  1. Past hour
  2. Cool, can't wait to see the photos of the 3 J's together at last.
  3. The refs will have a big day i’m sure. But I’d like for Hairston to shine. Maybe he can show Coleman how to meet expectations.
  4. I'm completely indifferent to it. It's certainly not an accomplishment that you can use as a flex, because if you do, you know damn well what comments are coming next.
  5. McDermott guaranteed KC's inevitable demise earlier this year. A Bills-Chiefs game in Arrowhead seems unlikely at this point, but rest assured this clip will be played on the jumbotron pre kickoff if they do happen to meet.
  6. Obviously yes A record that has still never been broken despite the bills not winning any of them Winning four straight conference championships in the NFL is unprecedented and very hard to do against people you see more often AKA your conference Obviously in hindsight people would trade that for one super bowl win but it is absolutely something that has ultimate respect... Four straight AFC champions is a very big accomplishment
  7. The Bills being the only team to have ever done it.....is it a point of pride for a Bills fan? Is it an important record even though the Bills lost all 4? The Chiefs have a chance to tie that record if they were to make it again this season. Besides the obvious...if KC makes a 4th in a row, it means the Bills didn't make it this year......but aside from that.....having that record be shared with another team make you mad? Relieved? Indifferent?
  8. Today
  9. Yup. No Smith and the big guys inside better make the most of it.
  10. I don't think we ever heard from that guy again I really hope the mafia didn't get him
  11. The problem isn't never winning a playoff road game. The problem is Kansas City. Let's not kid ourselves. Since they became a good enough team, in 2020 to win playoff games, they've only had three away games, all losses to Kansas City. And the problem wasn't being away. They lost their home playoff game to Kansas City as well. The problem is Kansas City.
  12. Now they fired the AD
  13. Sure, math says that generally more passing attempts will equal more passing yards. And that mostly holds true for this season for the Bills. But in the two losses where they needed to pass more and/or chose to pass more, were they effective in doing so? The answer in those games was NO. The answer in week one was YES. Where the passing game goes from here remains a compelling question. Hopefully, Cook goes CRAZY on Sunday, and we don't need a definitive answer on the passing game this week. But that seems unrealistic. IMO we need to tap into more dynamic balance, earlier in games. Don't keep running repeatedly until the defense stops it, and instead take advantage through the air when the defense is forced to cheat more heavily to stop the run. Stay a step ahead, dammit. Keep em guessing. Run a FULL offense.
  14. I got dreams of prater erasing Norwood coming out of retirement and kicking the game winner in the super bowl Full circle.. fairy tail ending
  15. I’m not sure we should use sos logic. NE is the only good team we’ve played and well you know. I don’t think their resurgence is imaginary. But I’m with you in that they can, and will, lose more games. Bills will end up winning the division and they’ll be the wildcard.
  16. Boasberg was certainly aware of this statute and deliberately violated it anyway.
  17. Impose your will. Do what you do best, if you can. No doubt. That would be sweet.
  18. Totally get the disparity in quality of wins and losses. Can be indicative of future performances. Even the Bills wins, minus Panthers and Jets, were competitive, frustrating affairs for much of those games. The Bills have not played terribly well overall to date. (Which is all technically in the past, of course.) But also, statistically, winning early (first quarter of season, for example) and often also has an outsized negative influence on those early opponents' records. And, of course, the Bills could reasonably improve and go on to win games against playoff-bound teams despite those early scraps. This is why the cliche "Week 1 is a liar" exists, because the sample size is small enough to be simply binary: 1 or 0. Can't really tell a meaningful story with that one data point. So this week will add a LOT more to our developing understandings of the 2025 season. And still it's early.
  19. Didn't say it was a formula, just that you can win that way. The 2012 Ravens aren't really a repeatable formula. They were just a well rounded decent team that rode an out of this world playoff run by Flacco to a SB. The comps there are probably the 9-7/10-6 Giants teams that beat Brady. I just think the folks complaining about WR aren't being realistic. It's pretty clear to me that those folks aren't looking for a depth-type piece like Jacobi Meyers or Rasheed Shaheed. They make it sound like our WR room is in shambles, but one of those guys comes in and all of a sudden we're a SB contender? I don't buy it. It's more like they want a top 10 type player like Chase, Nacua, jefferson, St. Brown, etc. That obviously isn't happening. IF we get even one WR they'll be somewhere between 25-50. That's a role player/depth guy. We've got a roster full of those guys already, so I don't think Beane's going to go out of his way to add another one. One thing that MIGHT be possible is they look to upgrade the TE room since they seem like they really want to use them a lot. Maybe they finally go out and try to get Hockenson. I also wouldn't be shocked to see them try to upgrade RB2, since their entire philosophy is basically on Cook's shoulders right now and the dropoff is massive. Maybe Jordan Mason, Nick Chubb, or even Devin Singletary could be options there.
  20. Even more reason I hope it’s Kincaid
  21. Even if there isn't a high leverage, late-game field goal try, Prater will still be essential in maximizing points through PATs and FGs throughout. Maybe the big kick is at the end of the 1st half, for example. Or really, any missed scoring kicks or even flubbed kickoffs (out of bounds or outside landing zone) could sway things heavily in retrospect, given the typically narrow margins between these teams. Gotta convert those opportunities. CANNOT SQUANDER opportunities for points.
  22. London was out past week when Cousins played.
  23. I dunno, word on the street is Mrs Allen may have injured her spleen. 😱
