  2. What I find interesting is that they have really found a way to make the DL 12 players deep, particularly if these rookies are good. I think the suspensions really help them because they have so many good, or at least potentially good, DL. As I understand it, the two suspended DLs won't count against the final 53 to start the season. So, if they can get 10 good DL out of the group they have, they will all make the roster. After 6 weeks, there's a good chance a DL or two will be hurt. They can move two to IR for return and activate the suspended. Keep the two injured on IR for 5 or 6 weeks and then find two more who need a break. Even if they aren't legitimately injured, but just dinged up, some could use the rest to get back to 100%. If Daquan, for example, shows improvement and makes the team, he is still older, so it might be good to give him a long rest in the middle of the year. They can essentially have a roster rotation that will keep them fully stocked and healthy going into the playoffs.
  3. Amazed to read the negative Nellie’s here. Remind me again what team scored the most points last season? And this coming year we’ll have a guy in Palmer who gets the one thing people bee-yatch about: separation. Kincaid had a good rookie year and was banged up all last year, so should expect a rebound. Coleman comes into his second year and needs to improve; God forbid players improve with more experience in the league. People yelled and screamed for someone who can stretch the field and they have Moore, who should benefit from having the league MVP throwing the ball. Samuel also looked good end of the season after getting through injury; his issue is staying healthy. And of course you have the 3 legged monster of RBs that can catch the ball. i’m not terribly worried.
  4. Mr. Felser was a good man, not just a news reporter. He was a friend of my Dad’s as my father worked as an executive for the Buff. News for 44 years. He gave me a job for the News for college from 1986-1991. It was a great job as it was union wages. My last year and a half I delivered inter-office mail so basically walked around all day with those large Manila envelopes. This obviously was pre-internet. I sat in Mr. Felsers office many times as he was always nice to me out of friendship to my Dad. As far as Mr. Gaughan, I didnt know him. A number of the sports reporters practically lived At One Bills Drive.
  5. By far, Biden's biggest mistake was not stepping down earlier so the Democrats could have a real selection process. Instead we got someone who was picked. The successor and had not earned it, and probably couldn't if she tried That kind of goes to the people that hid him away from the lights and then hoped he would somehow do ok in the spotlight.
  6. Soft summer breeze and the surf rolls in To laughter of small children playin' Someone's radio has the news tuned in But nobody cares what he's sayin' Don't you know It's a turn down day, nothin' on my mind It's a turn down day and I dig it
  7. Another reliable media fake news load swallowed eagerly by useful idiots. As if the orange gasbag's birthday hasn't coincided with the army's birthday for the previous 78 years. Shocking! The entire context via Fox .. And the reliable media ...

  14. Hopefully this casting isn't like the last movie I tried out for. The guy in the van by the park was a little rough but he did say he would make me a star 🤩
  15. If you think about it, getting drafted by an NFL team is a really awesome accomplishment. Approximately 77,000 college students play football in 774 4-year colleges and 123 junior colleges annually. If you assume that about 1/4 of those are eligible for the NFL draft, that's about 19,000 football players. The NFL selects about 250 of those, or about 1.4%.
  16. Flutie game against Jacksonville. What an electric, completely unexpected ending.
  17. Holy hell.
  18. Agreed..We currently have zero blue chip players (all-pro's) in our defense. It needs 2-3 to be a SB champion. I hope the defense turns around this time.
