What do we love more than winning football games? Drama! We want drama. We want controversy. We want something to get cranked over. Winning 12-13 games a year is boring. Winning the division is boring. Let's fire the coach who oversaw the greatest stretch of Bills football, next to the Super Bowl run. Because we all know glorious success is just one pull on the slot machine away.

Who is more established AND available now? -
First off, you dodged my question: Which team is in that situation? Secondly, to answer your question... not unless you can give me specific examples. Between the ever increasing cap (skyrocketing by over $25M each year with streaming revenue), having most guys locked up already, and some bad contracts cycling out, and cheap rookie replacements, there shouldnt be much worry about being able to retain pretty much everyone. We have our franchise QB locked up, our 2 tackles locked up, we dont have any big WRs who will command big money. A lot of rookies on D and most of our D stars locked up. No one coming up will command huge money. We're set to pay Knox $17M next year, obviously that cant happen. We pay Samuel $8M to be WR4 role player. I'd rather have Cook and his contributions than both of them combined. Who are you worried about specifically? Can't just have this "boogie man" argument.

😂😂I think I spotted him wearing one of those 'playoff caliber' tshirts on Hard Knocks defensive HC who despite being 4th longest tenured HC in the NFL still somehow can't field a playoff caliber defense lol I mean the jokes write themselves

Do the Bills Even Have a Hated Division Rival?
RoscoeParrish replied to BuffaloBaumer's topic in The Stadium Wall
Changing the rules to help Buffalo feels like the opposite of cheating. If the NFL made a rule change that QBs hurdling defenders is worth 3 points, would we feel ripped off we didn’t get that in 2023? -

I cut a lot of grass and shoveled a lot of snow to be the only 12 year old I knew with his own season tickets. Bryan Cox can kiss my ass. edit - FTR I owned my own seat for 5 years and we went to the SB 4 of those years. I apologize to everyone. I tried to get season tickets for me and my Dad this year (before he's too old to go) but there weren't any available. I'm happy to move back if anybody has jobs for me and the Mrs. We're a package deal, and she's kinda pricey. -
The biggest knock against Davis is that he's relatively new to the game of football. That means more likelihood of some upside to me. Perhaps he can improve on his accuracy.

So you mean giving Cook a huge contract won’t cost us one or more starters when some contracts expire after this season?

He kicks way more than that, and also does a lot of training. Overuse, hernias, general wear and tear of moving parts. Honestly, we haven't talked about this enough and the Bills have been very cagey about what's actually wrong. -
Camp question: Who is this year’s Buffalo Joe?

Its cool that this is a lot harder than it used to be. Deep team with few jobs up for grabs. Its fun to find a Fred jackson every once in a while -

The thought of him coming to a game and wearing our colors, sitting in the stands, mingling with us, etc was just revolting. -
It just seems to be the wrong move, no matter what we do unfortunately. We came out with more man in 2024 and it was still pitch and catch. That’s kind of the issue. the one game that I think everyone agrees we probably didn’t deserve to win is 2020. Sure we had a 9-0 lead early but that was a SB champ vs a WC appearing team that just won their first and second playoff games. You can argue, strongly imo, the Bills shouldn’t have lost to the Chiefs in the playoffs since Josh’s first AFCCG. It’s basically just the Lou Amarumo argument imo. Is Lou a better defensive mind than Sean McDermott? No. is he a better head coach and leader of men? I’ll say probably not. But despite being likely worse at all the things we like about McD, he has success against Mahomes and Reid that we would kill to have.
