Then they SELECTED a horrible candidate (Kamala) who I think is horrible not because of her views, but because she isn't very smart and would be a puppet in office. But she couldn't even run an effective campaign, but she was who you had to vote for. You can get mad at Trump for that, if you want, but you should be REALLY mad at the Democratic Party, which could easily have avoided those two scenarios but chose not to. Now it's 3.5 more years of Trump.

To re-state and add to your point: There is more than one law enforcement agency with possible jurisdiction. There are confidentiality concerns in these types of cases. Credible media outlets reported that she posted the report on her social media. The civil suit stated that a report was filed. In addition, there's a 3rd possible law enforcement agency where the report may have been filed... The University of Kentucky Police Department. I don't get the skeptical witch hunt as to whether a report was filed.

Any documentation of a policy, hospital, or university report the accuser and her attorney do have they can't provide because certain information must be kept confidential.
