This weekend was the first time I checked out Reddit for politics. I thought it was an absolute joke. I started off going to the subreddit Centrist. I thought by definition it would be folks who don’t like Trump and Republicans but who find Democrats just as infuriating as well. The whole page is an extremely anti Trump echo chamber and anyone who criticizes Dems get talked over, And that was supposed to be the centrist page? That site is a joke for politics

I’m a little surprised to see the Dolphins/Colts as basically a pick-em game. I know the Dolphins took a step back with their defense - specifically the CB’s, but is Daniel Jones the one that’s going to exploit that weakness? I think a healthy Tua & their offense is going to score in bunches. I don’t love betting on the dolphins but the line on this game seems like the oddball to me this week.

I'm going to enjoy watching Red Zone today. Steelers vs Jests is Rodgers vs Fields in Met Life. I have NFL Gameday Morning on. They are really trying to talk up Fields. IMO, the only reason anybody cares about Fields is because he was such a high draft pick. Mariucci (I think) was talking about how Fields has improved every year. Unfortunately, that improvement hasn't been significant enough to make Fields a good QB. It's likely to be raining during at least the first half which I think favors Pitt. I think the Stillers win because they're simply a better team than the J-E-S-T-S. I'm most interested in Fishies vs Colts at Lucas Oil, Titans vs Broncos in Mile High and Giants vs Commanders in Northwest in Landover. I want to see how Sam Darnold and Geno Smith look with new teams, and get a look at JJ McCarthy. Cleveland's DL vs Cinci's OL seems likely to determine the Brownies' fate in this game. If Garrett and Co can get after Burrow, they have a chance. Last year that Bengals' OL was pretty shaky, and they didn't do much to improve it. Especially with the game in Met Life!

31-27 Buffalo

McDermott is a good coach, not great, but with a transcendent QB that has gotten us to a high level of production and then our championship hopes have leveled off. He’s a defensive minded head coach whose defense has been the reason why we’ve not gotten to the big game. His game time decision making has been suspect and the draft selections in concert with Beane have been underwhelming. I’m in the camp of fans that believe a good motivator and a defensive oriented coach will not be able to maximize arguably the best QB in the sport. When he tries to temper expectations that’s a sign that this team has weaknesses that he does not have real fixes for. He looked like a coach who is doing a lot of wishing and hoping after protecting starters from injuries and seeing depth players struggle mightily in the preseason. If he struggles out of the gate and gives up home field expectations , that’s a sign that his time is coming to an end and even if they don’t want a big change with the new stadium coming, he’s a dead man walking.

Totally agree. These guys are dialed into their assignments on the field. There's no time left for thoughts of revenge. If there is, you are doing yourself and your team a disservice.

Obviously, as a HC was the question, so ZERO. And the only thing relevant here. It was brought up, bragged about even, that he got a #1 seed before the Chiefs came to dominance. Whoopee.
