  1. Past hour
  2. The team got one offensive TD last night. (And that was on the long run by Cook) Out of how many times did we have the ball deep in Houston territory? I believe 4. 2 FG’s, Cook being stopped on 4th and 1. And Josh’s red zone pick late. We have no one to throw to inside the 15 yard line. Our receivers can’t get open. And the playcalling is lousy. We are not a good team this year. Have too many injuries. And not a lot of guys who don’t accept losing. McDermott is soft. And has created a soft culture on the team. Josh Allen lost to Davis Mills last night. That should never happen. The lackadaisical attitude of the team has filtered down even to our star QB. Sure the O line is lousy. But Stafford or Mahomes wasn’t losing that game last night. I don’t think Baker does either. This is a bad year for us. Good teams don’t lose like we did to Atlanta and Miami. And they would have made Houston pay for starting Davis Mills. We certainly aren’t that. We need our best game of the year next week in Pittsburgh. Need to be super physical. We win that anything can happen. We lose it and we could fall into the abyss. And McDermott and Beane will need to go.
  3. My brother has been saying the same thing. Hope that you guys are right. While I didn’t like the contract, he has had a knack for making big plays.
  4. that's the point tho, isn't it one average signing, in a vacuum, is neutral a bunch of average signings in aggregate is bad
  5. It's a giant conundrum with him. The previous year he tip-toed through the bulk of the regular season in an effort to keep himself healthy for when games really counted (a strategy I was 100% on board with) then started playing like he meant it in mid-December and was effective down the stretch. This year he came out playing like a wild man and predictably got hurt less than a month in and is now lost for the year (anybody who thinks he's suddenly going to show up for a playoff game and tear it up in his first game back from a surgically repaired bicep is kidding themselves, imo). A guy that size needs to play the season like a marathon, not a sprint, if he wants to be available when shlt gets real.
  6. Cool how many sacks and ff or pressures did he get last night?
  7. No one mentioned intensity. The Houston defenders and the Atlanta defenders absolutely explode off the ball with such power and fury it’s amazing to see. Our guys are slow and meek in comparison. That to me is coaching. We must practice at a slow and cerebral pace which translates poorly to games. That would explain why our DL has been a problem for ten years. lastly, did you see those DEs arms last night? They were JACKED! Rousso is skinny and weak next to those guys. They looked like roided out body builders. No one on our team trains that hard
  8. We are the Aaron Rodgers led Packers in the latter part of his career there. Middling coach who looks good enough with a Hall of Fame QB, no weapons for said QB in sight, wash, rinse and repeat.
  9. yup like an old truck it doesn't need a new clutch, or new tires, or a new water pump- it needs a hand grenade
  10. Coaching (McDermott, Brady, Babich) is a huge problem. Player talent (Beane) is a huge problem. But possibly the most frustrating thing is the regression by MULTIPLE long-time veterans, who have been playing at a high-level on this roster for many years. In some cases, I can believe age is playing into it. But others, I can't help but feel like they came into the 2025 season on cruise control. They saw an easy schedule on paper, the MVP in the locker room, and just figured they could sleepwalk to the playoffs... then turn it on when they needed to. Instead of naming everyone underperforming, think about how many players are playing at a level better/equal than years past? I would say James Cook, Dalton Kincaid, Ed Oliver and Cole Bishop. That's pretty much it. And two of those guys have been injured a significant portion of the season. The other 45+ players on the roster are playing worse than we have ever seen them... including Josh Allen.
  11. Because you and I've been in love too long To worry 'bout tomorrow Here's a place where we both belong I know you're the only woman that I'm dreamin' of You're the only woman that I really love
  12. 0 sacks and 4 QB hits and HOU passed more than they ran... HOU had 8 sacks and 12 QB hits in comparison Tackles for loss - HOU 11 vs BUF 3
  13. They need a nuke A FULL teardown. At that point you have to ask what makes sense. This team is toast. Literally legs up dead meat like a deer rotting on the side of the road.
  14. The second you said IR osh for all of next year you literally just lost every single person lol He's getting paid $350 million and is the face of our franchise... He's getting paid to bounce back
  15. I think we are at the point where we need to ask Josh what he wants and do the opposite. It's clearly the "Costanza Paradox" in play. I think it has more to do with the steady decline in WR talent than Daboll. Going from Diggs->Beasley->Brown-Gabe to Gabe->Palmer-> Shavers -> Shakir is a noticable drop in talent.
  16. It would work like this: Sean, if we retain you we'll be independently be making all of the hiring decisions regarding your staff. If that is not something you can live with, then I respect your principles but don't let the door hit ya' where the good lord split ya'.
  17. This is the first year in the past 6 or 7 that the bills have a legitimate competitor in the AFCE, and they will not win the division. Great that Mcdermott was able to show us he knew how to count to 5 last year after they clinched the division, he will not get to show us that he knows how to count to 6. Perhaps he can brag about being better than the Jets.
  18. Im holding out hope on Bernard. Hes been hampered and i think its been something lingering more than the 'hurt many different times' type of injuries. Could be full copium, but im 100% hes not anywhere close to healthy right now.
  19. and the head coaching
  20. You know, it is emblematic of the Bills in the McBeane era that we can convert a 4th and 27 but not a 3rd/4th and 1. We can pull off the impossible but we can't cross the finish line when the margins get thin.
  21. Yeah I was thinking he might be an NFLDPOY candidate after that opener. But then he gets mysteriously injured in the next practice on a play nobody associated with the team seems to be able to remember.
  22. Well said. Dang. I forgot about that.
  23. Groot hasn't elevated to greatness, but he's pretty far down the list of "bad" signings on this team.
  24. No, because McDermott would be doing the coordinator hiring
  25. I know it wasn't sustainable but when Oliver went out he was on pace for 17 sacks and 40 tackles for loss
  26. The chiefs are 5-5 and we haven’t been to a Super Bowl in 32 years. If you want us to miss the playoffs delete your profile
