I was only talking about the Ravens. I agree that the Chiefs are in trouble. They have a tough schedule down the stretch too. I know there is talk about Burrow coming back but if I were the Bengals at 3-7 now and possibly 3-8 after next week just saying Joe there is no point in risking it

Our entire defensive scheme has always depended on Taron. That hybrid nickel is huge in this scheme. When Taron played at an elite level several years ago, it was great. He has been injured or slowed now for the last 2 years, and the D hasn’t looked the same. I actually think cam Lewis has looked a lot better. He’s at least making tackles and deflecting passes.

TB ran for over 200 yards.. Bernard was middle of it. It is mind boggling that he played pretty much all snaps. This needs to be stop. I really think Bernard is defensive version of Keon Coleman.

I don’t see how this defense gets past a wildcard to be honest- they have a bunch to get through just to make it- not even certain of that- with JA17 anything is possible but …..

The more correct and honest observation is that Allen was uneven early and then went full beats mode. Some people throw around "awful" way to easily in describing Allen's play.

Not there yet but my wagers are looking good. One more loss and My Chiefs under 11.5 wins for the year hits for the larger wager. Playing out as I predicted based on history, like I said A WHOLE MONTH before the year started that the Chiefs either don’t make the playoffs or lose in the wildcard round. Most likely won’t make it though. Again I predicted this all based on how teams in their type of situations perform the following year. Except the Chiefs had multiple things going against them that no other team had ever before coming into the year all hitting them at the same time. 2 more losses and they are probably done because they lose tie breakers to too many teams. We will see who gets the last laugh in a few more weeks to all of those who thought I was crazy. Maybe I am crazy though. 👍 and I am not correct yet. Getting close though…. The fat lady is doing her hair and bellowing out notes backstage…. Stay tuned

They don’t really need to as far as keeping the chiefs out of the playoffs at least. Steelers could lose to the ravens 1 or 2 times and still push the chiefs for that final wildcard spot. Even if the ravens beat pit twice that just matches the chiefs conference losses. also burrow is coming back pretty soon which could shake some things up. Steelers are done with the bengals and ravens might get them twice with burrow

The defense is not playoff caliber Poyer needs to be replaced by Hancock Milano needs to be replaced by Shaq Bernard needs to get healthy, until then put in Williams Cam Lewis is playing better than Johnson White needs to be replaced by Max McDefense’s loyalty to old, aging, slow vets is going to crush us in the playoffs if we don’t get some younger and faster talent on the field.

I am under the assumption that the Healthy Scratch today reason of “not for performance reasons” to help maintain what little value Coleman has in terms of a trade. I wonder if Coleman in the slot could be a more effective role for him, somewhat comparable to Evan Engram. Granted we have Kincaid for that role.
