I'm sure some will take the opportunity to flame away. But if I we get one LAMP a season, I'm cashing mine in now.
  19. Allen is the most important player on the team. And best player. It would be impossible for a team to trade for him. Cook is the second most important player. This team would not sniff the postseason this year without him.
  20. I thought he was going to get flagged for taunting on this one. not that I mind taunting, I think it's great, but the 15 yards on his first NFL tackle would have been unfortunate.

  22. These are both good examples. I think Josh's decision making has taken a big step backward this season. I don't know if it's Josh or how he's being preparing. One factor is calling the protections. You say the problem on the first video is the edge is unblocked. Well, it's pretty obvious pre-snap that the edge is unblocked, and Josh is supposed to do something about that. Either have a hot read and not worry about the guy, or adjust the blocking. I saw another one like this yesterday where a linebacker on the offensive left side lined up unblocked and had a straight run at Josh, forcing an incompletion. And as you say, on the second one, Moore is open for the touchdown. Josh has made that throw for years. Why isn't he recognizing almost from the beginning of the play that he has this throw? I don't think Josh is properly prepared. This is way he looked in his first two or three seasons. It's a significant regression from the last couple of seasons.
  23. He should have had that 2 times with the Steelers.. that game was such a mess with turnovers.. but it’s his first year full year and as a fan I don’t think I can expect him to play any better.. I wouldn’t want any other WB in the NFL outside of maybe 4 over him. (Allen, Burrow, Mahomes) I am not saying he is top 5 now but outside of the Big 4 I can’t think of any WB I’d want over him including Hurts… (look at the talent he has at RB and WR and talk about a defense that’s scary) Only if Baltimore D can start holding other O under 40 points a game. Their D been beyond bad this year. Jackson (till he got hurt) was having a great year but every game was a shoot out.
  24. Beane should create a dummy account on here, going after Beane that he should get a plausible WR
